Good food, service not so much
Incredibly loud. Very hard to hear each other talk. Food was good. We placed an appetizer order and it was there in minutes. Our meal was another story. We ordered at 8:50, got our food at 9:35. Our server said it was because a big table was ahead of us. That's not how kitchens work. A manager wasn't to be seen or checking on anyone. Many other tables who ordered after us got their food before us. We are certain she forgot to submit our order.

Been to Arch City 4 times since Feb of 2022. We’ve come away huge fans. Cozy bar atmosphere with delicious food. Grilled cheese fantastic as are the pulled pork sliders. Great burgers as well. If you’re looking for a trendy spot for date night, there are other spots. But for a fun place with good grub check this spot out. You won’t regret it.

Had dinner for 6 and the appetizers where great try the lamb sliders and truffle fries. Ended up with a very good grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Good service over it is a good place to try

Went there with our college kids and another couple. Loved the food. The place was packed, and it did get kind of loud, but it felt good to be there! The burgers were exquisite.

A really nice place for drinks and apps. We spilt a couple of appetizers and the food was great! I loved their goat cheese salad and espresso martinis!

We went for $7 burger night. They have three burgers from which to choose. We shared the butter and blue salad—butter lettuce, candied pecans, and blue cheese dressing. It was some of the best blue cheese dressing I’ve had in a while. The goat cheese burger, with grilled onions, was delicious as well. We chose brussels sprouts for our side. They are supposed to be “flash fried.” They were not that crispy, but rather greasy and could have used some seasoning. Service was fast and friendly. They don’t have much of an outdoor area, but we were able to snag one of three tables at the open window.

Located on the upscale Short North strip of Columbus' High Street, this location will draw lots of business from nearby Ohio State University, but it's several cuts above a typical campus bar. So expect to find its draw to include a wide range of customers. We arrived at 5 m for a family supper on the eve of Easter--and it was welll timed, an hour later when we'd finished there was a modest line waiting to be seated. They check all of the boxes for me: classy decor of dark wood and brick, garage-door facade that opens in nice weather, rhythm and blues music at a comfortable volume, a superb wait staff, and an ambitious selection of craft beers, My rating of 5 is not without reservations, there are minor flaws that I'll point out for their edification--but overall a top-quality bar experience. The four of us shared from the generous portions of our orders, so I got to sample from multiple dishes. First, my own order. I love a good French onion soup, and theirs is as good as any I've tasted except for my own. It comes in a bowl made from a sweet onion which is hollowed out so that about four layers remain, then somehow cooked until it's nearly indestrucible not to mention inedible. My sole regret is that I had no bread to sop up the last remaining drops. I also got the mini-bratwurst corn dogs appetizer, which is a great concept. The 3-inche brats were, of course, skewered and corn-coated--but the corn was not the fluggy cornbread style usually found, rather a crispy thin covering that reminded me of a corn flake. The flavor was meaty and delicious! One minor flaw was the presentation; they arrived skewers-up in a bowl with the artisan mustard sauce on the bottom. That meant that when I picked up the skewer, the end of the sausage was loaded with mustard sauce--which overpowered the first bite--and then if I wanted mustard on the rest I had to wheedle the remaining brat out to the end. I would want the corn brats on a plate with the mustard in a ramekin with a spoon, so that people could add as much or as little as they wanted without using their hands. I had no quibbles about the rest of the food. The pizza Marcherita was super, with a well-browned tasty thin crust, slightly spicy tomato-basil topping, and a high quality buffalo mozzarella. Lamb sliders were marvelour, with very dark lamb shank shreded, arugula, and a creamy feta spread on pretzel bun. Truffle fries were great (tho' I found the aioli sauce that came with them overpowering--eaten plain is I think best) and even their house-made potato chips were the kind I crave, kettle cooked to a modest brown. So in the end, I admire their kitchen for embracing big flavors, even if they occasionally go a little too far. I seriously want to return to try those fish tacos!

Best burger I have ever eaten. Great service. Cozy bar. Just visiting but would definitely come back if I am in area.

We went for a quick dinner after a show in the theater and loved it. Shared the Brussels sprouts (perfectly cooked), queso with chips and a salad (paired with cold beer) and was just perfect for what we were looking for. Will come back!

Had a GREAT tasting creative burger at this place. The place is hopping. Cool decor and artwork in old brick facade place. Not an extensive menu. Quick one pager. But good food. Service was fine!
