The food is ok, but it smells like stale throwup when you first walk in. It was hard to enjoy the food with a smell so bad.

Oh my this is not a place that will score well for it's cuisine. The steak frites are good value but the 12oz NY Strip i had was conscientiously raised and clearly lived to a very old age working as part of an oxen team for decades before ending up on my plate.
Good food and fast service.
However, some tables weren't cleaned when they should of been, service did not come back to check on tables to see if anything was needed until the end.

NOPE Four bartenders and servers going out of their way to avoid greeting you is a great way to make your guests feel welcome...either that or get them to leave and decide to never try again.
Most of the reviews here are pretty accurate.
Only reason worth going here is the location and roof deck area, maybe for a drink. The food is pretty atrocious overall. Some of the worst wings I've ever had.
Decent service, but really low quality ingredients.
Steak sandwich was more bread than steak, which, in this case, wasn't a bad thing. The steak like product was incredibly salty. Flat bread pizza was an oily mess. The tortilla chips tasted like they came out of one of those giant plastic bags. And we happened to get the bottom of that giant bag. Not fun trying to dip crumbs in spinach dip.
horrible service, there was probably one wai for 10+ tables.
she was burnt out even and didn't even come to our tables most of the time because kept getting pulled away by the other 40 people she was waiting on. hire more staff or close down some of the tables. maintain some level of service. will never go back
If you're looking for an overhyped, underwhelming, and
If you're looking for an overhyped, underwhelming, and overpriced dining experience, Bar Louie at Patriots Place delivers--just not in any of the ways you'd want. This place is an absolute mess from top to bottom. Let's start with the food. The patty melt was a disaster--dry, overcooked, and virtually inedible. It's hard to imagine how one could mess up such a basic item, yet here we are. The truffle fries? Soggy, limp, and utterly flavorless, served with the sad resignation of a kitchen that's clearly given up. And the chips and salsa were borderline insulting--stale, bland, and clearly left over from a better day (or week). As if that weren't enough, they managed to screw up a simple margarita. Twice. If you can't get that right at a bar-themed restaurant, you've lost the plot. The drinks were poorly mixed and watered down, offering nothing in terms of flavor or balance. To add insult to injury, the prices are laughably high for the garbage that's being served. You're paying full-service prices for fast-food quality at best. Bar Louie isn't just bad--it's the kind of bad that makes you question who thought this concept was good enough to replicate across the country. Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better food and drink options literally steps away. Bar Louie at Patriots Place is a complete and utter waste of time and money.
The server was nice and attentive.
Great environment to watch games and eat food. Has a private room area!

10/10, bar tender wasn't even finished asking me what I wanted to drink when another bar tender took care of my wife's drink. They move sooo efficient and had 3 bar tenders ask me how my food was. Amazing service! Will be coming back sooner than later. Great music, great time!

No service
We walked in at 7:45 pm on a Wednesday. There was no one at the hostess stand. We finally flagged down a waitress who told us to choose any table and seat ourselves. After waiting 20 minutes and making eye contact more than once, we received no acknowledgment and no service -- not even handed a menu. We walked out past the waitress, who continued to ignore us.
Sexist bros - women stay away
The first time I went into Bar Louie it was during early dinner / happy hour. As a woman alone, I walked into the restaurant and immediately felt unsafe as the giant bar full of men turned and sized me up. I turned on my heel and left. The second time was lunch on a week day, with my husband. We went for a table but I still didn't feel comfortable, and realized it was the giant bigger-than-life naked woman on the wall, and all the other "art" that objectified women. What the heck, this is 2023, what kind of ragingly sexist crap is Bar Louie pulling?! I guess my first reaction made sense, the kind of men who would be drawn to a sexist bro-culture bar are exactly the kind of men who make women uncomfortable. Noping right out of Bar Louie for good.
