One person makes a difference.We are a big family and we stayed at the Boho club Marbella for 8 days.I must say we loved it here, good amenities, great food but what woowed us the most is our waiter Facundo at the Bernier's pool bar.He was alert, kind, always checked on us, his English was great and he made mine and my family's stay at Boho vlub even better.I gove Boho club a 5/5 because its what tho hotel deserves, but because of an employee like Facundo i give it a 5+.
The perfect stay
Fantastic Hotel ! The luxurious Bungalows are perfect for family trips. The only place in Marbella where open space is not an issue. Good Food ! With perfect service from our friend Facundo at the Poolbar BERNIES ❤️ Thanks for everything 🔥🔥
Bernies is the top place to stay on the pool
We spent the day with my family at boho club marbella , the facilities are wonderful and the pool is awsome. Oyster, club sandwich and nice cocktails we has all the day. The service absolutly superb, thanks FAcundo for taking care of us and for sure will came soon.
Not even close to 5 star.
I’m sorry to say that this should really not be advertised as a 5 star hotel. The property leaves a lot to be desired and you will be paying for luxury that is not delivered. In order to be fair to the hotel and other travellers, I wanted to share my experience. We arrived late on a Thursday evening so had a drink and headed to bed ready to use all the facilities for the weekend ahead… - we were told that the spa was being renovated and therefore unavailable to guests. We were not informed of this in advance despite being in touch with the hotel before arrival. - this spa renovation also means that there is constant drilling, floorboard cutting and workmen around the resort…spoiling the relaxing environment. - food options are very limited. If you do not eat eggs there are no options for you on the a la carte breakfast menu and no alternatives offered. I hope you like a buffet. - the pool menu is also limited with almost everything having cheese in it. When asked if a falafel wrap could be made without feta …we were told ‘no’ - confusion over costs. On day 1 of going to the main hotel pool we were told there was a €300 minimum spend for a double lounger and €100 for the single lounger! And apparently this applies to all hotel guests. But staff seemed confused about if thus charge applied and did not inform guests until they had been settled for some time. To not be able to lay by the pool at the 5star hotel you have paid for seems bizarre. - the above gives you a sense of the level of service and experience from the staff. Service levels are well below 5 star and staff seem uninterested in guests. Service at the pool is intermittent and requests have to be repeated and chased regularly. - we checked out at noon but didn’t leave the hotel until 6pm, storing our bags with reception for safety. When retuning to collect the bags they had been moved into the main lobby and were unattended in a public area. When we raised this the staff seemed unconcerned and confused as to how they got there. In summary, this was a really disappointing experience and one that did not match the marketing pitch or pictures taken for the website. Wildly overpriced for a very average, not even close to 5 star experience.
Simply not good enough
Hotel looks good. But the experience is woeful. Here’s a list of some of the issues we experienced. Buyer beware! 1. Food and drink service at the main pool is awful. Expect long waits at best 2. Staff are generally vapid. They don’t build relationships, don’t offer to help with anything, often don’t seem to actually be doing anything at all 3. Secure luggage storage is not secure whatsoever. We returned to find all our luggage just strewn in the public lobby, could have been claimed by anyone as there is no ticket system 4. Virtually no food options whatsoever for vegans or vegetarians 5. Wifi is far too intermittent to be reliable 6. Open stairwells are used to store cleaning equipment in plain sight, which isn’t a good look 7. The hotel car entrance is so narrow taxi drivers don’t come down it, so you have to walk to the end of the driveway to them 8. The decking round the pools is in a state of disrepair. We suffered from splinters 9. The spa is closed for refurbishment. In peak summer season - madness 10. Not enough drinking water in rooms. Prepare to be parched! Surprised there are so many positive reviews to be honest. We were all relieved to be leaving at the end of our stay. Shame. Won’t be back
Beautiful hotel and Lovely Staff
We had such a beautiful stay at Boho Club, all the staff are lovely and very helpful, the rooms were always clean and so much space in them as well as the gorgeous vibe of them During our time around the pool area the service was great and we had some lovely lunches and cocktails, Facundo served us mostly and couldn’t do enough for us, constantly going out of his way to offer us many lovely things which made the stay even more special, would definitely recommend
Absolutely brilliant!
My husband and I spent one night in a bungalows and we absolutely loved every minute at the Boho club. First, the Boho has an easy access and is situated in a quiet area of the Golden Mile-strip. We didn’t hear much traffic noise. Our bungalow was SO incredibly cool! Chic, romantic, sweet, clean and everything you could ask for. The bed is huge and comfy, the bathroom is so nice and the outdoor area has two sun beds and a small seating area. It is a bit expensive, but so worth it. Take your chances, you won’t regret it. The restaurant area is outside and beautiful located in the hotel area. The garden is lovely! The food is excellent.. both dinner and breakfast. You have to try the corn soup! The pool area comes with a small restaurant, the Bernies. The sun beds are comfy and at the right distance from your neighboor. The pool holds a good temp and is clean. As I pointed out to the staff, you can find beautiful locations all over the world but it is not everywhere you meet good staff! The staff here at the Boho is so sweet, always smiling and giving the best during your stay. If the hotel manager please can give our best to the reception check in/check out monday/tuesday 17./18. of june. So cool for us Norwegians that you have a fluent Danish speaking employee with you. And the waiter serving us the dinner at monday 17.of june. It was chilly so we got the blankets and he saw me still freezing so he provided an oven next to me. So observant and sweet, and also a very professional waiter. And to the lovely (please forgive me if the spelling is not right) Ornela and Facundo managing the Bernies those two days. We spent a lot of time at the pool and we really like Ornela and Facundo. So nice and did their jobs managing the guests perfectly and with a smile. I personally loved chatting with Ornela. I said to mu husband: «Lets go home and work hard. Save the money and lets come back here next year!». Thank you, everyone at the Boho.. for making us have the most wonderful experience!
Great place to relax amid the mayhem of Banús and Marbella!
I went with my daughter who had just finished school exams. We had a great tier matter to finish. Got upgraded to a garden bungalow - very cool design, boho radio played cool music in the rooms. Lovely dinner in the restaurant which had a cool vibe. Great DJ on our last night. Special mention to Facundo who was the pool manager who went above and beyond to answer our questions, give lunch recommendations (and booked tables for us) and went the extra mile with his service - he really stood out! Pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms all spaced out in beautiful grounds. Seemed a much calmer relaxed place to spend an afternoon than by the beach front hotels which were more hectic - plus it was windy when we were there so not ideal for a sea swim. We did walk to puerto babus for a swim in a sheltered spot.
Lovely Hotel
What a lovely little hotel. Warm and friendly staff. Great accommodation, great restaurant and bar. Great vibe. Only a five minute walk to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. Only disappointment was the outside gym which was a little tired.
Amazing day at Bernie’s pool and bar
Me and my friend spent a day at Bernie’s pool and had an amazing time. The setting is beautiful, calm and relaxing. We had their vegetable rice, burrata, padrones and fruit salad - all of it super good. Also good rose wine and smoothies. Facundo served us during the entire day and was truly observant, friendly and was a big part of the overall experience. We will definitely come again!
Luxury stay at Boho hotel 😍
Stayed in the two bed bungalow room 306, with my mum, totally amazing experience for the few days we were here. We arrived on Thursday 29th Feb at around 10pm, tired after our day of travelling. We were welcomed by a lovely lady at reception and were then sent a gift of chocolate and wine, from the travel company we booked with, which were delicious. Everything was perfect, the bed, the gardens, the pool. Especially the lovely waitress who served us by the pool, at breakfast and for lunch in the restaurant. Sorry we didn’t get your name. She always went out of her way to be kind and smiley. She always said “thank you family” to us, which we found sweet. All the reception staff were excellent when we asked for directions into Marbella old town, and even provided me with blister plasters! Breakfast was delicious and could not fault it, the only slight negative was a couple of the waiters seemed a bit grumpy and didn’t match the other staff. It wasn’t a huge issue but one day a coffee cup was slightly slammed down, perhaps because we were late for breakfast and they were annoyed… or an accident?! Anyway, it wasn’t an awful experience but just not so friendly as the other staff. Otherwise cannot find any fault. House keeping lovely too and immaculate - little macrons left on the beds each night. Would 100% come back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you ❤️ I miss you all already!

The hotel complex is very spacious and beautiful. The hotel offers many opportunities to relax or enjoy activities. However, the highlight of our stay was Facundo. Facundo works at the Bernies Pool Bar and offers first-class service. He is very attentive, courteous and knows how to look after his guests. He always makes you feel welcome. He made our trip special with his extraordinary manner. Thank you Facundo!
Facundo - our favorite waiter, who made sure we had the best experience throughout during our stay!
We stayed at the hotel for almost a week. We love the property, lots of greens and nice rooms and pool areas. We’ve been there twice now. But what we love even more is our favorite waiter Facundo. We love to have lunch at Bernie’s and stay by the pool because of him. He always makes sure that we have everything we need. He’s very attentive. Facundo is very friendly and so far I have to say the best waiter from the property. We weren’t happy with the waiters at the breakfast, the waiters there were unfortunately not very attentive. We always have to wait to get the menu and to be able to order. Facundo really made our stay at the hotel very special❤️ We’re looking forward to stay at the hotel again soon and spend couple days by the pool at Bernie’s.
Great NYE!
We had made a reservation a few weeks before to have lunch with a few families on NYE when the manager decided to close the restaurant early to decorate it for the party later on. Ofcourse, we were astonished that we were being chased away because our presence would not be convenient for them. Thankfully, after having conversations about this dissatisfying decision, we were being offered to use the pool restaurant and bar with the amazing waiter Facundo! Eventually our night turned out to be even better than expected! Facundo helped us with all the food and drinks and made sure we were happy and comfortable. He even stayed a few hours longer to help us out! What an amazing guy! Thank you Facundo! And thank you Boho!
Boho experience
Boho Club is my absolute favourite hotel and place to hangout. Love the bungalows and the restaurants. The breakfast is AMAZING. And I can not say enough about the exceptional service we received from the staff and especially Facundo, the waiter at the restaurant. My son was not feeling well and had a fever, but the waiter quickly brought a ginger, lemon, and honey tea. His kindness , and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Thank you, Facundo and Boho.🙌🏻 Definitely coming back again.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
