It was worth the work
Definitely worth visiting! Excellent meat, lobster and Brussels sprouts! Delicious cocktails and very good service!

If you are seated by the front door, save yourself $$$โฆ walk out. What a poor design for a high end steakhouse. If there was a barrier or a divider, thatโd help. Felt like we were in a low end diner. Food was really good but the constant door opening totally diminished the experience.
Be the first to Replygreat service and atmosphere, some great food but a little bland on the steak
booked for dinner in advance on the day we are checking into resorts world. was there at the earliest slot around 530pm so it was empty and quiet. but it starts to fill up quickly nearer to 7pm and did get a little noisier but atmosphere was still good. like the interior design overall. service wise was excellent with a special shoutout to Sophia. attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. able to answer most of my random questions about the food and made something special happen for us on for our honeymoon. food wise i would say pretty good overall, loved the garlic butter bread/bun thingy at the start, please try it! started with 2 apps, the cheesey beef slider and the brussels sprouts. we thought the brussels sprouts was outstanding and very tasty. the sliders were good as well, will delight you if u are a beef and cheese lover in general. had a cod and an aged steak for entrรฉes. cod was beautifully cooked and seasoned. enjoyed it. steak was honestly just ok, we felt it wasnโt seasoned enough, i needed to add salt and pepper to it. perhaps u really need to add on the sauce which had to be ordered separately for a cost. dessert was a really rich and huge chocolate to share and we couldnโt even finish half after everything we ate. so was kindly packed in a to go box for us to bring back to our room. the glass of wine i had (mid range) was pretty smooth as well. overall good experience except a little hiccup on the bill at the end where i was charged 2 glasses of wine when i only had one. could have easily missed it if i didnโt just happen to decide to look thruโ the bill which i normally donโt. however Sophia quickly sorted it out which we appreciated. value for money wise i will think its just ok, for the prices they are charging, i think the review for the food does have to be strict and for me thats a 4 stars in my opinion. but 5 stars for service and atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food & service at a private dinner
We booked a private event during Super Bowl weekend with cocktails on the terrace & dinner in a private room. They did a great job with service and all of the food was delicious. We enjoyed the seafood tower, tomahawk steak, miso cod, filets and sides. Conveniently located near the entrance of the Conrad & Crockford Hotel with easy access to enter & exit.

Not worth it! Food is only good. Not great. Reservations not honored. Gave away our table. Kept us waiting for twenty minutes. We got a round table as requested but location ( inside) was freezing. Staff said our table is known to be cold but no extra heaters or blankets were available. So they knew there was an issue but had no solutions Server was pleasant but took forever to come around. Drinks took a long time . Long pause between courses. Hamachi was good. Pork belly and steak tartare were lacking. The fillet mignon was perfectly delicious. American wagu and strip loin better than the ribeye which was over cooked. Black cod was tasty. Sides were fine. We enjoyed many of the other Vegas venues much more. And for sure better steak houses

Disappointed with this restaurant. The reservation system was great and we were sat right away. Went on a Friday night during NFR, busy but plenty of open tables. The hostesses were incredibly nice. We sat on the โpatioโ which was a nice temperature until the overhead heatlamps kick on every 10 minutes and melt you. We ordered waters and drinks, which took 20 minutes. Our waiter came over to get our food order before we got drinks. We got two steaks, a filet and a ribeye, and the scallops with potato purรฉe and sprouts. The bread arrived pretty quick and was good. About 20 minutes later they came by with the knife box for us to pick our knives, which is a big deal there. We thought that meant our meals were coming. We were wrongโฆ 40 minutes later our dinner arrived. During this time our drinks were empty half of the time. I really donโt think we would have minded the wait if our drinks were full. The scallops were delicious as were the sides. The filet was a little over cooked but the ribeye was good. The side of bernaise sauce was separated. They offered dessert but we were worried about how long it would take. Thereโs definitely better steakhouses on the strip.
Be the first to ReplyThe seating area. Most important.
This review is not about the food but the seating area. (Food and service good as one would expect with the prices charged) We were there in June 2023 and denied the main dining room and placed in an outer area. The continuously opening main door gave a wind tunnel experience which was not conducive to the enjoyment of high end dining and wines. Fast forward to tonight (22nd Nov. 2023). I had booked our table for two, four weeks ago, but when we arrived earlier this evening, we were ushered to the same table in the outer area! Only when I remonstrated with a member of staff were we given a table in the main dining area. We are frequent visitors to Vegas, not so much for the gambling, but for the fine dining. We are unlikely to visit Carversteak again, as we are reluctant to go through the same procedure where it seems one is offered the outer seating area, and only when one complains, is one given access to the holy inner sanctum. I hope this review is helpful for future guests.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely Wonderful
This restaurant fires on all cylinders: great dรฉcor, table spacing, lighting, food and service. We were skeptical at first as there was a long line for our early 5pm reservation. But it moves fast, and we were seated within a few minutes. We had a booth that was just wonderful. There is excellent spacing between the tables, so you donโt hear your neighborโs conversation. The dried flower arrangements throughout are gorgeous. But wish they could have different artwork than the same themed picture on each wall. Lighting is perfect, as was service. Started by sharing the Yellowtail Sashimi that was amazing. We had the wagu ribcap steak that was perfectly done and delicious. Ditto for the Caesar and crispy brussel sprouts. Only complaint was the music was too loud for us. Just an excellent restaurant to enjoy.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic food, great service.
My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday whilst staying at Resorts World Casino. Weโd heard good reviews and were not disappointed. Although the restaurant was quite dark, that didnโt spoil the overall experience. The food was amazing, really great tasting steaks and huge portions. We shared steak fries and onion rings and there was more than we needed. The French Onion Soup was also really tasty. The service was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make the experience special. Iโd highly recommend this restaurant, having been to numerous steak restaurants in Vegas, for flavour, this place beats them all.
Be the first to ReplyPay attention to your check especially if you ask to split!
We were there to celebrate but.. 1. The chimichuri came 10 minutes after we got the stakes. 2. We asked to split the check, we got the splinted checks, we signed and suddenly just one of us charged for the check.. 3. The manager who spoke with me was really not polite. Instead of taking responsibility he said โ mistakes happen to everyone even you make mistakesโ. I told him I donโt like the way he talk and we will not come to this restaurant again. So just FYI they can charge you whatever and whenever they want, even if you actually got the check and signed on it. So not professional!

One of the BEST dinners we've had in Vegas and we've been to quite a few fine dining establishments. Service was out of this world and the food was superb. Would come back again.
Be the first to ReplyBest meal possibly EVER!!!
I met up with 2 buddies in Vegas. Stayed at RW and heard good things about Carversteak. The Tomahawk ribeye is the best choice on the menu. Pricey...but it feeds 3-4 people. 2 entrees and 2 apps and a salad is plenty of food. Our other split entree was the whole lobster........and it did not disappoint. It was exquisite with its baked bread topping too. The other waitress suggestion was superb as well. The Waygu beef cheesesteak appetizers. OMG!! What a great taste sensation. Overall.....not a cheap eat place. $800 for 3 with the wine. But WELL worth it!!
Be the first to ReplyBest Steak in Las Vegas
Went to Carversteak to obviously have a steak. I can only compare this boneless ribeye to Cut and Jean Georges. This boneless riveye beats these two heavy hitters in the steak game. Carversteak's boneless ribeye was huge and the best tasting steak I have ever had. The steak was so juicy and every bite was more delicious than the next. Finally, a steak house worth ny hard earned dollars. The dining experience includes a gentleman who comes to the table offering a selection of knives for you to choose from. I had the Damascus knife as per the gentleman's recommendation. Their chocolate cake dessert was disappointing however, and tasted as if they defrosted a chocolate cake. I am very excited to return and have the rib cap. I should also mention that the onion rings side and the parmesan fries were very disappointing. The parmesan fries were undercooked and the onion rings were not very tasty and their dipping sauce was even worse. Steak wise no one beats them with regard to extraordinary taste. However, their sides are simply bad.

We sat at the bar. We ordered a filet and the black cod. Sides were mashed potatoโs and fried cauliflower. It was all outstanding. Best steak ever and best fish dish ever. Our bartender was great and suggested a white wine which was delicious. Service was fast. No doubt we will return on our next trip to Vegas.

This was my first time at this steakhouse which I believe opened earlier this year inside the Resorts World casino. I was there as part of a 28-person private dinner. The menu was pre-selected and included Caesar salad, filet mignon, boneless chicken, salmon, green beans, sautรฉed spinach, roasted mushrooms, mac & cheese gratin and Pommes Purรฉe (mashed potatoes). What I liked: - The ambiance of the restaurant had a crisp. modern look and feel with glass and visible wine bottles and spirits - The filet mignon was cooked perfectly - All the sides were better than average What I Did Not Like: - The dish of Caesar salad was a portion for one that had to be shared four ways. Come on man how expensive is lettuce! - They served the food family style which resulted in me getting only half of an 8-ounce filet. - The chicken was too dry, so I only ate one slice - I did not eat the salmon - The servers were allusive and slow brining drinks My Prime Minister of Beef rating is 7.3/10 Moos.

First time here. Ate with 5 people for a business dinner. They gave us a great U shaped booth that was kind of off to the side, for quiet conversations. Service was good (not great). Starters were excellent. Steaks were some of the best on the strip if you are ok with the price. Wine list was extensive but difficult to find a bottle under $100 (though the sommelier helped). Desert was decent. I'd go back - but only on expense account.

I sat at the bar and service was dreadful. The fellow serving the dining room was covering my area of the bar. He is working hard - though his attentiveness to the clients at the bar was downright abysmal. Get TOAST at this place โ-

I really enjoyed this steakhouse. The service was a bit slow, but the ambience is great. It's a good mix of old school buttoned up steakhouse and new, more vibrant bar. Steak and side fries were some of the best I've ever had.

Carversteak has delicious steak that is well prepared and flavorful. I have been impressed with all of the meals that I have had from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need

My husband went to this restaurant over the July long weekend. We made a reservation. We arrived for our reservation, dressed up, the hostess went to seat us in the lounge area, next to people that looked like they had just come in from the pool, wearing shorts, etc. We asked to be seated in the dining room as we were out for a nice dinner and did not want to be sitting in the lounge area. We got some attitude, but we were moved. Once we were finally seated we did enjoy our dinner. Service at that point was good. I would recommend that that the front of house be more alert to their guests as the hostesses left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably will not return. Vegas has a lot of good steak houses to choose from.
Be the first to ReplyGo Somewhere Else
This was destined to be a bad experience from the start. The staff was completely disorganized, and had no rhythm. Iโve dined at the best Steakhouses in the United States. My family raised and slaughtered their own beef in Texas. The ribeye they brought me was offensive. Based on their prices I was completely insulted. The cut of beef (ribeye) they served me was in no way aged as advertised. It was a horribly thin cut of beef, and in no way should have been served at a steakhouse of this caliber. I wonโt be back, and I highly recommend you donโt waste your time and money dining there.
Be the first to ReplyBeware of charges !
Really a nice place , decided to go back again . And that;s when i discovered overcharges . I will never return ! I thought i could trust the Hilton brand . When i took my issue to hotel management it was as if they did not even have to explain . I would have thought they would be much more humble when given proof of their error .
Be the first to ReplyFood is excellent, just be aware of the ridiculous pricing.
I wanted to eat at Carversteak at Resorts World since I saw it got the Las Vegas Weekly's best steakhouse in Las Vegas. Know upfront the food is excellent, just the pricing is ridiculous like most other Las Vegas restaurants these days. Let's start off of the bacon onion bread. Probably the least desirable dish of the meal. It's served with a slice of soft butter, however bacon jam would have really made this dish pop. Plus they're charging you $5 for what should have been a complimentary bread appetizer. The wedge salad ($19) was excellent. My friend ordered the shrimp appetizer. Six jumbo shrimp for $28. On to the main course. They come out with a box of steak knives and let you choose your carving instrument specifically for your type of steak. My bone-in filet ($74) was outstanding. My friend ordered the wagyu rib cap ($88). Corkage fee is $50. They have a tableside martini cart. Which is kind of interesting, however the pricing is $30 - $35 (plus tax & tip) for watching someone shake a martini for you. Carversteak is an excellent dining experience, however plan to spend $300 - $400 (with drinks & wine by the glass) for two people.

What a fabulous meal we had here on our last night on holiday in Vegas. We chose the prefix menu. This menu had limited choice but choices were some of our favourites. As this was prefix I expected slightly smaller portions but smaller they were not. I had the jumbo shrimp cocktail and it was spectacular. 6 delicious sweet large shrimps with all the accompanying dressings. Husband had the lobster bisque which was not the best he's tried but was good. Cream would've taken it to the next level of deliciousness. We were given a choice of steak knives to choose from a lovely set for our filet mignon main course and had butter mash and asparagus as accompaniments along with a pepper sauce which were all delicious. Our desert was cookies - wow 3 huge cookie monsters were served warm. What a fab treat. As it was our last night the lovely waitress treated us to these. Triple choc, pineapple pavlova and oatmeal and raisin. We had to take one to go as we were absolutely stuffed. We stuck with iced water as had to catch a very early morning flight next day and the water was ice cold and filled promptly each time we sipped. Defo recommend this place and we will be back. Server was lovely and very attentive, thankyou.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible service and not high food quality
I had high hopes for my first visit to Carversteak, and I must say that my experience was a disaster. From the attitude of the check in personnel to the overall lack of ambiance, I would have a hard time recommending going there. Service was ridiculously bad, and on this particular Saturday, it was only about 60% full. It took several requests to get our waiter who seemed to be off somewhere on his break. Food quality was not as good at STK (Wynn) or Prime (Bellagio). The crabcake was largely made of filler materials, and tasted salty. The salads had way too much dressing, and the caviar cream puffs were served cold. Entrees were not better, and in fact we left much of the food on the plate. With all of the great steakhouses located on the Strip, I recommend going elsewhere if you want a good meal and service as you will not get that at Carversteak!
