The 1.
2kg steak and the meat tartare were ok. The roasted avocado was absolutely flavorless and unripe. The waiter was obviously pushing us to order more food than we wanted (instead the amount we ordered was more than sufficient). While addressing older people, the waiter consistently used a language which is way too informal and absolutely inappropriate for any restaurant of any level. He also wasn't very knowledgeable about the food on the menu. We were quite disappointed with this place.

Ambiance: beautiful restaurant but starting to show its age/usageService: service was good. I wasn't wowed but nothing to really to complain aboutFood: oof...it was definitely memorable...just not in a good way. Bland unseasoned over cooked pork thrown on a platter served with a side of jarred sauces (maille dijon mustard, supermarket brand horseradish sauce, and this other sauce that tasted like a mix of pesto and ketchup.). Sides bland sweet potatoes, corn from a can...no thanks Pasta- I was told it was home made really? What type of flour did they use? Saw dust? I had pasta on my British airways flight to London and while I thought that was bad it was 2 Michelin star pasta compared to what I had here. They gave us the dessert menu but honestly we just wanted to get the heck out of there as fast as possible it was just a sad sad meal. We wanted to give them a shot because the food at the NYC location was pretty good (horrible service but good food). This seems to be the reverse...good service but horrible food. I would recommend skipping this spot. It's not even that great for cocktails. They were ok. Nothing memorable or mind blowing.

Great meal, wonderful dark ambiance and good service! I had the pasta and it was delicious. They had an amazing espresso martini!

This place is for the kind of people who instagram their bill. Slimy salad, chewy meat, scattershot service. Not for the discerning diner who values quality.

A friend from the Yelp community recommended this spot for dinner! The restaurant is located in a nice part of town with a very inconspicuous entrance. Literally just a large copper door! It was very cool entering the dimly light restaurant with the beautiful ornate copper bar at the center. The food to be honest was not my favorite, my husband is vegetarian while they had some options (we got the salad and the lemon white sauce pasta) was nothing spectacular. I however did love the salad with artichoke we ordered which was so delicious. I had lamb as my main course which was a bit too gamey for my liking. We then indulged in a chocolate cake which was phenomenal! It had caramel in the middle!

The food is disgusting. ย Truly disgusting. The staff is so up their own self. ย I really don't get this place. ย Two thrums down. Do not waste your money on this place. ย It's in the middle of a council estate too. ย Puke.

Lovely ambience, dark and sultry, perfect for that awkward first date where no one needs brash lighting and the acknowledgement of other human life around you, where you need the drinks to keep flowing smoothly and the chicken to be as good as the tagliata and the truffle polenta to do everything the aforementioned first date is unable to. Overall a fan - good service, good location, good overall food quality. What's best: it's pricey, so when the check comes, you can sort the men from the boys.

A good friend recommended this newly opened London hot spot for a fabulous dinner. The space is absolutely fabulous. A gorgeous copper door signifies your arrival and the interior dotes even more of the rosey metal and swanky bar to boot. Jazz funk keeps the mood light and strong cocktails make it event lighter. This was my first night in London, so I kept it simple with a glass of red wine. We shared the iberico to start along with the vegetable cruditรจ. For entrees, we shared the gnocchi and the roast chicken with a side of the corn souffle. The corn was the highlight for me. A lemon dessert was a refreshing end to the meal. Service was great and the scene was perfect for people watching. Highly recommended if you want a cool place for dinner in London!
