Casa Madera is one of the most stunning restaurants I've
Casa Madera is one of the most stunning restaurants I've been to. It literally feels like you've been transported to a different country. The decor and open space is magical. I made reservations prior with no issues! As for parking, I'd recommend Ubering if you live somewhat close or you have to valet for an absurd amount. I shared the hummus app and arrachera steak tacos, both of which were fantastic. I wish the hummus came with more flour tortillas because 4 was definitely not enough for the amount of hummus we had left. The steak tacos were delicious and all the flavors blended perfectly. I would definitely return for a splurge type meal.
Ambiance was amazing.
Food was delectable. Every single item was amazingly delicious. Service was incredibly attentive and courteous
Service a bit slow, price transparency.
Fine vibes but do not come hungry. Guac for table is a about three spoon fulls with 5 plantain chips
People make the difference
Had another amazing meal here at the One Hotel in West Hollywood. I have been here for a long business trip , so I have breakfast every morning. Food has been great but the wait-staff has been absolutely amazing. Warm, attentive, kind - truly incredible. Tasha is a superstar. My mornings get better when she greets me for breakfast. That is the experience that a business traveler craves but rarely experiences.
Very unprofessional what comes to reservations, specially
Very unprofessional what comes to reservations, specially for bigger parties their event Cordinator never calls or emails you back. Literally, you need to chase this restaurant in order to reserve an event.
The food was absolutely delicious, the food Wagyu strip
The food was absolutely delicious, the food Wagyu strip steak was cook to perfection, potato pave was very dry, the Caesar mexicana was very good and the deconstructed key lime pie was outstanding (my favorite) Our server, Alli, was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. The restaurant was beautiful with bamboo and greenery and a great view of the city.

This place has been on my list for quite some time, and I'm so glad I finally had the chance to experience it. From the moment I walked in, I had a feeling the food and service would be great--and I wasn't disappointed. Our server, Annie, truly elevated the experience. I can be indecisive when it comes to cocktails, so I let her surprise me twice, and both selections were excellent. She has a real talent for curating the vibe and making guests feel at ease. Witty, attentive, and confident in her recommendations, Annie not only guided us through the menu but also made the entire evening more enjoyable. We started with the Torre de Mariscos, which was beautifully presented. It came stacked with oysters, U-10 shrimp, Maine lobster, madai snapper, crab salad, hamachi, mignonette, and all the raw bar accoutrements. The Kusshi oysters from British Columbia were a standout--I regret not ordering more. We also ordered the Grilled Crab Legs with calypso aioli. Annie mentioned they were Alaskan crab, which is hard to come by right now given the shortage--so we were excited to try them. They were tender, flavorful, and something I'd happily come back for. Next up was the Wagyu NY Strip with salsa verde arriera, roasted garlic, and bone marrow. Cooked perfectly medium rare, the steak was unbelievably tender--soft like butter and effortless to cut through. Even after letting it rest for about 10 minutes while we were talking, it still held its flavor and texture. All in all, this spot checked every box--delicious food, fun drinks, and amazing service. Can't wait to come back for round two!
Food was pretty good , and it's pretty cheap.
However our server made a comment along the lines of "that's so many carbs " to one of my friends when he tried ordering a side of potato's. I don't think what he wanted to order was any of his business but yeah just a little weird comment to make , I get him but i don't know (:
This place is completely overpriced for what you actually
This place is completely overpriced for what you actually receive. I enjoy fine dining and don't mind paying top dollar when the quality matches the cost, but this experience fell short. The drinks were overpriced and weak--you could barely taste the liquor. The guacamole tasted like something straight out of a grocery store. The $100 New York strip was underwhelming, though I will say the butter cake was very good. The highlight of the evening was our waiter, Michael, who provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the food and drinks did not justify the price.

Great vibes, good food, excellent service! Went here for a dinner date with my best friend while she was in town and we both loved it. We ordered the guacamole for our appetizer. It was creamy and flavorful. For our main, we both ordered the tiger shrimp tacos. My friend requested grilled shrimp and I took min as is. Also ordered the cream corn and the rice for the sides. Though the dishes were simple they had sooo much flavor. Also the drinks were perfect! We both ordered margaritas (spicy and skinny). Music was a little loud at first but once we settled in, it became the perfect compliment to our dinner experience. Will most definitely be returning :-)
The aesthetic of the restaurant was very pretty.
However, the ambiance, food and cost was not worth it. We were first seated in a corner table underneath one of the speakers. The music was extremely loud and I didn't want to yell over dinner so we requested a new seat. We were kindly moved to the lounge dining area next to the bar which was extremely hot. I was sweating the whole time. No AC. All the ladies there were fanning themselves the whole time. For the main courses, we ordered the short rib barbacoa which was yummy but way too expensive for the portion. We also ordered the chicken cutlet which was okay. If you're looking for upscale and delicious Mexican food with a great ambiance I'd recommend Kateen.
Go to 1 Kitchen
Amazing stay, experience at the 1 Kitchen with Tasha. Great food, and a wonderful morning. Great coffee, food, service. We also loved the omelette with the homemade hot sauce and mushrooms+goat cheese.
Beautiful hotel rooms and meeting spaces
Visited the hotel for a company conference. They have the most beautiful conference rooms, with huge windows and tons of natural light. The spaces lead into open air and transitions really well. Would love to be back in the future! Staff are super friendly and cocktails are amazing.
Great place to stay with excellent food.
Great experience. In general the food in all the on-site restaurants was very good. In particular we enjoyed our breakfast at the 1 kitchen. Our server Tasha greeted us with a wonderful smile and super friendly service and vibe. Great way to start the day!
Best hotel in WEHO.
Another great stay here. I always stay here when visiting LA, everything is always the best. The space is always welcoming as well as the staff. On this visit Tasha was particularly great, she welcome me and my wife every morning at the cafe, gave us advice on food options, where to go and amenities that the hotel had. Tasha always made sure I had my coffee filled up. Canโt recommend this place more.
Tasha in the 1 Kitchen is amazing
Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel grounds are so beautiful and lush. Walking distance from small stores and great eats. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing for breakfast. Ask for Tasha by name for service. She is so nice and personable and has awesome recommendations. She is so so welcoming and really made the stay.
My best first impression of California
I had such an exceptional experience at this hotel. It was my first time in California and this will be the only place I stay anytime I come back. King was staple of my poolside relaxation and his efforts a consistent reminder of the resortโs desire to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Our go-to concierge Geraldine was a shark when it came to curating our food/entertainment experience and if she couldnt make it happen i doubt anyone else could. Ashley, who was responsible for the overnight desk coverage was also exceptional with her responsibilities and her attention to detail was a firm reminder that this hotel puts safety and security first. If the rest of the brand is a fraction of my experience here Iโd choose them as my stay every single time if im within their city. Certainly renewed my faith in guest experiences. Great luxury experience with amazing staff!
I recently stayed at this property for a couple of nights while visiting Los Angeles. My experience was exceptional. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The smell throughout the lobby, bar, and restaurant area is fresh and inviting. My room was fantastic and the bed extremely comfy. What really made my stay special was the staff. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and attractive. A few callouts need to be made. Lobby bartender Mark Angeles is an exemplary employee for 1Hotel. I will not forget our great conversation and his knowledge of the hotel and surrounding neighborhood. He made me feel welcomed and important. F&B manager Caroline was cheerful and ready to serve. Front desk associate Julie was such a pleasure to work with as she checked me in. Such a beautiful person who makes your first impression of the hotel memorable. Up at street level, the hotel has โambassadorsโ that assist with taxi/Uber, luggage, directions etc. Brandon and Luz were both helpful with great attitudes. Very good representatives of the 1Hotel brand. In my experience, the value I received was that of a luxury hotel property. I would definitely recommend, and return myself, to this hotel. My 2 night stay wasnโt long enough. To the property management: great job on hiring and training your staff. They leave a lasting impression and they all seem happy to work there. What a difference happy employees make!
Extraordinary Experience
An amazing stay in the young and fun vibe of West Hollywood. We enjoyed our LOFT SUITE. Spacious and sumptuous. Love the ambiance of this high end property. Nature + wood + zen + luxury. This is the real deal! Pool deck awesome. Food fresh from their own veggie garden. Best honey ever - from their own beehive! The 1 Kitchen food is out of this world. What a chef!! Hosted a brunch there and ate there every morning. The home made granola is beyond. We bought all 4 packages available for sale. You will never eat any other granola again! The staff love working here. They are proud of this property and they are happy. It makes a huge difference. Smiles and kindness everywhere. Within a 3 mile radius - free Audi e-tron shuttle service. We took it to RUNYON CANYON one morning and had a great hike. The driver was so lovely. In particular we have to praise the most wonderful woman who made the stay feel like home. She is the host of 1 KITCHEN restaurant. Her name is Tatiana. Her big smile, warm, greeting and incredible kindness and hospitality made us feel as if we were home. No detail was too minor - no effort was too great to make sure we were magnificently taken care of every morning. What a credit she is to this property and r team. Additionally, we were looked after by waitress Irma. A wonderful, charming & lovely lady. Always with a bright smile, and could not do enough to make sure our breakfasts were perfection. Last but not least, Andrea Chincilla @ the front desk. The consummate professional who made checkout a breeze & who exemplifies excellence in hospitality. We are extremely pampered, international travelers, and Andreaโs professionalism & warmth ranks right at the top of any chain, boutique, or high-end property that we have enjoyed staying at. We are going to make this hotel our โhome โ for future visits to LA. Our son lives in West Hollywood and we have found our slice of paradise. Thank you to the entire amazing team for a brilliant four night stay !! PS. Based on this outstanding experience, we look forward to trying other 1 Hotel locations worldwide. We note there is one in our hometown of Toronto.!!
Celebrated my sister's bday there, we were a group of 10
Celebrated my sister's bday there, we were a group of 10 people. The place is absolutely beautiful especially at night the atmosphere is really great. It took them a few minutes too long to attend to us but once the server did he was very nice and helpful. After we ordered first round of drinks (we ordered only 3 in our order, some people ordered ahead of us) it took them about 15 mins to get to the table (meaning we were sitting at the restaurant for 20 mins staring at the menu while drinking water). Once drinks came thought they were good but i still think overpriced at 20$ a drink. After we placed the food order it came to the table fairly quick but the portions were very small.. like for 2 people to snack maybe.. so we ended up with a bill of around 2800$ for a few rounds of drinks and barely any food for anyone.. The conclusion: It's a gorgeous place and service was 8/10. Drinks tasted great but over priced so 7.8/10, food was just okay tbh 7/10, atmosphere 9/10. Bottom line is i will never go back to a place like this for more than one person at a time, i think it fits more of a third date kinda situation when you both kinda like each other already so you wanna show you like her more than the first one and you think shes worth it. Perfect for an expensive date def not for a big group.
Drove an hour here.
Waited 25 minutes to get seated while having a reservation. Food took a 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. Terrible service. Paid valet for no reason. Wasted 4 hours of my day to try this restaurant. Was not accommodated in any way, would not recommend.
While visiting friends we chose to dine at the West
While visiting friends we chose to dine at the West Hollywood location. I cannot praise them enough. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and sat in a luxurious dining room. The pastries we passed in the cases on our way to dine were filled with luscious treats fit for royalty. Our waiter Sam greeted us and was very attentive throughout our meal. The food was delicious and what you would expect from this fine dining establishment. Everyone in my group enjoyed every aspect of this dining experience. I highly recommend that you visit them. I also think the prices were very reasonable for the experience and food. The management should be praised for their professional staff. Even the design of the restaurant made you feel that you are dining in elegance. Well done.
Felt like we were being discriminated.
My husband went in shorts and we were told we would be seated inside. Luckily we had jeans in the car that had already been valeted . My husband changed into jeans in a hallway. We get seated and 5 minutes later 4 men ( 3 different parties ) come in and in shorts and get seated in the patio area. Horrible we felt like outcasted. I'm Mexican and the other men were other races . Never again will I go to a place where I'm going to be discriminated and treated wrong !! When is this going to stop ??
It's perfect for a one-time meal.
The drinks were tasty'! Food was delicious too. However, the ambiance, style, & vibe felt quite similar to many other restaurants that are trying to capture the Tulum, Mexico theme. Service 8/10

Favorite meal was probably the butter cake for dessert, super super good. But admittingly, general ambiance and great service was what brought the rating to a 4. The LA experience is what you're really investing in for the prices you're paying. Overall, fun dinner to try.

Beautiful place! Came in super early and was able to get in without a reservation. Actually they made an exemption and for that we appreciate it. Order appetizers tacos fish and beef. Tasty but I want more tbh Lol ill be back. Went next door to the pool afterward. Awesome day in LA. See you guys soon. Thank you!
Smith and his staff are incredible! The vibes are amazing.
You are teleported out of LA for a bit to a place that feels like you are in Tulum. The food is great and they cater to vegans as well!

The food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was top-notch and the staff were attentive and always available to assist you. Just a friendly tip, make sure to arrive on time and not too famished because even with a reservation, there might be a bit of a wait before you're seated.
Super Clean and Nice
The hotel is very clean (I am very meticulous about cleanliness) and it feels very refreshing walking into the property. Significant thought has gone into all aspects of being environmentally/socially responsible. The valet service is efficient. Breakfast is made to order with good variety on menu. For dinner, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The front desk are exceptionally professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. If you book a suite, it is very spacious. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, would return if I was looking for accommodation in the area.
Disappointing from start to finish
We had a really disappointing stay with two other couples. With a hotel of this high caliber and price point, I would expect the service to be exceptional. And it was far below acceptable standards for any hotel class. The hotel itself is visually stunning- from the lobby to the rooms to the outdoor spaces it is beautiful. However, the service has to match the aesthetics. The problem began with dusty lights in the room and the feeling that things were not as clean as they looked. Things really fell apart with our food and beverage experiences. We came back after dinner to spend time in the lobby bar which we were told was closing soon. There was no ice for cocktails although they served the rest of the drink for a hefty price. A hotel of this caliber should send a staff member to go and get ice but there was no offer. They had a cold food menu only. After waiting for our food for 20minutes, we were told they could not make anything except the chicken wrap. Being hungry, we went with it and it was wrapped in parchment paper, soggy and resembled something from an airport kiosk. We complained and they didnโt charge us for it. We regretted not ordering Door Dash. Breakfast was worse. It was also comped by someone we think was the manger after about 1.5 hours of โtryingโ to have breakfast with our group of 6. We asked for water about 4 times, not enough glasses, coffees took about half an hour. Servers were totally disinterested and lethargic. My coffee cup was leaking all over and the server said that was too bad sometimes they leak. No new cup. Mouldy berries in the fruit salad. Coffee refills took another 15min and 3 asks. Food was way below average. The $14 side of smoked salmon was a single thin piece on a plate. Upon checkout, there was no question as to whether we enjoyed our stay. The entire staff seem unhappy to be there and unhappy to have to even do their jobs - with the exception of the valets who were at least friendly and happy. I filled out the online survey they sent after checkout but there was no follow up. We would not recommend this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. We would be very unlikely to stay with a 1 Hotel property again - the Four Seasons and Viceroy offer the service and aesthetics this price point requires.
My LV leather carryon was damaged by the hotel staff.
I had the worst experience. My brand new LV leather luggage was damaged by the staff. I was devastated when I saw him putting my luggage on the asphalt when loading up our car. The staff should be trained to know that they shouldnโt put the leather luggage on the ground or drag it on the asphalt. I have platinum blond hair but I noticed a black disgusting hair on the shower wall. This proves that the cleaners donโt do deep cleaning before they turn over the room to the new guest.
Elevated and peaceful stay
Beautiful ambience and exceptional decor throughout. We had a wonderful time relaxing at the pool and enjoyed delicious drinks (order the frozen espresso martini!). Big shoutout to Josh, who was super attentive during our pool day. I also received an amazing massage at the Bamford spa onsite by Ryan, highly recommend!
Luxury stay and pool day
The 1 west hotel is an absolute elevated experience. If youโre looking for luxury, comfort, and relaxation - look no further. The peak of our trip was our day at the pool. Josh was our server and was fantastic. He was attentive, made great drinks, and ensured we were comfortable the entire time. Thank you Josh and the 1 Hotel staff for an exquisite experience.
Quick trip to LA
Andrea from the Front Office really made my stay so special, an upgraded room and in-room amenity were the perfect surprise for a birthday. Jack, I believe is the man that drove us in the house car. Excellent conversation and overall great service, he got us to restaurant and also gave some great recommendations to the local area. Also, the server we had first day at 1Kitchen, I wish I remembered her name, but she was very kind and service was exceptional. Luz really was the highlight of our trip, I believe she worked the valet for the restaurant/uber drop off of the hotel. She had the brightest smile and warm welcome that we found to be pretty rare in LA. Overall the service in LA was good. The spa is very small but the massages at Bamford were perfect end to our trip! The room was beautiful and spacious, very minimal but elegant, a water tap in the room would have been a nice touch. We had no idea how to navigate the hotel, and had to explore for ourselves, signage was a bit difficult to find/read. We didnโt know where valet for the hotel was since we took Ubers, so when we reserved the house car with Front Desk we were waiting about 15-20mins in the wrong ramp until we asked, which was a bit inconvenient. On the first morning of our trip, a fire alarm went off around 7am. No notice that it was a false alarm or emergency was given, but it was definitely odd since nothing was advised. Overall, the trip was a nice escape from Miami and the hotel is beautiful with lots to explore in the surrounding areas.
Beautiful Hotel but Unforgivable Service Missteps
Beautiful aesthetics and sustainability initiatives as is typical with the 1 Hotel brand. While the rooms are generously sized, and the outdoor spaces are an oasis, there were several significant missteps during our stay that just should not happen with a hotel of this caliber. When I raised these issues to the front desk at check out, all she said was "I'm sorry to hear that". It's bad enough these things happened, but then to have the hotel barely acknowledge it, let alone try to make it up to us, was the most disappointing part, especially considering that two of the mishaps were major, major health and safety issues. Details below. 1. Wi-fi went out for almost an entire day during our stay. The hotel sent a note saying they were working on it, but to have this happen is just simply unacceptable. Both my partner & I work remote, so it was a major inconvenience. The wi-fi went out again the second morning, but this time only for about 30 minutes. 2. There were several people (one of whom I confirmed was a hotel employee) who must have been shooting influencer content for the hotel during our stay that were incredibly rude and demeaning. They actively disrupted the guest experience and when we politely asked them if we could walk by to get to our room, they told us they were busy and we'd have to walk around the entire other side of the hotel to access the elevators on the East tower. 3. Service generally seemed to move at a snail's pace. We had to call several times to follow up on our laundry. Dishes sat on our table and the tables of other guests far after we were done eating/drinking. Housekeeping did not come until the late afternoon, and when they did finally come, all they did was make the bed. 4. We were having a late lunch at Juniper before checking out and ordered two burgers with GF bread due to our severe allergies, which we informed our server of. When the burgers arrived, they looked suspiciously like they were on a normal bun, so I asked to double check. The waiter said no, these aren't GF. Had I not double checked, both my partner and I would have become seriously ill. Then the replacement burgers proceeded to take more than 20 minutes to remake. The bartender comped the one drink I had with lunch, but that hardly made up for the absolute disregard they had for our health and safety. 5. We placed medication that needed to be refrigerated in the refrigerator that then stopped working and ruined $1k of medicine. We had confirmed prior to entering the room that we needed a working fridge. The hotel brought us another fridge and offered to store the medication in their fridge downstairs, but by then it was really too late. Overall, beautiful hotel and tons of potential, but these missteps and the hotel's lack of effort to even attempt to make things right means we will never return.
Regretted every minute
I came to this hotel as part of a business trip - had a big couple of days at the Milken Conference and *really* needed 1) a good nights sleep for 3 nights and 2) a quiet place to work when I wasnโt at the conference. I got neither. Sure, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable and the food is great, but my two biggest needs were not met on this trip and I regretted booking this hotel pretty much every moment I was there. They put me in a room close to Harrietโs which, I gather, is a restaurant that likes to blast music at a shocking volume with the bass turned all the way up like itโs 1999 until midnight, The walls of my room were quite literally vibrating. As I was being escorted into my room for the first time at 10:30pm (1:30am my time) after a long flight, the bell person was proudly showing me that thereโs a yoga mat in the room, and I asked him why there is thumping club music reverberating through my room at this hour. He breezily dismissed it and said it would *likely* be over by midnight. After he left I got into bed and couldnโt believe what I had signed up for. The pulsating bass was giving me a headache and it didnโt stop until after midnight. I woke up the next morning haggard and frustrated and in terrible shape for my big day. I returned to the hotel at 4pm after Day 1 of the conference to do some work and could not believe the music was back. The pulsating, vibrating, maddening bass making it impossible to do my work. I became so terrorized by it I put in the free earplugs I got on the plane but it didnโt help. Later that night I got into bed, and 6 hours later the thumping club music continued. I was at my wits end. I had two pillows over my head and ear plugs and could not escape it. And had another huge day ahead of me. I called down to reception and almost in tears I explained my experience and begged for another room. They couldnโt help - the hotel was totally booked out. But I was assured the following night, my final night, they would move me. They instructed me to pack my bags before going out for the day and that I would be in a new room by the time I returned. This was encouraging. I came back to the hotel at 4pm run ragged and ready for a shower and a change of clothes only to find there was no record of my conversation with the person who promised to move me and nothing had been done. My stuff was still in the nightclub-adjacent torture cell. I pleaded with yet another person to please move me, I canโt do this another night. She said oh of course, hereโs a key to an upgraded room, go rest. I said praise the Lord Iโm going to get a nights sleep, Iโm so excited. She said she would send my luggage to the new room. It was actually no surprise to me when I went up to this new room and the key didnโt work. Of course it didnโt work. I went back down and explained and was given a new key, no apology. Now Iโm in my new room - gorgeous. Iโm so excited. Everythingโs about to turn around for me now. Until my luggage doesnโt arriveโฆ.for four hours. I call to check where it is and the person at the front desk doesnโt know. An hour later a sheepish bell person shows up with my luggage and a โlost itemโ waiver for me to sign. Apparently they had completely misplaced/lost my stuff and then found it. I was starting to get extremely annoyed with this hotel. The problems continued and continued. I wonโt list them all. It shows you that you can have a great location, gorgeous decor and furnishings, wonderful food, and somehow still deliver a terrible experience. Never again.
Good and bad.
I wanted to love this hotel but there were a few things lacking. First, the good: It has a beautiful California Chic look , very hip vibe. The lobby bar is always somewhat happening and location on Sunset is great. Outdoor spaces are beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice albeit dark. The bad: I was sort of greeted on arrival and directed to the elevator to take me down to the check in area, I felt a hotel of this calibre should have someone at the door all the time and an escort to check in or at least an offer of taking your bags. The hallways are dark and room numbers are not the easiest to read. This hotel is big on sustainability so room maintenance is done every other day. I thought since they were all about sustainability they would have water fountains around the hotel to fill water bottles, they did not. There are no drawers in the room, and the nightstand was at a strange angle so everything slid off. Also, the nightstand was metal so my MagSafe charger was stuck to it. This was not a terrible hotel by any means, I just feel there are service issues. This is a Virtuoso property so I feel they need to take a big step up in service. I would consider returning as it was a good location and definitely not a terrible place to stay.
Not what we had hoped for...
We went to LA for one night for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and decided to splurge on this hotel. We booked through rewards on our credit card. When we got there, the hotel charged us for the room. I explained that we had booked using rewards and they said it would all work out. That night we get back to the hotel around midnight and there is construction outside. Jackhammering started at 1:30 and went until about 4:00am. Then all night long anytime anyone enters or leaves their room, the door slams and the room shook. Not what I expected from this caliber hotel. Check before you go if there is construction and ask for a room on the other side. Then at check out I asked for a copy of the bill so I could have it in case there were issues with the credit card. They could not provide one! I got one bill that didn't match anything- for valet and breakfast but the amount was completely wrong. They said I would get one emailed. Never did. I had to follow up with my credit card when I got back who called and said you are correct you should not have been charged- they called the hotel and were told we would be refunded the cost of the room but their were additional charges that would need to be paid. Said they would send a copy. of that. Two days later still waiting on a copy of the bill and refund on my credit card.. Not exactly the stress free stay we were hoping for. On the positive side- the use of the house car to take us to the concert was a very nice feature.

After living in LA for 25 years, I've never had a restaurant host speak to me in such an unprofessional manner and I've never even considered opening a Yelp account until my unfortunate experience. A couple of days ago I visited for the first time and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and when I asked why others that came after me were being seated earlier, I was told that it's because they weren't being seated in the main area. When I finally got directed to my seat, I saw that same group sitting in the main area, meaning I was lied to. The host was a dark-skinned young woman and she was acting like she owned the restaurant for some reason. I'm curious if they ask their hosts to be rude or if that's just how she was. I felt belittled and disrespected. Her behavior upon my arrival already set a bad vibe for the night, but the reason I gave another star is due to the excellent service I received once I was seated. Our waiter was super kind and professional. The reason I am writing this review is so the managers of this restaurant acknowledge that this is not acceptable behavior at a 5 star restaurant.

Hands down, phenomenal! 10 out of 10, all thanks to the general manager, Smith Dok. He made our night one to remember. His flawless attention to detail and unwavering demand for customer satisfaction truly left us speechless. While celebrating our wedding anniversary my personal goal was to offer my wife an exceptional night of great food, vibes and entertainment. Smith graciously surpassed all expectations. Once I shared my ambitions with Mr. Dok, he took the reins and showed us both a beyond stellar experience. Every detail, every request. With him nothing was too much. We felt both at home and VIP at the same time. Our celebration was not only a success, but a night to remember. My only regret is it's gonna be so very hard to top this experience with another establishment. I suppose we are team "Casa Madera" from here on out. Cheers to Mr. Smith Dok. I consider you a great friend now for all you have done for us and we will definitely will continue to offer our gratitude each time we have the please to experience your exemplary leadership and care. Sincerely, KV
Parking can get tricky but there is always valet.
Reservations are recommended for this trendy beautiful restaurant. Pricing is a bit more steep and the food was solid but not memorable. You are more so coming for the scene. Staff is present.

Here is a possible review based on your text: I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is decent, and the ambiance is pleasant. However, the service is absolutely atrocious! The last time I visited, we were made to wait for 50 minutes, and the staff seemed completely clueless about whether our table was ready or not. They led us to a table three times, only to realize it wasn't ready each time! It was a frustrating experience, especially since there were five of us ladies waiting. Unfortunately, the terrible service overshadowed the good food and vibes, and I'm not sure I'll be back.
Awful service!!!! The servers don't know anything about
Awful service!!!! The servers don't know anything about wines. Even though we had a reservation we were seated 45 minutes late. While we were trying to enjoy our meal another server came and told us we had to leave the table because they were waiting for another reservation and they hadn't even brought the main courses we ordered! Then they said it was ok and we could seat at our table. Our reservation was at 8 pm and at 10:20 pm we still haven't eaten!!!!!!! The food is ok, but not worth it at all and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

This property is beautiful, Iโve stayed at 3 different 1 hotel properties and this location did not disappoint from the brandโs beautiful, nature-inspired aesthetic. The signature scent delights and refreshes your senses, while the warm and soft lighting creates a cozy vibe. Sadly, the floor in my room was a bit dirty and the noise from the room next door made it challenging to sleep on our first night, the hotel staff made up for these inconveniences with their phenomenal customer service. Will, the Bellman who helped us with our bags and Jack, the warm and knowledgeable house driver, were especially exceptional. Wonderful customer service from those two staff members helped us trip end on a high note. I would definitely stay here again.
The drinks were creatively crafted.
My drink came with a lavender stem attached to a palo santo stick. It suited me perfectly. My friend treated me to a birthday dinner and we ordered a few different plates to share. HIGHLY recommend.
Food was actually really good.
Our server was really nice. The aesthetic of the restaurant is to die for and the view out of the windows is beautiful.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The lively ambiance immediately set the tone for a fantastic evening. Let's talk about the food--specifically the mushroom tacos. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, nestled in warm tortillas and topped with a delicious array of toppings. Each bite was a burst of savory flavors leaving me wanting more. The chopped salad was another standout dish. Fresh, crisp, and bursting with vibrant flavors, it was the perfect accompaniment to the tacos. The combination of fresh vegetables, zesty dressing, and crunchy toppings made for a refreshing and satisfying salad. Aside from the fantastic food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and inviting. The decor was colorful and eye-catching, adding to the overall fun vibe of the place. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant with a great vibe and even better food, look no further. I highly recommend making a reservation as this restaurant does get very full.
