It's great to know that the service was fast and attentive, and that you enjoyed the delicious meat selection. I agree that the clean and elegant atmosphere, along with the beautiful decorations, add to the overall dining experience.
Be the first to ReplyThe restaurant is spacious and clean.
The servers are at your table and soon as you are ready and the portions are very generous. You will definitely want to come hungry as there is no time limit and the cuts of meat are generous and unlimited. The side dishes are also great and offer a nice palate cleanser in between servings.

I came on a weeknight with a reservation and we still waited for a bit before getting our table, this place is packed! We made it in during restaurant week which included the salad bar, meats, and a dessert. There is a large, clean, well stocked salad bar in the center and a slip on the table to order some appetizers and sides. *you should definitely hit the salad bar before the meats come but skip the sushi at the buffet*We had a great time and tried all of the meats that were available. They do start to taste the same after a while but I really enjoyed the garlic steak and the sausage. The service was attentive enough and the meats were readily coming around. I'd come back for sure!

Clean and spacious place! We came here for lunch on a Saturday and made reservation for it, but it wasn't too busy when we arrived right when it opened. We also brought a stroller and they were able to store it at the back for us. Service was fast and and we had to flip the stop sign for meat multiple times to pace our eating!Lots of selection at the salad bar! They also came around with lots of meat and grilled cheese!
Be the first to ReplyWe went for a large, annual group gathering for Rodizio.
It was our first time doing it in New York City and a few of my friends recommended this place. We're very happy that we came. The waiter and wait staff were tremendous and very patient with us as we were trying to figure out how we would split the bill (we ended up doing it on one). The Rodizio meets were all tasty, the sangria was great and the dessert was very good too. I'm giving it five stars! The only thing I would have liked to have seen was sorbet for dessert!

I hate to give a Brazilin steakhouse a 1, but unfortunately they deserve the 1 rating. The food was all over cooked or undercooked and totally lacking in flavor. I had 1 cut which was cooked properly and seasoned well. After my meal once of the servers came to clear the table and asked how my meal was. I told him I was incredibly disappointed and that the food tonight was not good at all. His reply was "that's ok, here comes the best part of the night, the dessert cart." SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I didn't come to a Brazilin steakhouse for dessert, and not to mention, the dessert is not part of the price of the meal. I will not be back, sad to say, but true.
Be the first to ReplyThis was the most amazing place I've ever dined at.
The appetizer bar is unmatched and it's phenomenal deal for the city. The best place in New York to eat at for a special occasion!
Be the first to ReplyPlataforma is a NYC staple .
I have been coming here for 20 years and it has always been a fantastic experience. The various cuts of meat are Seared to perfection . Their salad bar is plentiful , varied and delicious. The wide options will not disappoint. The attention to detail and service is superb . They even make your cocktails table side . It's those added touches that never leave your memory. I was so excited . I forgot to take pictures Thank you for an exquisite evening and we will def be back

Not bad, food is good and the service is not bad either. Sometimes w/the holidays some places can be shitty but I thought they were pretty attentive thru out the evening.

Prime rib, skirt steak, and the t-bone were among th stars from my meal. ย Picanha was surprisingly dry, while the lamb was excellent and not gamey. ย Salad bar offerings were replete and diverse.

I dined at Churrascaria Plataforma with a friend after hearing about the place! I chose to go for the Prix Fixe Dinner, the bar salad is great, you'll find whatever you love! I then tried their flank steak, Chicken leg, Pork Loin and Sirloin. It came French fries, asparagus risotto and potato gratin! The meat and sides were delicious! In addition the waiters were very attentive and really fast. I ended the meal with a tiramisu, that I recommend!ย I will visit again! Thank you!
Be the first to ReplyI wanted to like this place.
I really did. I have heard tons of good reviews about here and I got 5 of my friends to come with. I had extremely high hopes for this place but they were crushed. Crushed like Americas stock market when Covid-19 first struck. On 2/26, we got the normal unlimited buffet for 72 dollars. With tax and gratuity (which comes included), it came to a grand total of 93 dollars per person. After this experience, we all regretted paying that much and we should have gotten the Restaurant week which came with a free dessert. But even if we did, it still probably wouldn't have been worth. Initially we were going to go for restaurant week but then we saw that the selection of meat wasn't that much. So we changed to the normal. I didn't see any lamb chops, picanha, ribeye, short rib, chicken leg, turkey. Instead, we were offered the same old chicken and sausage, lamb leg, flank steak, parmesan pork loin and top sirloin over and over again. Every time the card is green, the same cut comes along. A friend managed to get one piece of ribeye and it never came back out ever again. The rest of us didn't even get to try it. To pay 93 dollars for rare top sirloin and chicken and sausage with the occasional slice of average steak, it's pretty darn sad. Might as well have gotten restaurant week and you would have eaten the same things for a lower price tag. Also, they brought out the sides immediately even when we didn't ask and they weren't flavorful. It got cold really quick. Also, do people eat french fries without any condiments or is it just this place? We started waiting for the more pricy cuts to come out because we paid a quite a bit. However, it was all in vain and because soon after, a waiter or server came along and started asking if he could remove some things. Within a few minutes, that escalated to if he could clean the table. I guess they just wanted us out. Keep in mind, we didn't do anything crazy and we were just normal customers. There was no reason for them to be like that. If you have high hopes for this place, please lower them. By a lot. Go to a cheaper all you can eat place. Perhaps K-BBQ or something. After leaving the restaurant, I was still trying to mentally justify everything that occurred but I couldn't because it was just not great. The only good thing I would say is the initial seating process was quick and the first plate came fast. I really do not recommend coming here.
Be the first to ReplyWent here on the last day of restaurant week, 2/13/2022.
As someone who has been to a ton of Brazilian steakhouses, especially back home in Las Vegas, I was extremely unimpressed with the meal here, even at the discounted rate. There is only one Brazilian steakhouse that I've had worse food at, and that's at Pampas at Miracle Mile in Las Vegas. My husband noted on our Open Table reservation that I have Celiac and need to know what is and isn't gluten free. The hostess who checked us in asked which one needed gluten free. I said it was me and she said, "anything that you see on the salad bar that you'd think has gluten, has gluten. And the parmesan pork and chicken have gluten." Umm what? "Anything that you think has gluten has gluten?" From my experience, the things you absolutely would never assume have gluten always have it added in for some unexplainable reason. The fact that this place is located right off of Time Square, so they get a ton of tourists, and they have zero labeling or allergy guide, at $60+ per person is absurd. Other places give me a print out with what is and isn't gluten free, and others have actual labels on the salad bar. Not here, and this is the most expensive of all of them. The salad bar is always my favorite at these places but this one, not so much. It didn't have a lot of options but it did have sushi rolls (like California rolls) for some reason. What I had off of it wasn't very good so I didn't bother to go back for a second plate. Meat was meh. I was able to eat 3 of the 5 choices and they were underseasoned. Luckily the chimichurri sauce, which isn't on the salad bar (but pesto is. Ask me how I know) is some of the best chimichurri I've had. When it came time for dessert, the service was straight up offensive. I asked the waiter which desserts were gluten free and he pointed to a few and snapped, "but those aren't included with Restaurant Week so *shrug.*" He didn't even ask me if I'd like to order one at my own cost or a coffee. Didn't even make an attempt to work around my dietary need. I would have taken a piece of fruit. At comparable priced places with a set menu, I've never experienced staff not even attempting to feign making an effort to accommodate my Celiac disease. My husband ended up getting a pink cheesecake and tiramisu.Service was spotty as far as water refills, but it may be because it was Super Bowl and people were watching that. All in all, I felt ripped off after eating here and I would not recommend it, even if I didn't have Celiac.

Amazing , they advertise best in New York I agree No lemon, light saltCuts and meats flavorful , aged , yummy, and abundant in delivery, no holding back.Comparing to southern California Brazilian bbq, fogo de Chao, agora, texas de Brazil etc. they are really the best and up there, I would say number one or two A good delivery and quality representation in New York, well deserved. I would agree the best in New York and quality

Had a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic, as the servers were very attentive. We started off with cheese bread pastries which were lightly salted, warm, and toasty. The salad bar had an assortment of foods that range from sushi to potato salads and so much more. The octopus rice was flavorful and extremely delicious. The meats were served and sliced at the table, which is definitely a new experience for me, but the cuts of meat were phenomenal. Lastly, we finished off the meal with some dessert, and there were so many to choose from! The raspberry cheesecake was one to stand out, the flavor had a tarty & creamy sweetness to it. Love the concept of the restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful night :)

Came here for restaurant week with friends! Really attentive service the meat did not stop coming! The salad bar had a wide variety but nothing to write home about. I think it was the best deal for restaurant week as it is an all you can eat. The servers do push the drink agenda quite aggressively however. The dessert was really good I would say go for the tiramisu as the raspberry tasted a lot like cough syrup. The grilled onion steak and top sirloin was so juicy and tasty!
Be the first to ReplyI came here with my friends for restaurant week.
I've always wanted ย to try one of these places out. The sexor is nice. ย The staff are attentive and work really fast to get to the table and everyone was polite. My friends and I we stayed and talked after we were done eating, and we didn't feel rushed. The Caipiranha is more my favorite drink, but the blue Sangria was good; I couldn't really taste the wine though. Now to the good part which is the food. ย The salad bar has plenty of options to choose from, and everything is tasty. The salt fish was good, and my friend said the potato salad was really good. All of the meat options were tasty, and nothing was lacking. All was prepared with good salt and seasoning, which is surprising for the city. The pork loin with parmesean, I believe, surprised me; it was good. The fried banana is a no for me; they should use sweet plantains instead. I would def go back again. We really enjoyed ourselves and ate so much I thought I would pop. The passionfruit mousse is good.

Love that the food keeps coming out and you can leave and be full. Quality of the food is high and presentation is nice. Filet mignon with bacon the best, strip is good too. Stick to the red meats for flavor
Be the first to ReplyCame here with a party of 5 for restaurant week.
The quality of the food was AMAZING. Each and every piece of meat was tender and juicy. My favorite was the chicken, top sirloin, and prime rib. I knew not to go crazy at the salad bar. But even the side dishes were great! The carvers were very generous with the portions and even brought us meats that we requested from the kitchen. Also, they were very good at refilling our glasses with water whenever they see it running low. At one point during the meal, one of the carvers accidentally dropped a meat skewer on my shirt. The manager came over to apologize and offered to give me the meal for free! I thought this was incredibly nice and great customer service! Overall, I enjoyed my time here and I think it is an incredible value especially for restaurant week where you pay $59 per person instead of the usual $72.

Went here during restaurant week and while the meat was good, the sides and salad bar were sub-par. Overall not worth the money and wouldn't go back.
