I don't even know where to begin! The food, drinks, staff, decor, and music were all awesome! Even the restroom is beautiful inside with these beautiful mermaid tiles, AND they have this hand lotion that leaves your hands feeling so soft. The menu is meant to be shared, so between the two of us, we ordered 4 small plates and 2 entrées and it was way too much food. The muhammara was one of my favorite items, which was served with a super soft and flavorful pita bread. My husband says the ribeye was cooked perfectly, and he is a steak aficionado, so that is saying a lot. The roasted potatoes were too lemony for my taste, so I ended up taking it home. I tried the lamb sausage pasta for my entrée and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back!
Be the first to ReplyMy girlfriend had a horrible time at Mother's Day brunch.
Had reservations and we sat an hour before any food arrived. Very pricey at $59 a person and both service and food didn't come close to meeting expectations.
Be the first to ReplyFood was good, portions small, beautiful interior.
Music was extremely loud, 95 decibels! It was the same music over and over again. Impossible to have a conversation. Server couldn't even hear to take an accurate order, brought the wrong drink because the music was so loud. Was told they have a DJ and they are trying to creat a 'Club vibe.' There are so many great restaurants in the West Loop, skip this one.

This place had excellent ambiance with a very large and high ceiling dining area attached to the hotel. Noise level can be a bit loud, but manageable for our party of 4. We came for weekend brunch and street parking in this area can be tough but the hotel offers valet. The menu seems to rotate but veered towards the Mediterranean flavors. Hummus with brown butter sounded good in concept but honestly it tasted average with a high price point. They did adorn the dish with lots of colorful microgreens and edible flowers. Brunch entrees were so good but not super memorable.
Be the first to ReplyI was staying the Hoxton for a team retreat.
The seating was very eclectic, but comfortable and spaced out enough for me to. When we ate breakfast, I had the Mortadella Breakfast Sandwich. It was different than what I was expecting. It was a pistacho-based pesto, giving the sandwich a very nutty taste. The amount of mortadella meat overpowered the presence of the eggs and I would have had the option of a different bread, as I am not a huge fan of sesame bread.
Be the first to ReplyGreat ambiance for a date night spot.
It has a romantic feel to it, but it can be quite loud on a Saturday night with the music. The food was incredible. The pita bread was soft and warm and can honestly be eaten by itself. It was my first time having babaganoush, and the bar is set high. I hope the next time I have it will live up to Cira's expectations. The pistachio ravioli was rich and delicious. It is the most recommended dish on yelp so I had to order it. It definitely did not disappoint. So I will pass along the recommendation to you the reader ! We also ordered the Piri Piri Chicken. It was cooked to perfection with it being moist and flavorful.

Did my third round of dinners at Cira recently, and each time we think the same thing: people look great here, but the food is only ever OK. Hummus, falafel, and other Mediterranean standards are fine here but great elsewhere. I don't even have a problem with the prices, given that this is buried in the West Loop. It's just that I would rather eat at Aba or etta before coming here...heck, I love Falafel & Grill on Milwaukee as a lower-brow Greek/Mediterranean place to grub before coming into the West Loop! Cira is great for standing at the bar and watching the beautiful people. But as a restaurant, we've never been impressed. This is my final lesson to myself!

Located in the Lobby of The Hoxton hotel and in the Fulton Market area, this place comes alive after 8p. Friday night visit, the DJ spins Old Skool RnB and HipHop. The crowd is a great mix of mature adults dressed casually but chic. No dance floor, this is more for the seat dancer and standing floaters. Gets very loud, so not a scene for an intimate date. The restaurant part is segmented off to the back, so if going for dinner or a date, make a reservation. Visiting from StL, this was a great visit for our Friday night music exploring.

Hmmm okay I kind of have to agree with another person who reviewed on here but this restaurant is definitely a nice place to relax and grab a couple of drinks. I wasn't all that impressed with the food and we ordered a looot food. To start, we got the goat cheese stuffed dates and the Muhammara dip. I felt like everything was just so nutty. I'm not sure if it's cause I ordered wrong and happened to order every single dish that had nuts in it but even then, some things just didn't taste that good together. For example, my pistachio ravioli tasted like it could be dessert because there was pistachios and orange combined. I ordered a mocktail and was honestly surprised that it cost as much as an actual drink. A mocktail is literally elevated juice/soda. Not sure if I'll be back truth be told unless it's just to grab some quick cocktails.

This spot exudes a London atmosphere, complemented by a DJ who absolutely nailed it. And let me tell you, Angelica, our server, was an absolute gem. She not only recommended the ideal drinks to pair with our meal but also attentively catered to our every request with elegance and precision. The food...........simply divine, with a delightful blend of savory and sweet flavors. Every aspect of our experience, right down to the parting drink she crafted for us, was top-notch!
Be the first to ReplyFood was pretty good.
The host is good at keeping the white people in booths/ to the front and the brown people way to the side.. Asked for a booth, host told me it's reserved for four. After we were seated saw a nice white couple being sat down in the booth i asked for.
Be the first to ReplyI came her for lunch.
The hostess stand and staff are extremely unorganized here. We went without it a reservation and it wasn't that busy and ended up waiting an hour. It was 100 not worth it. The food is not good at all. I had the chicken pita. Had no taste at all and just ended u eating the side. Their service is even worse, received my food without silverware and before they even gave me a glass water or my drink that I ordered way before the entree. They had so many tables open too but sat us in the community table with other parties. I wasn't even able to flag down the waiter to bring us a check and had to go to the hostess stand. Definitely by far the worst experience I had with a restaurant in the city. Especially at the prices they charge.
Be the first to ReplyI took my niece there for her 60th birthday dinner.
We arrived about 6pm and the place was hopping. I told the hostess what we were celebrating and she said she would tell the server. I had been her once previously, but it was her first time. We waited for our drinks for about a half hour. our food came first. The service was underwhelming. There was no silverware at the table, we asked for some when the waiter brought the meal and had to ask again for napkins. Very disappointing. The upside was the food. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The pistachio ravioli were melt-in your mouth good, the dates with goat cheese were also unlike anything I've had. The brown butter hummus with really flavorful naan also was a favorite . The long awaited drinks were nothing special, and the waiter never even wished my niece happy birthday or made an effort to make her feel special.I called later that evening and left a message on the voicemail to speak to a manager with regards to the poor service, and asked them to return the call, and they never did. Does not make me feel like I want to return.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing place.
The service is on point and the brunch on weekends is where it is at. Get the brunch tower or whatever it is called. It is amazing. It is like unique breakfast tapas and definitely meant to share.

Pistachio ravioli is honestly so insane I will keep going back just for this! 10/10! Good vibe with good music the bar is always fun and the Dj is really good if you go when they have one
Be the first to ReplyOverall, would rate my experience a 3.
5. I came for brunch with a party of 9 people. Tried calling and was impossible to get someone on the phone after calling multiple days. If you need to make a reservation for a large party EMAIL THEM!! Very quick response. When we arrived service was subpar. Came on a Sunday during brunch and it was busy so didn't mind too much but it was kind of frustrating to not get water for 10 minutes and then have to wait another 10 minutes to flag someone down to get our server. Server never showed up and they had to get someone else to take our orders. Weird experience where we only ordered 1 order, they gave us 2, then charged us for 2 of the order and when I asked them to remove it they said "I should have received 2". Yes I did, but we didn't order it so it should be taken off and they were a bit hesitant.Food was good! Portions and prices were fair. I got the shakshuka and that was very good. Unfortunately one of my friends got the burger and it was undercooked and had raw parts. :( we did not get drinks. Interior is super cute. Just be careful if you sit facing the street bc the sun comes through and blinds you. I wore sunglasses while sitting there.Overall, had an alright experience. Service was iffy, but not complaining too much. Food was good.
Be the first to ReplyWe came here for brunch and loved it.
The ambiance was great, with good music, floor to ceiling windows, tons of natural lighting, and amazing food. We ordered the Shashuka, French Toast, crispy potatoes, coffee, and a cappuccino. The French Toast was some of the best we've ever had, and the Shashuka flavor was perfect. Will def be back and tell others to come here as well!

I went to Cira for the first time last evening and had an amazing dinner. Service and food were exceptional. Our server Nicholas was extraordinary. Each course got better and I can't wait to return!

The vibe is so cool! It's inside of the hoxton hotel on the main level with lots of lounge like seating and cool lights. The service here was the only thing that made me not give this 5 stars. We were seated and didn't put in our drink order until 30 minutes after we were seated. Food was probably 45 minutes. Our first drink did not arrive until after we had our first app. Everything is made to be family style. To start we had marinated olives and the brown butter hummus. I loved this olives, they were perfect. The brown butter hummus was also delicious served with two big warm pitas. To drink wit had the vodka cocktail with pear. This was amazing. It had a smokiness to it. I had 3! Next from the small plate section we had the lamb/sausage dish. The sauce on this made the dish along with the marinated cucumbers. Big portion for a small dish. From the pasta section we got the pistachio ravioli. This may have been my favorite pasta I have ever had. It was so creamy and flavorful, overall just a beautiful dish. To end we had the brisket tips. These were very average, nothing special. We ended the night in the lounge area grabbing drinks from the bar. Overall a great vibe, very cute date night spot.

First, this is the cutest daytime lounge/restaurant I have been to in a while! The vibe and energy lifted my mood as soon as I walked in. All of the staff seemed to be in great spirits and acknowledged my presence kindly! I came by myself and still felt very welcomed the entire time. I had the Challah French Toast, Maple-Sage Sausage, and Crispy potatoes which were very yummy. The portions were great, I had enough to fill me up and take home as well. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for a date, but will definitely bring my girls here for a brunch when they visit town! The only reason I rate a 4 is that the openness of the place takes away from the intimacy I prefer in a dining experience, but for what was offered it was great!
