Circa Resort & Casino Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
The noise from construction is terrible.
Compensation is not fairly provided at the hotel by some of the staff - a front desk lady was extremely unhelpful and one of the managers gave more compensation to another customer but not me. I had to go to another different front desk person for help a second time and he helped me with no problems. The details below: Praise to Johnny at front desk, and manager Elodie BUT the highest level of complaint about Kourtney at front desk, and the manager Zach. The problem was this: beware of obnoxious drilling/construction noises that start at 9am - no one warned us when checking in (yet all staff that I spoke to afterwards were well aware of the construction). It was so loud that it sounded next door, and above us, no matter where we stood in our room. For a hotel that aims to be high end, that is disgusting. We tried to receive compensation for the egregious disturbance after checking out on the room TV, as the front desk was on our way out, yet Kourtney was extremely unempathetic, citing that nothing could be done since we had checked out. She claimed that they could not even give free drinks vouchers as they did not have any. When I asked for the manager, she miraculously took off $39 of one night of resort fees - so she clearly lied when she said she could not do anything. However, our neighbour complained and told us that they got $400 in compensation (an older Caucasian man - I mention this because I do think racism and agism was involved), so I asked for the manager. The manager got extremely flustered when I cited the neighbour and the manager, Zach, claimed that he did not compensate $400. I did not believe him because the neighbour was so specific on the amount. While I pressed further, the manager gave two free drinks vouchers - but - this contrasted what Kourtney told me earlier. She had lied, yet again, saying they had no drinks vouchers when the manager gave some to us. The most disappointing thing is that neither of them apologized properly for the noise. I told Zach that I know the older Caucasian man received more compensation, and that just because I'm a woman of ethnic minority, and younger, that I'm being treated differently. I was level headed throughout and respectful, but Zach was getting more and more flustered which indicated he knew he treated the other customer differently - this was not fair. If he was telling the truth, he would have been more calm and kinder as there was nothing to hide. Zach was unprofessional and said "I'm sorry you feel that way" which is not an apology, rather a backhanded retort that shows zero customer service intellect. In contrast, I have the highest praise for Johnny (a different front desk person) and Elodie (another manager), as I had interacted with Johnny during check in, and remembered how friendly he was. I intentionally spoke to him after my incident with Kourtney and Zach, and mentioned the construction noise. As soon as I said that, he said that it was no problem and he would try to help. This was a night and day difference in how the situation was handled. Johnny went to speak to management (Elodie), I presume a different manager, and was able to increase the compensation from removing resort fees for one night, to all of the nights. Both Kourtney and Zach could have done this - I have no idea why they were so unwilling. Johnny was empathetic, and apologized on behalf of the hotel, which neither Zach or Kourtney did. That is service 1-0-1 - to respect a customer and only Johnny had that. He redeemed the experience because of his empathy and professionalism. Both Kourtney and Zach seriously need to take a look at who they are as a person - why are you in service if you're terrible at talking to customers?! I hope everyone who reads this goes and asks for compensation, as the noise was ridiculous. Lastly, the pool blasts music starting 10am and the rooms are not sound proof at all. If you go to the pool, the music is so loud that talking is impossible. In general, the noise sucks, and makes the experience in the really nice, clean room, extremely subpar. In summary, noise sucks, Zach and Kourtney have terrible customer service (Zach is the worst manager I've interacted with. He does not have the people skills to be at that position) and go to Johnny for help at the front desk. Circa should hire more people like him as he represents the hotel well. Zach and Kourtney clearly could have helped our situation but chose to be difficult and refused to compensate equally amongst customers - I *know* our next door hotel guests got more compensation and Johnnys help proved this. Circa needs to be transparent on the noise issues and standardize an apology and compensation immediately, whenever customers complain. It's not ok for a hotel to act the way Zach and Kourtney did. I'll be posting everywhere I can and emailing social@circalasvegas.com because of this unfair treatment from two individuals.

The only good thing about this hotel was that is was very clean. We began our stay on a Friday. We got to our floor that our room was on and noticed right away the loud drilling and construction work that was going on. So instead we headed down to check out the pool - "Stadium Swim". The experience at the pool sucked. The music was so, so loud, you couldn't even hear my husband and I talking to each other. There wasn't enough seating either. People were keeping there items next to them on the concrete on the perimeter of the pool while they swam. The pools are tiny and the deepest part of any of the pools are 3'9". We went to the front desk to ask about the construction noise and the music level at the pool. The staff couldn't care less. The food at Victory Burger is awful. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

Certain employees need to be trained by a professional HR personnel. Not just once but so many times, I heard the casino housekeepers even the ID check in old dude gossiping and talking nasty about the guests while in front of us. FYI your guests are the reason why you have a paycheck! If customer service is not your thing, get out of the hospitality industry. I would never go back nor recommend this s#%*show!

New and nice looking casino but the games are mediocre and not really a lot of options. My wife said the staffers dancing looked "dead inside" and that's sort of the vibe here. Nice looking place and I enjoyed seeing the Vicki Vegas sign but not really a place I'd be itching to come back to.
I am in Las Vegas on vacation.
I reserved a non smoking room but they put us in a smoking room, yuk! In addition they are doing renovations to another room so we have to put up with hammering all day long! I called the front desk to complain twice but they did nothing! They obviously don't care about their guests. Avoid Circa at all costs. You'll have a better time somewhere else.
Nice rooms.
But this place is a rip off. They charge guests for parking! And that is after charging a 50 buck resort fee that covers a lousy internet connection. Access to gym. And local phone calls.
Since our first stay at Circa in Feb.
of last year (2023), we've gone back 6 times since and have stayed at Circa every single time. Circa does not ever disappoint, we choose their casino over any casino on the strip and downtown. We come to Vegas pretty often and love the convenience, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the MANY options for games (2 whole floors!!), the party atmosphere, the spacious beautiful rooms, the food (AMAZING!!) and of course our spectacular host, Rachel, who always takes great care of us, amongst the many other amazing staff here. Cannot say enough amazing things about Circa, our host, and all of our multiple stays here! CIRCA IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!! Thank you Rachel for ALL you do, we appreciate you so much! We always feel at home and we can hardly wait to be back every single time. This place is truly our home away from home. See you in less than 2 months Circa!
The place was fresh and new.
No cigarettes smells. The atmosphere is literally and welcoming. They have a section of big screen tvs for watching games and betting. The slots were loose and inviting. Tables were the same as others places in terms of betting. They card everyone walking into the place. Dont forget to bring id.
The servers were fantastic.
The ambience was pretty awesome. I just expected more as far as food wise. But I'm glad I had the experience. The chocolate bomb dessert was absolutely incredible.
Careful when booking here.
It's an adults only resort 21+ The website needs to have that in BOLD and across the screen. Could cause stressful situations for families unaware of policy.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

When it says working on bid, it means there are people looking to fill it.
