The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is definitely upscale. Drinks are good, service was good, and our waiter was one of the nicest waiters I have ever met! Inclusively the guests in the table next to us were very rude to him and he handled it so well and remained respectful. Service was quick. The exception is that for the price and what it is the food was not at the same level. It wasn't bad, it just was not at the level it should be. I ordered the lamb and it didn't not come out like a freshly cooked sizzling lamb - it was dull. My son ordered the chicken and he gel the same way. To be clear the food was not bad - the issue is that at that level and price the quality should be at the same level.
There was clear discrimination at the restaurant.
I was wearing an elegant outfit from a prestigious Italian brand -- a sequined jacket and luxurious tailored pants from Brunello Cucinelli. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they refused to let me in solely because I am Arab. With a look of disdain, the hostess told me, "Go change your pants at Zara." It was an appalling display of racism and prejudice.
Food and service was awful.
I had a reservation on 7/6, the hostess who took my order was rude. I placed an order for appetizer and entrees. She brought everything out all at once. Lobster pasta was cold and stale was hard to cut and disgusting. After 20 minutes she wanted to clear my table and kick us out. She kept asking to clear the table. Overpriced food with no quality. I would have happily paid if the quality of the food was good. The hostess kept being rude and rolling her eyes every time I asked her a question. They were very specific for the 2 hour window I had but she wanted me out after 30 minutes on the table. They have live music so I think they want to keep rolling people in and out. Honestly will never go an upscale restaurant like this in Paris. Hyped up by influencers for no reason. Paris has many local restaurants that have great food and service. Don't waste your money.

They charged me $345 for a non existent reservation and refuse to make it right even though I've emailed them multiple times.. Also you can't contact them via phone. I had gone there two nights before they charged me for a reservation I made. It was fine.. nothing super great. Then they randomly charged me for a reservation I never made.

My wife and I made reservations on May 26th for our visit to Paris next week (reservation was for June 24th). Just received an email from the restaurant today (June 21st) that our reservation was canceled because the restaurant company booked the venue out for a private event. How was this information not available to the before? Horrible service! They offered to provide us reservations at another company owned restaurant. No way I'm giving my money to these people. Thanks but no thanks.

What a wonderful experience just before the ballet! Service was great ambiance the best and food was excellent. Our waiter was superb. We realized 15 minutes before the start of ballet we would not make it yet he got our last entree and the bill at the same time and off we went

Located on the same grounds as the Opera house of the Palais Garnier is this ultra swanky and trendy place. It's a restaurant that wants to be a night club. Glamorous clientele and lots of half dressed women. The decor and atmosphere are romantic but the dance music pumping in is a little too loud to have an actual conversation. The front of house staff was a little off key in service. Points off for bread service where bread was brought to the table without any dishes? Why? so that you can get crumbs everywhere and nowhere while having nowhere to place your bread? But the actual food and drinks are above board. We ordered roasted scallops and the lobster pasta. The scallops were perfectly cooked and served with a delicious velvety smooth pumpkin puree. Although this dish was quite small for a main course. Suited dor the lighter appetite and the fashion modwl clientele. The lobster pasta was more substantial and the lobster itself was perfectly cooked, the fresh linguine was al dente and the broth was rich and flavorful. Really solid dishes. We shared an order of profiteroles for dessert the profiteroles had a thin chocolate disc that sat on top and was supposed to have melted when the chocolate sauce was poured on top. Unfortunately the chocolate sauce wasn't quite hot enough to melt the chocolate disc. Hence lessening the dramatic effect intended... It was still good though. Since the profiteroles where fresh and the ice cream wafer that sat on the bottom of the dish was of high quality. So the lack of drama wasn't a total loss. Although perhaps warming up the container for the chocolate sauce may help the situation. Lastly the cocktails are definitely peak in quality and craftsmanship. Prices were reasonable for what you get.

Beware of this restaurant's deceptive practices: At my pre-wedding dinner, I was overcharged €700 as part of a deceptive tipping scheme--a practice that appears common at CoCo, as other reviews show. Despite multiple assurances from various levels of management that I would be refunded, they failed to return my money after months of empty promises. When I escalated the issue to VISA, CoCo submitted falsified receipts and fabricated proof of a wire transfer that never reached my account. Their manipulation of the situation was very elaborate, involving all levels of management. The dishonesty and refusal to correct their 'mistake' speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. I strongly advise caution when making any payments here. Their willingness to deceive both customers and financial institutions should not be taken lightly. Should anyone be dealing with the same, I do have proof of my experience and direct contacts at upper management at CoCo / The Paris Society to share. I hope this review serves to warn any guests who are considering dining here.
This review is for the truffle mashed potatoes.
We came here for drinks before our food reservation at pink mamma. The truffle mashed potatoes- woah. Needed to add salt but such an amazing flavor and smooth texture (not clumpy or runny). Definitely going to go again before we leave paris
Great French food and service
One word - Fantastic! Foods, drinks, desserts, atmosphere, service and live music are fantastic. Patio seating is the best in the evening. Perfect to enjoy the sunset in Paris and its beautiful and timeless structures . What else can you ask for more. Cheers to CoCo!!!

We spent our wedding anniversary at Coco last week. A wonderful evening, first-class service and great food! Beautiful ambience and as a highlight there was even live music in the evening. Gladly again!
Trendy with just ok service
The restaurant is trendy, hip and beautiful. The food is delicious food. However, management needs to train the employees to answer the phone. I had to show up in person to change the time of a reservation. I called a few times and no one answered the phone. When I mentioned this to the host standing outside she didn’t seem to care.
Bad experience, discrimination at Coco restaurant!
Very bad experience, and discrimination approach. We booked a table at ground floor, we were waiting for 30 min than the hostess told us the table is not ready yet, please sit at the bar. Then the manager at the bar said that we hat to drink waiting the table … after few she came back to suggest a table upstairs as it was late, I instead for a table at the ground floor but it wasn’t possible. Finally we accepted to be place upstairs. I realised that only Arabs and foreign people were upstairs and I heard Arabs people from Middle East complaints about it. It’s unacceptable. Plus, I forgot a glass of sunglasses Prada where I was sitting, it was 11.20pm when we left. Last service, a lovely Italian people were sitting next to us they left few minutes after us. I was in the taxi when I realise 10 minutes later I didn’t have my glasses. I tried to call many times nobody responded, zero service! Zero customer service! The day after the hostess and his manager called me back to say we didn’t find anything! I requested to check the camera as no client came after us, they tried to tell me there are no cameras.. the manager tried to protect his team. I asked to speak with the restaurant’s Director. He refused to transfer me to the Director. I am in the retail more than 20 years and I can tell you I never see a brand let team leaving with clients’lost. An investigation and camera views is done normally.
Fine Dining in the Shadows of Palais Garnief
Located adjacent to the Palais Garnier we had the choice of sitting inside or outside and we chose outside as it was a pleasant Paris evening and there was a duo playing live music in the outdoor seating area. Once we ordered we were started off with a solid bread basket selection and of course once we finished it they brought over another. We started off with a Smoked Salmon Loin with Herbs appetizer and we loved it with its thick pieces of smoked salmon. For dinner we ordered two dishes and both were very good: Shrimps with Avocado Salad, which included gem lettuce and grapefruit too. Our other dish was Roasted Chicken with Mashed Potato and the chicken was juicy as advertised! In fine Paris fashion we were not rushed at all once we completed our meal and except for the cigar smoke sweeping our way (yes it’s Paris) we relaxed for a little while before paying the bill and taking a scenic walk back to our hotel.

Terrible over priced food , absolute tourist trap . Asked for tap water when we got bill we had been charged 20euros , maybe our fault for thinking the bottles were recycled. Refused to pay 9euros for a cup of dishwater tea. AVOID THIS PLACE

My Muslim Arabic family are frequent travelers that have been to many Michelin Star restaurants around the globe. This was by far the worst restaurant staff that they have ever encountered. They felt that the host (oversized male with pony tail) and hostess (blonde lady) were -to say the least- discrimintagly unwelcoming of them from the moment they arrived. They greeted them badly and spoke to them rudely. Then they chased them to their outdoor table, insisting that my elderly father removes his cap despite of the sun heat outside, saying mockingly that it's impossible for him to be in the restaurant looking like this, and making a scene infront of the remaining guests. If you're a formal restaurant, teach your staff first to act formally and treat your guests with respect equally, regardless of thier diffrrent cultural backgrounds.
It was a splurge meal in Paris for us.
Service, food and atmosphere were great. We had a wonderful meal and the waiter made us feel very welcomed in this upscale restaurant.

CoCo is a great restaurant for a girl's lunch.
The restaurant is very pretty, and has a lot of windows so great lighting. The service was excellent. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious! For an appetizer, we had the croque monsieur which is a very small appetizer but quite tasty. For an entree, I had the beef sirloin and fries. My beef was cooked to my satisfaction, and enjoyed every bite. I would come back to CoCo for lunch, especially when it's nice outside. I would love to try their dinner menu as well.

I recently dined at Coco with my family during our vacation in France. We had a disappointing experience with the food and service. My daughter ordered a simple dish of pasta with butter, which arrived ice cold. And I order a linguine pasta same story.We politely informed our waiter, who initially agreed to replace it. However, the manager, Pavlo, intervened and declined to replace the dish, making a scene and almost forcing the food down my throat to finish it. He was also being very disrespectful to my wife, causing an overall nasty situation. I told him I dont want credit I want to have a nice dinner which he didn't seem to care about and was ok with service me Ice cold pasta. It's essential for any restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction and handle such situations with professionalism and empathy. Which is the exact opposite of how Pavlo treated us. If you're in Paris and happen to see this restaurant make sure to avoid it at all cost especially Pavlo.

I went for dinner last year and the ambience is amazing! They have a live band who plays and the go around the whole restaurant. The food was delicious and the interior is very cute, girly, gatsby vibes. Make sure to ask for tap if you don't want to be charged for the water bottles. I went more recently for brunch and it was a lovely view to sit outside. Only thing is that it was hot. There are seating areas with shade so make sure if you don't like the sun or to stay a little cooler to ask for shade. The waiter was delightful and was kind to take our photo at the end of our meal as well. Definitely recommend everyone to try to get reservations here during their time in Paris!
Yes, the ambiance is sick it's a great resto in Paris.
But my food was really salty. Like almost inedible if I didn't have bread. Waiters were attentive --don't think they take reservations. Nice to try once but probably would not come back at least not for a while and I think it would be nice to also just come for drinks instead of doing all of dinner there.

Got a last minute reservation which was great. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was beautiful. We both had the truffle ham and cheese pasta which was delicious. Live music with guitarist and singer walking around which was great. Would recommend to others visiting Paris.

I'm writing this review because I have recently seen several bad reviews and multiple severe accusations Coco's tripadvisor. When my sister and I visited in November we had an absolutely amazing time and this meal really was the icing on the cake for our trip to Paris. To start we had the Croque Monsieur slides, for main we had the chicken breast with mushroom sauce and mashed potato, and for desert we had Profiteroles. I cannot stress enough how amazing every single bite of food was, and the service was impeccable. The minute we walked into the door everyone was polite, welcoming and attentive. I would also like to add we categorically did not see any rats whilst we were here and I am shocked that this is being mentioned. Don't let the bad reviews put you off!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location and nice interior.The food was ok but way too expensive to provide a good quality/price balance. The staff looked everywhere except at the guests. Disappointing overall.

What the f*** is that? They literally separate white people than others, I never see that in my entire life, disgusting.
Amazing experience, yummy food
We had a late reservation and we’re very happy that they still had the full menu available until 11:30pm. The plates are perfect sized portions especially for sharing and the flavors were abundant (try to seared tuna, green beans, cheese plate, and artichoke!). At around 11pm a live band started to play from the upper floor, and before we knew it they had made their way down the stairs and started dancing on platforms and bar tops with their instruments and singing. Very good craft cocktails.

AMAZING NIGHT AT COCO! The staff was so accommodating and sat at us at an amazing table in the center of the restaurant . The ambience was calm and posh with individual booths giving tables the ability to eat and chat in their respective parties until one big party was provoked with the sounds of a guitar from above. A private party upstairs ascended the staircase with a guitarist, a saxophone player, a man on the bongos and a lovely female lead singer. While the dishes are on the pricier side we shared a bunch of things with glasses of wine and it was under 50 euro per person in a group of 4. It was a party you never wanted to end and I would love to return on my next trip to Paris!
Lovely Atmosphere for Cocktails
This review is purely based on drinks, we did not eat here so can't comment on the food or service in that regard. We visited as part of a hen party/bachelorette party. We only visited for drinks as part of our evening and the venue is absolutley gorgoues. The bar area has a very vintage/period feel and the ambiance was very nice. We were a party of 12 and got seated for drinks without issue. The cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced, we didn't expereince any issues with the staff or service but we did only have one drink prior to reservations elsewhere.
Unprofessional
Very disappointing. We had a reservation but unfortunately there were some problems at the Highway so we were 30 mins to late. Naturally we tried to reach someone to inform that we want to come later but no one picked up. So we thought we try our luck. The service at the entrance was arrogant and not even trying to help us out even when we said we paid 40 Euro for the uber and where driving 50 minutes and were tying to call them 10 times plus email. Super unfriendly and not again! It was more than embarrassing because I invited an important client to this „awesome“ location, we both were shocked from the attitude of the service. So no business meetings there anymore!

I took a chance on getting a table for brunch.My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:30pm on a Saturday. The place was pretty busy, and they did ask if we had reservations. I explained how I wasn't able to make one online, but they were able to accommodate us at a seat in their upstairs area. Customer services was great. Our server was very friendly and helpful, and the food came out quickly, Everything I tried was amazing. I ordered the burratina arugula salad with raclette croutons and burgundy truffle shavings, which I enjoyed. The salad was simple and clean, and it tasted very fresh. My boyfriend ordered the croque-monsieur that he also loved. Lastly, the fries were delicious! They were perfectly golden and crispy.

My friends and I went to dinner at CoCo on our last night in Paris and it was incredible. There was live music, the service was great, and the food was so good. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to splurge a bit!

It doesn't get any better than this without having to spend a ton or make it a formal event. Outside patio restaurant is the best when the weather is good. Inside...well inside because it's just so pretty. Pretty people, pretty building, pretty food. The food is great, creative, the ambiance is friendly. Servers speak English ( and numerous other languages) perfectly. There are no old-school, stuffy French people or cuisine here. It's edgy, interesting, and delicious. ....it's nice to watch a mix of fashion models, business people, and tourist families just mixing it up and having a good time.We skipped the entrées and went straight for the main dishes: rotisserie chicken, lamb chops. The mains were each respectively accompanied by mashed potatoes and oven-baked small potatoes. We washed it all down with a few glasses of Perrier Jouet champagne. We shared churros w/ vanilla & chocolate sauce for dessert. Everything was exceptional and flawless. The chicken was perfectly browned with tender meat slipping off the bone and a nice demi-glaze that didn't affect the crispness. The lamb was pink where it should be and deliciously soft.Service was friendly, attentive, and unpretentious. Reservations required. It's a popular place. Don't drive here: Metro, taxi, or Uber.

If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to CoCo Paris at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the CoCo Paris page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at CoCo Paris to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at CoCo Paris!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
