Avoid Hilton has better hotels in las Vegas
Small room, no coffee, hand lotion was empty. Hotel offers Hilton honor guest a $15 per person, per day food and beverage credit for breakfast but only good at one restaurant that has a very limited breakfast menu, so was useless. Room was dusty and smelled of smoke. Wasted 2 free night certificate !
Be the first to ReplyQuick checkin, very clean room, fab pool area
This was an amazing stay and I had avoided staying. Here for couple years because of the reviews and I reallly don’t get it. I showed up early for edc, my room was ready at 10am. I had moved from Delano the night before because of a bad night. I come to Vegas monthly and normally stay at Wynn or Venetian for 20 years. The room was spotless, smellless and felt like I was the first person ever in the room. The size had me Hesitant for years but the standard room at Hilton was absolutely fine for someone with high expectations and normally stay at high end resorts. The pool was great I was able to walk directly out to the pool and get my own cushioned chair for $30 on Saturday. The pool area was so much fun. The jacuzzi section is seriously amazing. No other resort has a outdoor jacuzzi this large and frankly I was the only person in it such a dream to soak after Friday night at edc. The Sportsbook was fine, I signed up easily for my account was able to make wagers on the app and was a good experience. Regarding the spa….Somewhat disappointed I couldn’t get a day pass without an apt time window and it was $175 yet a massage is like $250 so went to the pool. The food court was acceptable I got a chicken rice bowl at a Japanese restaurant and ordered on a led screen and was ready quickly. My only concerns staying here again are the following: the early or late check out process (you need to call at 6am day or check out) to check if I can pay to stay till 3pm. It caused me To sleep panicked. Ultimately I was declined a late checkout and moved my afternoon flight. There is no bathtub in a standard room in this entire hotel. You will need to swing for a suite. That is mostly why I prob wouldn’t stay here again since Wynn/Venetian/Cosmo offer tubs and that’s important to me.
Be the first to ReplyA luxurious and clean hotel
Perfect hotel! Luxurious and modern. Excellent and convenient location, a few minutes' walk from the strip, located relatively at the beginning of the strip and not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, so it was very convenient. Plenty of parking, huge and clean room. A large and spacious bathroom. A huge and luxurious pool. Service and kind staff. Crazy floor of casino and restaurants. I would accessorize the bathroom a bit
Be the first to ReplyVery nice hotel
Our stay at Resorts World was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, the layout of the hotel is very smart and the amenities are excellent. The room felt a bit cramped in comparison to other rooms in the city. The front desk staff was excellent as was housekeeping. I’ll leave a separate review for restaurants at Resorts World…
Be the first to ReplyPoor protocol with housekeepers and expensive left behind items
Unfortunately I left 4 expensive designer clothing items in my hotel closet upon checkout. I called within 4 hours. Called. Filled out a claim with detailed descriptions. I was still in the city willing to pick up that afternoon AND the next day. No help. A week later filled in claim form AGAIN...no help. Housekeeping needs to be addressed for lack of ethics/integrity. Hotel is lovely. Of course it was my facult but I have had hotels mail back small things before with a shipping fee that I was happy to pay. Very disappointing and will not stay there again ever!
Be the first to ReplyNot the most accessible for blind patrons
This hotel was beautiful and flashy however my wife and I were strongly disappointed with a few aspects. As a blind patron I was disappointed the hotel charged resort fees for features that were not accessible for blind people. The hotel elevators are labeled with braille however an auditory announcement for floors would be more appreciated than a beep to identify numbered floors. I sure they could afford it. Several times I was unable to navigate the elevators because there was no auditory statement. While most staff were helpful and kind we were given inaccurate advise on venturing to touristic areas. Overall, I was left with the impression that people with disabilities may be served better elsewhere. I also found it odd that the hotel determines when the weather is warm enough for our guests to swim. As a Canadian I swim in various temperatures. I was disappointed to find the pool closed when the temp. was sufficient for us. I did select this hotel partially because of the pool option. Did not know the staff would determine when and what temperature I should be able to enjoy a swim.
Be the first to ReplyLooking for a personal experience do NOT STAY HERE
When you see the commercials from Hilton they are fake the customers do not come 1st. This experience starts with an extremely long check in line . They try to make a personal experience at check in where they try and up sell you a room for more Money , then you get to the room and maybe want a little help from the concierge , it’s not gonna happen ( no one answers phone nor calls you back and no one is at desk) there is no transportation to the other hotels on the strip . There is the loop but it only takes you to the convention center and you can’t walk anywhere because the checkin guy said it “was ugly and a little dangerous” so you’re stuck. The pool is nice The bed has stiff overstarched sheets and giant pillows the point you are about sitting up straight. Also there is no bathtubs , so if you Plan on a relaxing soak it isn’t gonna happen . Overall not the Vegas experience you want . You may save some money by staying here but will lose in the end.
Be the first to ReplyMassive, well run hotel at end of strip
This hotel is 3 hotels & is huge. Some rooms have incredible strip views, many dont. Pool closes very early during off season. Hilton Gold & Diamond have seperate check in, very nice perk as there are a lot of people checking in & out here. Diamond gets $15 food credit (up to 2 persons) can ONLY BE USED at Dawg House resturant. Staff is very professional Rooms are new. Lots of high end dining & an upscale food court
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience!
I stayed at the Hilton RW February 24-26 on a 3 night comp reservation. Check in was a tad slow but I opted not to use the digital HH check in so that would have been a faster option. The room was immaculate, the softest bed and pillows I have experienced in a Las Vegas hotel in a long time. The only downside, and if you are a Las Vegas regular like myself you will know this, is the location....I will definitely stay and play here again but will plan on staying more "on property". Spent a bit on Ubers! As the north strip develops (hopefully) RW proximity to Fontainbleu and Wynn/Encore, Venetian/Palazzo will make this a more desirable venue. Definite 5 stars!
Be the first to ReplyAvoid of all cost
Avoid - at all cost!! Never will I stay here again and I would advise everyone to avoid. $800 holding fee. $51 per night resort fees. Checking in slow, no information give apart from there is you key after an hour wait. After checking out you can’t use the pool
Be the first to ReplyFun spot with lots of options for food and entertainment
I was slightly hesitant booking here based on the reviews but ended up having a great stay. This resort is massive and feels upscale, airy and fresh. We explored the strip quite a bit but you could easily spend a weekend or longer here without leaving the resort grounds if you really wanted. Our standard double queen room was simple but was clean, quiet and comfortable. There are a wide variety of food options and we enjoyed what we tried. Casino was lively and not overly smoky. It’s a little bit far North on the strip but wasn’t too bad of a walk to the center Strip area. I would definitely consider this spot again next time I’m in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyComfortable, clean room in ginormous hotel.
The room was great -clean and comfortable. We enjoined the floor to ceiling window. Walking through casino and trying to find hotel check-in was a bit much. (Lots of walking.) Check-in line was far too long and slow. The pool hours were far too short (9 am - 8pm) even for winter. They were heated though.
Be the first to ReplyBest Hotel In Vegas!! Very Clean and Great Variety of Shops & Restaurants. Got to meet a couple of Celebrities as well!!

Be the first to ReplyJust OK
While the rooms and beds were great, and the floors were actually very quiet- gotta love that, my room was never cleaned. No biggie given I was there by myself for 2 nights, but would have liked clean washclothes- and the prior guest left their dirty socks and sweatshirt in the drawer and it was obviously not discovered when he left. Some hotels are not cleaning every day now, wish they would have mentioned it when we checked in, I would have asked the staff I saw on the floor for a clean washcloth. Didn't like that the fitness center was (what seemed like) miles away and not convenient to get to. I didn't like the - I'm assuming - Asian names of places in the hotel- could not pronounce them and gave me no idea what they were by the name. The shops were awful, nothing of interest and never saw anyone in them. I think someone threw up on our floor- 9- as the over whelming perfume smell while waiting for the elevator was awful.
Be the first to ReplyNew and Comfortable
Came here for a conference and stayed for additional days. Beds and linens are comfortable- Shower is nice along with the bathroom size. Rooms are simple and new has a very small fridge. The complex is nice with interesting and lovely food options. Also across the street from some local places and chains. Pools are heated and nice outdoors. The spa in the complex is very nice (extra fee).
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Hotel!
We stayed here in March, and I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews that I have read. Check in was fast and easy, we were given a room on the 6th floor that overlooked the pool. We were given a 2 queen bed room, and the room did not disappoint at all! Bathroom was large and spacious, with plenty of counter space. Beds were new and comfortable. There was also a mini refrigerator in the room, which was nice to have. Everything was clean, and the hallway even smelled new, unlike many resorts in Vegas! The pool area was great, and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy all of it. There are plenty of restaurants on site for every taste and budget. Across the street there is a Walgreen's and great taco restaurants! I really enjoyed our stay, and I think it is so much nicer than the older parts of the Las Vegas Strip! All of the staff we encountered were very nice, and we look forward to returning again!
Be the first to ReplyPlease service our room
We checked in 2 days ago. So far, each day we have returned to our room after a day out around 5 PM only to find it has not been serviced. After the first incident we were assured our room was scheduled to be serviced every day… After the second missed service we were told it could be up to 9 PM before housekeeping finished for the day, unbelievable in our mind! And to think we are paying a supplemental resort fee on top of our package booking. Let’s see what happens tomorrow!
Be the first to ReplyThey take a $150.00 dollars a day in deposit rediculous
After taking 150 a day in deposit I get to my room and it has dirty towel in the bathroom. Took 4 hours to get it cleaned and they came so late I had fallen asleep. I had to call 3 times to get them to finally come and clean my room.
Be the first to ReplyLoved It!
Absolutely amazing! This property has so much to offer. Insanely clean all over… the lobby, the elevators, the rooms, public restrooms… all of it. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to return!
Be the first to ReplyPleasantly Surprised
My family and I had an opportunity to stay at the Hilton Las Vegas Resorts World and we were pleasantly surprised despite some of the reviews that we read. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless. The pool areas are unbelievable. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable and the products such as lotion and shampoo are higher end. We stayed on the 52nd floor so there was no noise. The parking was confusing at first but we figured it out. A coffee maker and or microwave would be nice but that won’t prevent us from staying again. We will definitely visit one of the Hilton properties at Resorts World when in Vegas again. Thank you Hilton properties and team members for a wonderful stay.
Be the first to ReplyBring sufficient time for checking in
Waited more than one hour for check in. Digital check in did not work. Service at check in less than friendly. Bed & room comfy & clean. Location is good, some choices for food in the hotel. Probably would not choose again.
Be the first to ReplyIs it worth the hassle??
Beautiful casino; great bars and food; great venue for concerts. Trouble with check in - checked in online with credit card and still had to wait in this extremely slow line. Ended up with holds on two credit cards for a week. Prepaid for a cabana a few weeks prior to trip and then it was charged again to the room. Have called three times and they finally figured out what happened. Still waiting on my credit card to be refunded. Love spending time in Vegas but probably wouldn’t stay here again. Too much hassle. I did forget something and their lost and found provides great service. Shipped it next day air.
Be the first to ReplyIt's Ok.
Stayed last year in Dec. Tried the Hilton and Conrad side. Hotel is nice and clean. It's a decent walk from the main Strip. Food is mostly Asian, but worth a try. You can walk over to Circus Circus for better gaming. Ihop is across the street (ask them to hold the hair). If you get the room at a discount, it's worth trying. Stay here 1-2 days then try some other hotel. This way you aren't stuck.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful hotel, room and pool.
Just came back from staying here 4 nights. It's gorgeous and the rooms are very clean with comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and we loved swimming and having a frozen beverage. It's also nice for kids. We stayed on the 9th floor overlooking the pool and city. and it was quiet. Using the room key in the elevator was not a problem and I appreciate the security. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning and stocking our needs. The only thing is it would be nice if there was a coffee machine in the room. Check in was good. I tried the app but since I booked through a 3rd party it didn't work but we were able to get through the line pretty quickly but when I finished checking in, there was a huge line behind me. Checking out by text, was very easy. Customer service was great! Everyone was very nice. If anyone has a problem with the key, you can go into the shorter Gold line on the right side since you're already in the hotel. Yes water is expensive at their retail shops. $6 for a small bottle or $7 for a bigger one but Mcdonalds is walking distance. There's a few food options for kids in the Food court area like plain soup noodles or plant chicken nuggets. (my daughter liked them with ketchup and couldn't tell the difference) but there's more options at Circus Circus which is a 12 minute walk. Just don't walk at night. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel!
Be the first to ReplyBeware of charges !
Really a nice place , decided to go back again . And that;s when i discovered overcharges . I will never return ! I thought i could trust the Hilton brand . When i took my issue to hotel management it was as if they did not even have to explain . I would have thought they would be much more humble when given proof of their error .
