Nice food and would recommend.
.. The menu has a lot of variety. I enjoyed the food even. The food is scrumptious! The waiters are pleasant.
Be the first to ReplyHad lunch here mid-week.
Great place for a group or couple for lunch. Service was attentive and professional. A fine selection of vegetarian options and great desserts. Nice drink menu with craft cocktails and Italian wines. A little pricey for lunch but good for a special occasion. A little loud inside when the place fills up.

Staff was attentive and polite. The decor is beautiful, felt very fancy. Food had great flavor. They offer truffle cheese on almost every dish, which is great but it'll cost you every penny in your pocket. We were a party of 6 and our bill was $800. I didn't expect it to be so much. Would I come back? Maybe, but just with my husband.
Be the first to ReplyScammy and unwelcoming vibes.
Host was rude when we walked in without a reservation on a weekday (though there were plenty of tables for two). We were seated and our server was nice enough, though deceptive about prices. Water was $12 and she kept pushing me to order a table-side drink and I declined. Later I learned they were charging $200 for it. Just an icky feeling knowing they were trying to dupe me. Food was yum, but ultimately won't go back.

Great food and beautiful ambience. 5/5 will go back again
Be the first to ReplyQuality of the food and service was exquisite! I did not
Quality of the food and service was exquisite! I did not feel the price matched the quality of the food, otherwise 5 stars. Came here for a weekday dinner, and was lucky to get a table. The atmosphere felt more like a fine business dinner. I would definitely reserve in advance should I return. We had the Bruschetta to share. I ordered a fettuccine with Duck Confit (I'm a sucker for a good duck), and one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had. Bruschetta was forgettable, the fettuccine was just the right about of creamy with fresh well-cooked duck, and the cake was absolutely rich but not too sweet. I tried the tiramisu as well, and while it was good, the cake was definitely the highlight dessert. The pine nuts and raisins were a nice touch on the fettuccine. All in all 4.5/5 if I could give a half star I would!

First time was summer of 2023 with my old co-workers and last time was a New Year's Eve dinner with my boyfriend! The vibe and aesthetic is upscale, romantic but casual! It's great for dates, anniversaries, and big groups. The chandeliers are both inside and outside in the patio. They have a fireplace in the back with beautiful tables too. Linda Lima did a great job designing this restaurant and if you ever see the owner, Bella, say hello to her; she is just lovely!

The place wasn't hard to find and had lots of parking. They have both outdoor and indoor seat and we opted for indoor. The staff here are really nice. I wanted to try their pesto tortellini. Didn't know it was into served during lunch. However, our waiter asked the kitchen and they said they could stay make it for us. How nice of them! We ordered the calamari as appetizers and each got a pasta. But both agreed that the food wasn't that special. Rather spend the money elsewhere. They also charge us for still water... love the service and vibes, but can't get over how the pasta tasted quite ordinary.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible fake Italian carbonara.
Did not like how they appropriate of Italian traditional cousine using names that are not representative of the food they serve. I have no problem if you want to make a fusion dish, or be creative about the way you make food, but don't make people think this is traditional Italian food by naming your food with our ancestors's recipes names
Be the first to ReplyOverall great experience.
On the pricier side of the spectrum for Italian cuisine, but worth it if you're trying to have an upscale experience. The food portions were spot on, the drinks were lovely, but pricey, and the service was remarkable. This restaurant includes gratuity which is a plus in my opinion and I think I'll be going back one day.
Be the first to ReplyFood is good the environment is good.
Service is good. But it is at the expense of mandatory 20% tips. The Fettuccine is great. The Branzino special which is a sea bass is ok. It says no bones but there's still some bones left.
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant did not disappoint.
The minute we walked in they acknowledged that it was my friend's birthday. The food was delicious every dish seemed to get even better than the previous. The customer service was exceptional. So attentive, friendly and personable. Looking forward to taking our husbands so they can enjoy the experience too..
Be the first to ReplyThe restaurant was filled with decorations.
Candlelight flickered off the glasses and cups, giving the restaurant a truly enchanting glow. The service was awesome, but that's what you'd expect when you're paying for a fancy dining experience. The food was good but simple. I got a seafood pasta that had a little spicy kick to it. Overall, the food didn't wow me. It was nice a experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. 3.5/5
Be the first to Replyexcellent food and service! i look forward to going back.
I am italian and from NY so i know italian food. there is a lot of crappy italian food in the bay area, but this was high end and worth every dollar.
Be the first to ReplyFood was amazing, super delicious and full of flavor.
Service was great everyone was attentive and friendly.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a hidden gem.
They have the cutest covered patio seating with chandeliers and fresh orchids everywhere throughout the restaurant. One of most beautiful outdoor seating restaurants in the area. Both food and service were top notch. Absolute amazing experience.

We came here for dinner last night and while I didn't realize it, my fiance specfiied when he made the reservation that we had just gotten engaged. When we arrived, they took us to at able that had beautiful red roses and a candle and a small card that said "congratulations." It made us feel so happy and special! On top of the wonderful service, we enjoyed everything we ordered. We each got a cocktail. I loved my Aperol Sprtiz while my fiance got an old fashioned with 12 year old aged liquor and it came out in a special baker and was super smokey and just so beautifully presented! We ordered the mushroom flatbread, halibut, and mushroom ravioli. We loved everything. I think the halibut was a particular favorite. Then they brought us a complimentary raspberry sorbet with a candle for dessert. So thoughtful and we can't wait to come back to visit our new favorite Italian restaurant.

Loved the place! We were seated outdoors and the space was very nice. Also, there were many heaters so it was comfortable. The food was very good as well. The menu had enough choices without being overwhelming. (I believe it changes frequently). The carbonara was amazing and the appetizers were great! We tried the bruschetta, sausage & honey flatbread, mushroom flatbread and the sizzling prawns. Before dinner I had the Peach Please cocktail which I loved it. Nice wine selection too. Definitely going back.
Be the first to ReplyWhen we arrived for our reservation for an outside patio
When we arrived for our reservation for an outside patio table, we were turned away because we had my two month old grandson in a stroller with us. Though there was no indication when we made the reservation, apparently they do not accept babies or children. My family and I were a little put off by this. I understand not wanting disruptive behavior, but this can come from adults also. Maybe address situations as they arise, and not turn away and alienate potential good customers?? We instead went and had a lovely dinner at a restaurant in the hotel next door, where they greeted and welcomed us in. Note - our baby slept the whole time and didn't make a peep.

Martin was our server; he was attentive, smart and funny.

I just walked in during pouring rain They said they had no tables, but the reservations were aplenty online (see photo)They also told me they don't accept children - that's a thing??
Be the first to ReplyMy wife and I lived in San Francisco for over 30 years
My wife and I lived in San Francisco for over 30 years before we moved to San Diego about 15 years ago.Last week, I was back in the Bay Area working in Santa Clara. Almost every day, we drove to San Francisco for dinner. However, one night, based on the recommendation of my brother-in-law, we ended up in this restaurant so we headed out there. As we arrive, the hostess sat us down. We got our water and, after several minutes, we are finally met our waiter. Since we had had enough time to review the menu, we ordered a couple of glasses of cabernet and a burrata as our shared appetizer. A while later, we get our burrata. However, we have no plates to use for the appetizer. After waiting a while, we decided to use the small bread plates as plates for our appetizer. At this point, the wine was still to come. Much later, the wine finally arrives midway through our appetizer (shouldn't the drinks come first?), and after we finish the burrata, our waiter brings in the two appetizer plates (a bit too late since our burrata was history at this point!) and drops a salad in the middle of our table. My wife and I looked at each other puzzled as we did not know if this was some standard "courtesy" salad or what. After contemplating the salad for a few minutes since we had not ordered it, our waiter approached to check on us. I asked him about this salad that unexpectedly showed up on our table when we did not order it. A long pause, a stare, and no reaction from him for a few long and awkward seconds. Since he did not react, my wife broke the silence and said: "we did not order this salad, but we will keep it and pay for it". Absolutely no apologies or reaction. And no compensation: we paid for the salad. After the "unexpected salad" we ordered our main dishes. My wife ordered the salmon, I ordered pasta. We waited another long while, although the restaurant was not busy. I do not remember ever ordering pasta at a restaurant and not being offered grated parmesan cheese with it, let alone an "Italian restaurant." A busboy nearby overheard our conversation and was kind enough to fetch the grater and cheese. Our waiter was not attentive to what was happening. These are all issues one does not expect from a pretentious restaurant like this. To top things off, since our engagement with our server began, he addressed my wife as "my dear...". My dear this, my dear that.... We thought that was inappropriate and the restaurant should train their staff to be respectful.

We were looking for a nicer outdoor patio area as our puppers was going to be with us. The interior and outdoor seating area is absolutely gorgeous! Really surprised they are so pet friendly both indoor and outdoor. It was a colder night and I was worried we might be cold, but they have so many heaters! They turned on all the heaters surrounding us even though we were the only party eating as we caught an early dinner at 5pm. Service was friendly and attentive. Our food also came out so quickly. We shared the calamari for an appetizer and I ordered the carbonara for myself. I thought both were pretty ordinary and nothing that really stood out. I was a little disappointed in my carbonara.. it wasn't very saucy and creamy like how I'm used to carbonara being. It really just tasted like lightly buttered noodles. Very different twist on the dish. I did have a taste of the scallops and those were delicious! Food wise is just your average pasta joint; however, what makes Cucina Venti stand out is their service, atmosphere, and most importantly, super dog friendly!
Be the first to ReplyAs always, it is amazing here.
The ambiance is spectacular and the food is amazing. We love sitting outside with the heaters. The waiters are amazing and very attentive. The food comes out at the same time. We love the calamari and the sizzling shrimp. Danny/danni was awesome and took really good care of us.
Be the first to ReplyHighly recommend Cucina Venti, amazing food, outstanding
Highly recommend Cucina Venti, amazing food, outstanding customer service! Will definitely be back, it is on the pricey side so don't be shock but you know what they say you get to hat you pay for! And we will always pay good money for amazing food! The only unfortunate part was location because when you arrive and see around you get a little worry but as soon as you step inside you're instantly transported to a different place.
