A super weekend getaway
Beautiful hotel on the beach (felt very private). We were really impressed with the service especially Raul in reservations who was super helpful in setting us up with the perfect room! He really gave us great tips about Miami. Los Fuegos was an added surprise and our waiter (Ezequio?) was really knowledgeable about the different meats extremely helpful and super delicious.
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay at Casa Faena (make sure to book using the internal reservations line with Sofia D!!)
The Casa Faena was extremely fun and convenient to stay at! Our room was spacious and very clean. The vibes of the hotel were excellent, and the location was perfect. Sofia D. from in-house reservations was extremely kind and helpful when making the reservation. I feel like I've found a hidden gem in Miami Beach and will absolutely be returning!
Be the first to ReplyBest staycation for 5-year wedding anniversary
I stayed at the Faena with my husband for our 5-year wedding anniversary. We actually live in Miami so this was a little staycation without the baby for us. I booked a premium ocean view room by phone with the help of Raul Diaz. Raul was so helpful and set us up with a beautiful room, including cake, wine and handwritten note! Thank you, Raul!! We ate a fabulous dinner at Los Fuegos and the next morning had room-service breakfast overlooking the ocean, enjoyed the pool and relaxed at the spa before packing up. We will absolutely be returning! 10/10

There are not enough words to explain the sumptuousness and comfortable elegance you are treated to as a guest at Faena. Their holistic approach to relaxation and community is in paralleled. While every area was wonderful, standouts were Los Fuegos and the Spa. Their staff is magnificent and know how to care for your every whim. Thank you Solange for the welcome and checking! We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyHONEST ALLURA SHOW EXPERIENCE REVIEW
First of all, the Faena is the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to in MIAMI BEACH. They have a fantastic staff from right when you walk in the door, that have such excellent manners and energy!! I went to the second show this time called ALLURA and it was so an extravagant and exciting experience to be a part of. It is not your typical night in Miami Beach which makes it brilliant! So, if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind, liberating, exotic type of night, then you should definitely come here and support the lovely cast! I came to support my lovely friend Alana and her husband who have such heart-touching and intimate sets together that touch your soul. Alana is extremely talented as well as the rest of the team and I cannot wait to visit again and again and AGAIN! Every time I come I have a fantastic experience. I feel loose and free after watching the show! If you embrace the divine feminity and masculinity that is portrayed in a sentimental, beautiful, funny, and dramatic way... GO BOOK YOUR TICKET NOW :D <3
Be the first to Reply“Cool” Miami Beach Hotel
Stayed at Faena recently with my significant other. Hotel is right on the beach and is how you would expect a ‘cool’ Miami Beach hotel to be. “in” crowd, Art Deco type building, swanky interior (which may or may not be your taste). Staff was friendly, beach nice, room spacious and clean. Food was very nice throughout the hotel. Also would like to point out that they have a nice outdoor bar area for pre dinner drinks and an a busy indoor bar for later boasting live music - really a great plus. Minor cons: - some of the room features & furnitures soemwhat dated (eg scratches, dents, spots) even though room was very clean. - valet can be soemwhat disorganized so plan in advance if you need your car urgently All in all a good experience, would not mind staying here again but also might check out another place next time round.
Be the first to ReplySpectacular hotel with excellent service
My wife and I stayed at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach for five nights and could not have been more impressed. The hotel is a work of art. There are fantastic murals in the lobby - and unusual but tasteful art and décor wherever you look throughout the hotel. Food and service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location on Miami Beach is perfect. We received a good deal of assistance in planning our trip from the reservation specialist, Mikael Villard, who was ever patient with several changes in our plans, and offered suggestions about restaurants and activities.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Experience. Can't Wait to Go Back.
Hands down my absolute favorite hotel in South Beach—there’s no place I’d rather stay. I’ve been back three times in the past six months –each experience is better than the last and I always look forward to coming back. As impressive as the hotel is, the team of people are what make each stay exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to ensure that I have a perfect stay every single time. I’ve stayed at many hotels in South Beach/Miami and they’re in a league of their own. Rooms and amenities are all 5-star and the spa is incredible.

My boyfriend and I were not hotel guests, just enjoying a bike ride and poked our heads in. We were quite shy and wondered if we belonged. And then Ty (may have the spelling wrong; tall, handsome, braided hair and eyeglasses) approached us. We asked if it’d be ok to look around and he welcomed us with grace, kindness, and warmth, so much so that my now-fiancé took him as a sign that it was the moment to drop to one knee and propose to me, which he did a few minutes later in the courtyard. I said yes. I help run an uber-lux hotel in Upstate, NY (The Maker Hotel) and am a 25+ year hospitality professional. Ty is emblematic of what all of us hoteliers should strive for in our work: authentic, available, welcoming…a friend. All my respect admiration to him. Thank you, Ty.
Be the first to ReplyNice Stay. Nothing Special. Nothing Bad.
Nice Hotel. Overpriced but nice for Miami. Came for 2 nights. Centered around service and rooms and nice and funky. Would probably try a couple of the trendy hotels in South Beach next time as they seem to change quite often. Drinks are definitely extremely overpriced as well as food. I would say the rooms are above average priced.
Be the first to ReplyBEWARE: Do not overpay!
Maybe it was because of the four day Presidents weekend. Maybe it was because there was a massive boat show in town. Either way, we got suckered into paying $2,500/night for three nights at the Faena, so we we expected opulence. What we got was a ripoff at a $400/night hotel. The location is excellent, right on a private beach. That’s the only positive of this review. Here’s the abundant negatives: * it was a windy day at the beach, so we asked for a canopy. We were told they were all reserved. There were only six of them. For an entire hotel. So we instead sat on the windy beach and enjoyed a $20 pina colada in a pre-packaged coconut. * so we went to the pool. You can’t just sit down, they find you a seat. But we were told all the lounges were reserved, even the empty ones that go with the cabanas, and the cabanas were all reserved. Come back in an hour, we were told. * our room, which was exceedingly average, smelled like mildew. They sent housekeeping with some sprays. The room was also quite dark, and the lights didn’t go up any higher. * as for Miami Beach, it’s nice. There’s a long walkway that I went on for a mile or so, seeing where it led. Turns out it didn’t lead anywhere. There’s not much to do here other than beach and restaurants. * there’s some fun art, including gold wooly mammoth bones. But the glass case is cracked, and, like the rest of this hotel, the display seems old and neglected. And that, dear reader, all happened within 24 hours. Because after the pool fiasco, we up and left the Faena for greener pastures — the reliable Four Seasons in the Brickell section of Miami, which was wonderful (see my review of that wonderful hotel for details). The Faena was nice enough to cancel our second and third nights, and we paid less than half at a way better hotel. Do yourself a favor. Skip this aging monolith.
Be the first to ReplyElegant food and exceptional service
Went to the Los Fuegos restaurant at the Faena Hotel. WE came to celbrate my nieces birthday. The food we had was all a five star rating. The server we had was Stephan and the director of food and beverage stopped by to see how everything was. The service was superb and the food was exceptional. The appetizers, main course and desserts were all excellent. Couldn't say which dish was best, it was all delicious.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Spa Treatment Company Retreat!
The Faena hotel is by far one of the most upscale hotels in Miami Beach! Sofia Desilien from the reservations department was very helpful and went above and beyond coordinating and sending our CC authorization form to the right department. Moreover, Douglas from Tierra Santa Healing Spa was very patient and exceptional in accommodating our spa bookings for a party of 7. Thank you for making our retreat memorable!
Be the first to ReplySTAYCATION WITH WIFE
We urgently needed some vacations, but with a newborn and a 20-month-old was almost impossible. We decided to go to Faena in South Beach for a weekend, and it was amazing! They have two excellent restaurants for dinner Pao and Los Fuegos... highly recommend both of them fantastic service and excellent food. Hiighly recommend for anyone looking to have a good time at an amazing place!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent weekend escape
A last minute trip to surprise my husband turned out to be one of the best times we have ever had. The hotel is really beautiful and everyone was absolutely friendly and kind. It was his birthday and I usually have my travel agent handle these sort of things but I was fortunate to have gotten Raul the supervisor and he made the process seamless and easy! It was the perfect way to start his special day and he even had arranged a birthday cake! Thank you Raul so much for your help.
Be the first to ReplyBest “Asado” Ever!!!
We went to the Sunday Asado with my wife. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, the ambiance was elegant but relaxed and the staff was súper profesional and kind (specially comparing with most places in Miami!) Our server Jean Paul was great, super knowledgeable, accommodating and fun. I recommend getting the Ribeye is out of this world! Thanks Faena & Los Fuegos
Be the first to ReplyThe doormen are great!
We arrived on Friday to celebrate our good friends birthday and from beginning to end, the experience was top notch! First of all, Eric Bird the doorman, always greeted us with a genuine smile and cool tips on what to do, where to shop, and eat. Cool guy to know during your stay. He set the tone. Next your going to love the Great Gatsby art deco vibe. They definitely captured classic Sinatra Era Miami. The breath taking lobby with the old world atlas animal montage was beautiful. The gold plated wholy mammoth exhibit was so damn instagrammable! Service was on point. It had a very intimate approach. You truly felt like a guest. The pool is classic 50's style. The party we went to in the "living room" on Friday night was too fun. Think 70's studio 54 meets cool speak easy in Europe with a bit of funk. Unique and cool is how I would describe this place. Will definitely be back to explore more!!
Be the first to ReplyFantastic vacation
A simply stunning hotel from the moment you enter the "lobby" More like a museum! If you have the money, you don’t have to leave the hotel. You can eat delicious steak and seafood at Los Fuegos or modern Asian delicacies at Pao. Opposite the entrance to Los Fuegos is Living Room, where you can dine, drink and listen to great music and especially jazz, appreciation to Sophia in reservations for her help in getting us into Living room and delightful outlook!
Be the first to ReplyFantastic getaway!
The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, professional, and always went above and beyond - everyone was just delightful. Rooms are excellent, bar is a vibe and seems to only be exclusive to guests, pool and spa could not be faulted, restaurant phenomenal, decoration unmatched! We will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay. Beautiful place.
First time at the hotel. Excellent service Raul was very friendly in the reservation. The room service was very good. The view is spectacular. Dinner at Pao was great - special and great service! All in general was very good. Thanks.
Be the first to ReplyStellar solid service
I had a reservation at the Faena hotel back in March that i had to cancel due to my partner catching covid and was worried that I would not be able to get help as it was a non-refundable package. Luckily I got the reservation manager Raul who was so spectacular in assuring me not to worry that he was there for me and would make sure he would assist me in any way he was able. Not only was he able to but he helped me with reservations at the restaurant (I felt like we needed to celebrate after my partner's health) and he also had a welcome amenity with a note wishing us good health and happiness. Truly someone at the top of their game. He remembered my partner's illness and made me feel as if it was just more than a hotel reservation. Thank you so much for making it so special for us. You are just incredible.
Be the first to ReplyGreat stay
As this was our first stay at Faena, we had big expectations. Not all of them were met by our full satisfaction unfortunately. The room was very spacious and nice with a balcony and sea-view. The hotel itself is located right next to the beach, offering beds at the beach and beach service as well. Beach staff was always very friendly and helpful. Service at the pool was partially improvable though. We had to ask 5 times until someone was able to take our order. The hotel might think about refusing dogs in their restaurants. We had a couple with a dog sitting right next to us one day, they were feeding their dog at the table with their bread. Everything was left on the ground. Not only because of hygiene, but also very disrespectful against your staff who has to clean up all the mess. Concierge Rosa was very helpful and super friendly. Big shoutout to her, as all her recommendations and reservations were simply great! We even received a welcome drink in a restaurant one night thanks to her! Dinner at Pao was great - special thanks to Mike for all the recommendations and great service! All in all, the stay was very satisfying with a few, little exceptions.
