Been here multiple times.
.. AMAZING!!! Food is just wow. Service is great, drinks are on point . Love how the restaurant is set up! You get what you pay for 100%, I definitely would recommend Felice.

As an avid fan of Sant Ambroeus I've been wanting to try Felice for quite some time. Finally had the chance to do so with a business colleague. The restaurant decor is not overwhelming, I'd actually say the opposite, and it was not a crowded night. We started with a pasta with San Marzano tomatoes and burrata which was ok - not much taste and to be quite honest very boring for someone that loves San Marzano tomatoes and burrata. Then went with Chicken Milanese - I love Chicken Milanese but this too was just ok. For a boneless breast what threw me off was biting into a bone which following that pushed the plate away. Had roasted potatoes as well which were too ok. The highlight of the evening was the pistachio cake which was fantastic! and highly recommended.

Some people enjoy great food and the ability to have a conversation without screaming over "DJ vibes." If you want to party and be "energized," there are already too many low-brow places downtown you could visit instead. Family discussions happen here. Business deals happen here. Plans for the weekend happen here over great food and conversation. The food is excellent, and the burger is one of the best burgers in the downtown area. If you want to scream while trying to have a conversation, go to Adrienne's, next door. You'll get your DJ vibe and you can pretend to be hip while enjoying their great food. My point to this review? Not everyone wants to party every night.
Be the first to ReplyWent in for a late lunch/brunch.
My wife and I ordered 4 different items to try. Everything was excellent! The French toast was some of the best I've ever had. Service was top notch; multiple servers coming by throughout the meal. Atmosphere is great, very well maintained and elegant. I look forward to going back.

It's a must visit even if you go for the ambiance, vibe, and the all so friendly Staff! I came for happy hour with a girlfriend, we made reservations not sure if it's absolutely needed but we got seated quickly and in the best seat in the house. I ordered the Anita drink and it was delicious along with the stuffed spinach ravioli. I would definitely recommend visiting this venue! I loved the aesthetic and the welcoming Staff.

Nestled in West Palm Beach's financial district, Felice promises a lively fusion of Italian cuisine and vibrant nightlife. However, our experience took a hit when the DJ's beats were muffled due to complaints, altering the once-electric atmosphere.Despite this setback, Felice's culinary offerings shine, with authentic Italian dishes bursting with flavor. However, for those seeking an unbridled nightlife experience, other venues like Le Bar, HMF, and Lola 41 beckon with their energetic ambiance. While Felice has potential, its subdued vibe leaves room for improvement compared to the bustling hotspots on Palm Beach Island.

Beautiful art deco interior with great service and amazing food. Parking outside can be a bit tricky. Make sure you make a reservation. Tables were all full during prime dinner time. The bar has nice seating with small high top tables. The booths are cute but they do face outwards so prepare to people watch! We started with a light refreshing tuna sashimi salad bowl. My husband and I shared the Tagliata di Manzo prime sliced 16oz NY strip steak. Cooked perfectly medium rare and seasoned very well we had a side of crispy Brussel sprouts with it. Nice hefty portion. We also each ordered a plate of pasta. He had the fettuccine alla Bolognese and it was meaty and rich in flavor. I had the rigatoni al amatriciana and it was so tasty with the pancetta and tangy tomato sauce. Both pasta were cooked al dente with a nice chewy texture. Will definitely be back here for our next celebration. Prices are on the higher side but food quality is worth it!

My favorite place in west Palm! The maitre'd is amazing and so is Edwin the bartender. They make you feel so special and the vibes are unmatched. The food is unreal especially the eggplant parm. It's my favorite ever and I've been to a lot of great Italian restaurants! The tiramisu is delectable

Food and service were EXCELLENT! My husband and I went for dinner while in town before our cruise departure. Read reviews and was definitely pleased with everything from start to finish. The espresso martini was the best I've ever had, the montepulciano was absolutely delicious. My husband had the lasagna and I had the spinach ravioli. Both were HUGE portions!! Loved the ambiance and our waitress was a doll, very knowledgeable. We will definitely come back the next time we are in WPB.
Be the first to ReplyNot impressed.
The place is gorgeous, but the food was mediocre. The only good thing was the crustini with ricotta and honey. The service was what bothered me the most. It was not busy but yet we were sat in the furthest corner near the bar. There is rigatoni with salmon in a pink sauce on the menu. My teenager wanted that same dish but with chicken. The waiter's response was "No sorry, we can't do any substitutions", which is silly, because they have chicken as an add on to their salads. Won't be coming back.
Be the first to ReplyWe have been to Felice 3 times with my work buddy's.
It is a true NY Style Restaurant. Each time they welcomed up even though we were not wearing a suit and tie. The manager on all three occasions was a Gentleman. The food was good and the drinks are very good. The service was also excellent. I appreciate they didn't judge us for wearing work cloths, if they treat me well and I look like a working Smurf then I know when I return dress in my regular clothing it's not just because dress the part. That's is NY Style. The real test is when my family comes, our daughter knows the industry very well and my wife can tell you what ingredients they use to make the dish.
Be the first to ReplyService was great, very welcoming.
I had the lasagna which was an interesting pick. I wouldn't get it again but got the job done. Great spot for a bottle of wine however not my favorite atmosphere. I believe the seating arrangement or seats in general made it feel a bit more like a choir instead of a relaxing dinner.

Great food, service is amazing and the ambiance is very soft and intimate. Even the outside tables are very nice. Delicious food downtown PBI. Go back there every time.
Be the first to ReplyWent to Felice to meet a colleague after work for a drink.
We sat outdoors. I have never had more inattentive service EVER.. We had to wave our hands after waiting to order for over 15 minutes.. Then again to order a second drink, and then again to get the bill..The waiter was more intent on talking to the other wait staff on the side than doing his job..He made it seem an effort to serve us..The menu and place appears to be good, and we were recommended to go.. But I can't make up what poor service we experienced.

Was really looking forward to trying Felice but was extremely disappointed. Only good thing was the ambiance of the restaurant itself. Service was terrible, our server did not check on us once after ordering food and drinks and forgot parts of our food order. He had a bad attitude overall and didn't smile once, seemed like he really did not want to be there. Food was also horrible. Everything tasted extremely bland-no salt used in the kitchen I assume. Had a party of 8 people and not a single person enjoyed their food. Really unfortunate but definitely won't be coming back or recommending.

Beautiful space, disconnected staff with no eye contact whatsoever. The staff looks miserable, confused and no one cracked a smile.Rice balls were frozen on the inside. A salad with chicken on the side cost about $40.It lacks warmth and hospitality. Good for drinks, but I wouldn't go back for food. Oh-and I saw one of the servers, sneezed in his hands and then went to make a cocktail. Gross...

I don't need to say anything. Go try it for yourself. Give it a chance. What a shit show. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Be the first to ReplyReally snobby service and subpar food.
We ordered bread ($5), which was HARD and STALE. If you are going to charge me for bread when I am spending $200 on dinner with wine, PLEASE serve it hot and FRESH! They acted like they were booked solid and wouldn't give me a table when I called, and said they were "fully committed" = GIVE ME A BREAK! When we showed up to try to get a drink at the bar, they had a ton of empty tables and gave us one ASAP. At the end of our meal, we were talking to our waiter and being friendly and asking him about the wine, the new restaurants and exciting things in this up and coming neighborhood, the manager came over and yelled at him for being polite and talking with us! What is this - a police state? ! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! If you want snobby service, stale bread, and bitchy management, then you will like this place.

Be the first to ReplyBy now my fellow yelpers know that anywhere I go I'm going
By now my fellow yelpers know that anywhere I go I'm going to try and find an Italian restaurant. I'd actually read about Felice, and how it was the latest NYC import to South Florida. Thus, I stopped here for dinner during my recent West Palm Beach adventure. It's located in the lobby of one of the new condos by the train station, and they have both inside and outside tables. Although I was casual (shorts) I had the opportunity to dine inside. The crowd was a mix of families, first dates and fintech bros. Service was pleasantly very attentive.Since discovering it at an elite event, I started with a glass of Negroni. I enjoyed its citrusy tartness. My appetizer was their meatball side. Made with black angus beef and shredded parm, the balls were tender, flavorful and with a generous helping of a robust marinara side. Balancing out the meats, my main was their fusilli Al ferretto pasta, deliciously blending sundried tomatoes, their deliciously aforementioned marinara and creamy burrata. The bread is not complementary but definitely worth it. The cracked bread is as yummy as aesthetically pleasing. Served with olive oil, the only change I would have asked for is balsamic vinegar instead.I was about to knock off a star due to no moscato, but to my pleasant surprise it was instead listed in their dessert menu along with a few other cordials. Give your sweet tooth a "buona sera" and order their ricotta cheesecake flavored with candied fruit, pistachio and almonds.
Be the first to ReplyAwful organization.
Hosts that have no idea what they're doing. Old crowd. Disorganized. Very disappointing.
Be the first to ReplyDidn't have a reservation, they sat us anyway.
I'm going to start with - the place is loud. Now on to the good. The staff is excellent. Our server, Jalena, was fantastic. She made excellent suggestions and gave excellent service. The food was delicious. I recommend the crostini with ricotta - soooo good. The star was definitely the pistachio cake for dessert. O. M. G. Amazing!!!
Be the first to ReplyFelice is sophisticated and polished without being haughty
Felice is sophisticated and polished without being haughty and is a great addition to WPB. I have been to Felice in lower Manhattan and I could say the service is much better in WPB. It's really an excellent staff, from everyone including the host to the waiter and the welcoming manager and that beside the beautiful space is the biggest asset of Felice. The signature Crostini appetizer was pretty good but felt a little heavy as if the cheese was overwhelming the bread. We tried several items and none were bad - however nothing shined either. Nothing. A meatball appetizer was really forgettable and we expected better and we just didn't bother to finish them. A proper pesto dish needs fresh basil, not something packaged from a distributor or market and the lack of fresh basil was evident in the pesto. If you have tasted or prepared pesto from basil from a farmer's market you will notice the difference in taste and Felice's pesto (Trecce Al Pesto) was really disappointing and highlighted the lack of pride in their food.Another pasta dish was basic and simple and quite average and when dining out (and paying these prices) I expected something a little more interesting. Dessert seemed more like a half portion and I know this isn't The Cheesecake Factory and excessively sized desserts might not fit in here but this was downright tiny. The base and texture of the Pistachio Cake was excellent but it was just too sweet. Average food aside, Felice is a beautiful restaurant with great service and I would give it another try.

This was my first visit to Felice and I left there already planning my next visit! Very nice ambience/atmosphere... inside and out. The service was good (Edwin is great!). The food and drinks were delicious! I had the gnocchi with a side of chicken. I also had an espresso martini and limoncello. The espresso martini was very good!... but the limoncello is now a must for me, every visit! So so good! For dessert, I had the tiramisu. It is definitely a portion you can share! Looking forward to trying more of their menu!
