I believe the most appropriate way to start.
This review is the same way you end the evening in the Midwest... by slapping your thighs, and standing up, saying "Welp" Welp, my expectations were much higher as it's been a while since I've been out on a "date night" and my company was perfect, as it was impeccable service and drinks were amazing. I really really wanted to enjoy the lobster ravioli. My wife had the lemon pasta, which was delectable, but paired with shrimp. It definitely would go perfectly with lobster or chicken as well. I believe Ferraro's is a better place all around on the strip and La Strega is a fine second in vegas.
Be the first to ReplyWe went here on our anniversary/Mother's Day.
We ordered the meatballs, lemon spaghetti, cacio e pepe with risotto and lemon potatoes as sides. First off, the service was very slow. Took awhile for us to get our bottle water, however, the meatball appetizer came out shortly after. This was actually really good (4/5). We then waited awhile for our main courses. The lemon spaghetti good. Cacio e pepe was ok. This seemed more like a shareable dish since there was a lot of pasta. It also seemed like a novelty dish since it came with a cheese wheel. For me, it wasn't worth $75. Since we've been sitting in the restaurant for a long time with our bellies full, we asked for a check. The waiter came back with a dessert menu. I told him we're going to pass because we're too full so he responded by telling me he's going to leave the dessert menu with us and he'll come back (without the check). He comes back 10 minutes later to ask us what we were having. We had to tell him firmly that we needed the check so we could go to the next part of our celebration before it closed. Overall, the food was good and the price was ok for a celeb chef restaurant. With better staff and service, our experience would've been much enjoyable.

Walking distance from the Cesar's hotel, reservations were easy. ! Rigatoni pasta was great. Oyster sauces were not my favorite.

The interior is very bright kind of like a cafeteria, not very romantic or inviting. The view outside from our table was horrible. Thanks to this giant sign that was so bright. It was irritating to sit by. The food itself was really underwhelming. I've had better at half the price. If you want to go on a nice romantic evening, this is not the place. Maybe for lunch, it would be okay.

Giada is a reliable spot whenever I'm in Vegas for work, which is at least 2-3 times per year. It is pricey but it always has great service and is delicious. It's usually easy to reserve a table for a large or small group since it's so spacious. I will say the panoramic views are a nice touch (and they can open in nice weather), but you have to pay extra to sit there, which is a tad ridiculous.
Be the first to ReplyI know this is unconventional.
.. but.... They took us in late and the kitchen was closing in ONE MINUTE!!!! They still accommodated us!!! Regal MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! Thank you! I have dreamed about coming here for some time!!! Love you and WE WILL BE BACK!!!
Be the first to ReplyI love Giada and really wanted to love this place.
While the great service and beautiful restaurant deserve 5 stars, the food and pricing bring it down to 3 stars. The food itself was average, at best. I should've complained and asked for a new one, especially at the price. But I was with a friend and he really liked his dish and I didn't want to spoil the good time we were having. I ordered Giada's Signature Lemon Shrimp Spaghetti and have seen her make it on her show. The dish came out barely warm and the noodles were all stuck together in a clump and harder than Al dente. It seemed as though it was premade and they just microwaved it. But they didn't microwave it long enough. I had to peel the hardened noodles away and try to soften them and warm them up in the lukewarm sauce. The shrimp too was rubbery and lacked flavor. Overall, a very disappointing dish, especially since it's the signature dish on the menu. While I still love Giada, I probably won't be back to this restaurant.

Let me start off by saying the food was absolutely amazing! Our server was Lauren and this woman is an absolute rock star! She made our experience at Giada's perfect. I highly recommend asking to sit in her section if you decide to dine here. We did the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The desserts, OMG, to die for. The only down fall is the wait, even with a reservation so just be prepared to not sit at your exact time. Management took care of us after expressing our unhappiness so thank you for everything! Overall, I highly recommend dinning at Giada's!

I came for weekend brunch although they also have an evening hours too. Located inside the Cromwell hotel, spacious interior has good view of the strip, Bellagio fountains and the Caesar hotel. View is great, but it is $25 per person to get that view. Menu is fairly small but diverse, and likely there will be something for everyone. I had eggs Benedict with prosciutto and avocado which were amazing, and came with add on of hollandaise sauce, served table side. For appetizer I had meatballs which were pretty good, six small meatballs in marinara and Parmesan cheese. My wife had polenta waffle with chicken which was again pretty good! Downside of Giada is the price. With one drink and tip you are looking at close to $100 per person for brunch, and drinks are not very stiff. Steak dinner prices for brunch Italian menu is perhaps not everyone's cup of tea. Lastly, the service is rather slow, and it was not terribly busy. Relaxed atmosphere indeed-perhaps too relaxed....

Great food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff! We didn't try the pasta but it looked amazing! The short ribs and risotto were delicious!

We came here for dinner on a Friday. We had reservations and were promptly seated. My boyfriend ordered the Bucatini and added chicken ($15.99 for a plain grilled chicken breast). He said it was okay. I ordered the Rigatoni and it was tasty. Pasta was cooked al dente. After they served the pasta, no one asked us if we wanted Parmesan - we had to find a server and ask for some, and only then did they come with fresh Parmesan. For dessert we got the hazelnut soufflé - we were not informed when we ordered that it would take about 15-20min. We only found out when we followed up on the order. The soufflé was delicious. Prices are high for the amount of food you get, ambiance and service ....... Not worth it. Ambiance - we were seated towards the end of the dining area which is a bit separate from the rest of the dining area and no view at all. There was a group also seated in that area and they were loud so it wasn't a quiet dinner for us. Service was okay, nothing exceptional.
Be the first to ReplyYou cannot go wrong dining at Giada's.
I've been to Giada's several times already and it's always consistent. First let's start with the whole experience. Host - as you arrive you'll be greeted by a host that will seat you. They are always friendly. Don't forget to get your picture taken at the Photo Booth. Decor - love the decor at Giada's. It's so inviting. The restaurant is located nicely that has a view of the strip. Food - everything I've had at Giada's has been exceptional. The meatball as appetizer is to die for. Salumi has a good choice and great for sharing. Lemon spaghetti is a must as well as the halibut. Ambience - the decor put on a nice vibe, the ambience is always nice. Definitely, A MUST TRY when you are in Vegas
Be the first to ReplyFood and service were exceptional! The gluten free pasta
Food and service were exceptional! The gluten free pasta was delicious. It was a high quality dining experience which was unfortunately marred by two minor items. Surprisingly bread service wasn't included as part of our dinners. Also, as we were shown to our table we asked about sitting along the windows where there were many empty tables. We were told that there would be an additional charge of $25 for each person in our party. It was early. The restaurant was fairly empty. Many of the window tables weren't used during our entire dinner. Would understand if we requested al fresco dining with an amazing view but this wasn't the case.
Be the first to ReplyJust don't go here.
Really not good food. Really high prices wine prices are 30% more than other places. I was seated in a hall way. Not worth your time!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing views of the strip.
The service was impeccable and d the food was delicious. We ordered off the tasting menu but highly recommend ordering the Lemon Spaghetti as a meal. It was our favorite dish off the tasting menu. The salmon was okay. Nothing special. Could get it at any high end restaurant. Save room for desert and try Giada's Signature Cookies and the Tiramisu.

We had a family style meal for a business trip with 30-40 persons attending. The four course meal that was served was amazing. We had a Caesar Salad that was great, didn't try the arugula, both pastas were excellent but the rigatoni mushroom was beyond this world good. Then we had chicken, steak, and salmon and all were prepared good, the Salmon wasn't as good from what everyone said. The lemon cookie and salted chocolate chip cookies I can't say enough about how moist and delicious they were. The waitstaff were very attentive and kept the wine glasses filled. The beer didn't come as quickly as the wine but service was extremely responsive to your needs. The restaurant overlooked the Bellagio fountains and it was very nice inside the restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyGood food.
Good service. Expensive. Was disappointed that our party of 12 was seated at two tables despite the reservation... and a confirmation a few days earlier. There's no value here. Food is more expensive than the quality. It's good food. But $42 for a bit of chicken Marsala? It was not the best Marsala I've ever eaten. It was the most expensive. Lots of veg/vegan options. The restaurant has a nice ambiance. But the surrounding hotel/casino is meh. Not sure I'd return.
Be the first to ReplyGreat place for brunch on the strip.
Service is top notch and the food excellent. Ask to sit by the windows if you can for a great view.
Be the first to ReplyThere are some pretty mixed and varied reviews about Giada.
I was skeptical and tempered my expectations. Having watched her shows on the Food network early on - it felt like a must. I was pleasantly surprised! I loved my arancini, I loved my cocktail, and their ever popular lemon shrimp pasta was also really yummy (I had to get a pasta since they pride themselves at handmaking all their own pasta). You can definitely tell that it is fresh pasta and not rehydrated from dried. The chocolate desert (a specialty) came with a beautiful and showstopper presentation! The individual deserts were actually okay. If I had to say one thing that could be better it would be that there is no included bread basket with dinner (rather you have to buy one). Service was professional.

Please Do not waist money and time to go here, this place has changed a lot since the last time we visited, food and service has gone downhill. I recommended this to my friend and we decided to go and we all were disappointed. First big mistake going for brunch there is limited menu selection, hopefully the dinner menu is better. The food was not something that I can't cook at home and I don't consider myself a great cook. We were a party of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids, I chose not to even order anything as there was nothing in the menu that I would have liked to try. We had 2 pasta and salmon and pasta and marinara a salad with salmon and fettuccine arrabbiata, portions were ok but as far as flavor I can cook all these at home and achieve a better flavor. When you go out and eat especially on a restaurant like this the chef should be able to achieve flavors that you can't make at home. Service was also not that great either, we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled multiple times. Not sure if I will ever go back.

First let me say that the service was top notch && the atmosphere was lovely. However, the food was lackluster. My brunch was ice cold. Ordered the lobster hash and it had absolutely no flavor - had to add salt and that did not help. Friends we went with raved above the salmon Benedict - save yourself disappointment and order that instead of the hash!

Giada in Las Vegas is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you are transported into a world of culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality. The decor is modern and stylish, with clean lines and sleek design elements that create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. The service is impeccable - every member of the staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. But the real star of the show is, of course, the food. Giada's Italian-inspired dishes are nothing short of sensational. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the presentation is always artful and creative. Some of my favorites include the burrata with roasted tomatoes and the lobster ravioli, both of which were absolutely divine. And for dessert, you simply must try the lemon ricotta cookies - they are the perfect sweet and tangy ending to a fabulous meal.Overall, I cannot recommend Giada enough. This restaurant is truly deserving of its five-star rating and is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and exceptional service.
Be the first to ReplyVery adorable restaurant with great food.
We had lunch and it was also surprisingly affordable too. Ran late to our reservation and they were very kind and accommodating. We also didn't feel any rush to finish quickly, we were welcome to sit and chat and the chairs were very comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
Be the first to ReplyAfter some extensive research on which celebrity restaurant
After some extensive research on which celebrity restaurant to try, we chose Giada and it did not disappoint. The fresh pasta was really delicious, but the star, to me, came from the sauces they use in their dishes.I had to try their famous Giada Signature Lemon Spaghetti and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I can now appreciate the hype on this dish. First off, if you want to splurge a bit like me, get the seafood add on. I gor the scallops and it was cooked to perfection. The shrimp were so big that two was more than enough. I'm not a big fan of white sauce but this is something else. Really impressed how this all came together without one thing overpowering the other. As much as I enjoyed my pasta, the brussel sprouts were out of this world. I'm not much of a veggie guy but believe me when I say...this was pretty dam good! If there was one disappointment, I would have to say it was the meatballs. Nothing particularly special though the sauce saved the dish. Overall I would recommend Giada for the food and experience.

Cocktails: Italian Interlude, G & Sangria all very fresh and tasty - 20 each Bread board: very good, some a little crunchy Salads- it's salad, not worth 20 imo but it's the strip, they have to pay the rent. Orzo Meatballs: meh Lemon spaghetti w/shrimp (2) very very dry and pasty. We used every piece of lemon left at the table to moisten the pasta Rigatoni- good, as per both gentlemen in the partyChicken piccata- good Desert: cookies and gelato- good
