Easy and healthy
Went twice, once for lunch with a friend and once for breakfast on my own. Quiet spot in the morning to enjoy amazing pancakes. Lunch with Middle Eastern inspired food was also great. Healthy options, many vegetarian ones, friendly staff

It was my first time trying this restaurant during a business lunch on a weekday. We tried many appetizers including the citrus marinated olives, grilled halloumi cheese, Kurdish babaganoush, hummus with pita bread. My favourite was the hummus, babaganoush and halloumi cheese. All appetizers tasted very flavourful. As our main dish we ordered the bowlarama, falafel hummus bowl, Spanish hash, and blueberry halva pancakes. All dishes tasted very good and felt clean & healthy as a meal. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and the interior ambiance of the establishment.

The Good Fork used to be a 5 minute walk from our house, and we have been meaning to visit the new location for a while. Last night, we finally made it happen and we should have gotten there earlier! The dinner menu is similar to what they had a few years ago and EVERY dish was delicious. The octopus was cooked to perfection in a smokey tomato sauce; the fried chicken is spectacular; the squash was so good and so creative: the squash itself was pureed smooth, but has pomegranate seeds and bits of haloumi for texture. Honestly, I could say great things about every dish we had - i would happily order every dish again! The wine list was interesting with good choices by the glass, the service still as friendly and knowledgeable as it always was! And the new location is open, airy and beautiful. We'll definitely be back!!
Be the first to ReplyI just love The Good Fork.
I just love The Good Fork. The space is huge, light, bright and airy. There is a spare ness that really appeals. Service was very friendly and helpful. When we were greeted they were a bit busy but stated that which made waiting a moment perfectly fine. Once seated we had some fabulous juice offerings and they were fresh and great combinations. I was only there for lunch but will be excited to return for dinner and suggest you do too. Please follow @joannasable on Instagram for more food fun.

Meal was excellent, very well presented and so tasty and innovative. Beautiful atmosphere. Service was beyond excellent. Highly recommend.

We didn't eat the octopus because it was mushy - not quite off but not fresh, and we didn't want to take a chance - the server asked if they could clear the plate (it was piled on top of another), with no comment from the server about why we didn't eat it. At that point we kind of felt like we might be being a bit picky, so we didn't make an issue of it. Then the fish soup came. Despite being told it was to share (and being brought two side bowls), there was virtually no liquid in it - like maybe half a cup of broth in the bottom. It had giant prawns and mussels, and as soon as we took the heads off the prawns it was obvious they were quite off, so we sent it back, again with no comment or apology at the moment, and no follow up - they did take it off the bill though. One order of greasy, overbreaded fried chicken later, and a twenty minute wait until someone came by, we got the bill and gtfo.

This is a fresh and authentic, modern take on some Turkish classics with great fusion fare. The bread. The dips. The Mante. Omg. It’s worth the Uber to Dundas and Brock. The chick pea cakes are so tiny and delicate, they melt in your mouth!
Be the first to ReplyNew location but same delicious brunch with exceptional service
This place has been my favourite brunch spot for years and was really sad when they moved away from Bloor West Village. This was my first visit to their new location and was happy to see that they’re doing great here. My partner had his usual Spanish hush and I went with Hummus bowl and both were delicious as always. So excited to see that they will be opened for dinner few times a week.

Stopped for lunch on a whim. Lovely interior. Server, Brennan, was friendly and helpful. Portions are big! I had the best ever pancake with fried chicken covered in cheddar and topped with an egg with a salted fig jam on the side. Loved it, Husband had the Spanish hash and he loved it, even turned him into a poached egg lover. Also had the mango lemonade which was delightful. Would go back in a flash.
