I found this place here, on Yelp.

Small place, fits maybe no more than 20 at a time.
Tables can seat from 2-6. Overall a family owned atmosphere with just the most popular dim sum dishes to try. The pricing is a bit above the other dim sum places for the same amount of food. Always a line outside because of how small it is. My bigg

Fast service. We really enjoyed the food! It's like really, really good! One of the best dim sum places I have tried.
The wait for 30 minutes paid off.
Due to small space combined with going here during lunch time on weekend, making us to queue. The food we ordered is repeated from previous other dim sum places and NONE of them disappointed. I do have impression that this is a family business. Son g

This is a very solid dim sum experience.
Standard dim sum items all well prepared with very attentive service. It sits in a lovely Holiday Inn in a mostly industrial and residential neighborhood. Nothing spectacular, although we are a bit fussy as my wife is Chinese and we are well travelle

First timers to dining at Hong Kong Dim Sum.
..and it was FANTASTIC! We were greeted at the door and seated at a booth. The restaurant is quaint with a couple booths and a few tables for 2. We were handed menus with a dry erase marker and hot tea ($1/person). We marked off what we wanted.
Dumplings were big portions.
You know how sometimes you bite into a shrimp and chive dumpling and it's too small or the portions are off? Not here! There's limited seating like maybe 8 tables at this mom and pop spot. Best for a table of two or takeout.

Cozy, casual spot! While it's not a sit down with the carts, the dim sum comes out fresh and we liked that you could just pick all that you wanted upfront! Siu Mai was our favorite, it's juicy, and flavorful! Porridge was standard, wish it came wit
Food was fantastic overall.
- siu mai was 9/10. I LOVED how it has a strong white black pepper taste - baked char siu bun 7/10, felt a little dry for me - curstard bun 6/10, lacked flavor - shrimp roll 10/10, the rice noodle I thought would taste cheap from photos prior to c

Great dim sum.
No idea if it's authentic or now but tastes great. There's this one slight spicy sauce, not sure what it is but it's awesome. Online order's good although it'd be nice if there was a picture. Just FYI parking sucks.
Delicious food at reasonable prices.
We ordered three types of dumplings and a plate of noodles.
Small overpriced dumplings
The restaurant is near the sea but in a dodgy alley. It is an okay restaurant. The people are nice but they microwaved are dumplings. The dumplings were overpriced and very small. I don’t recommend.
Delicious and meaty shumai
I love the pork shumai. It was so meaty and delicious. I do hope however that they improve their noodles. It tasted a bit watery and taste like miso soup from a pack. Friend dumplings were delicious but less rice wrapper would’ve made it perfect
