Exceptional hotel within walking distance to heart of Paris!
Hotel Vernet was a true 5 star hotel experience. The restaurant ceiling was designed by Gustav Eiffel. We loved the gilded cage elevator also reminiscent of an earlier era. We especially enjoyed the suite with plenty of room for three with fine linens for a restful sleep. We enjoyed the updated bathroom with separate tub and separate shower. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. We also appreciated the concierge especially “Harish” whose recommendation from the pharmacy allowed me to walk streets of Paris. Everyone we encountered was so kind giving exceptional customer service!
A right bank hidden gem
From the check in process to checking out, the staff were always positive and had always a smile on their faces unlike many other Parisian hotels
Where do I plug in the hair drier?
There is no outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer (provided)... nor other power outlets on the night stand. And housekeeping did not replace the used coffee cup. Other than that no complaints! Good service for breakfast. Room was not tight.

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming vibe and delightful onsite restaurant/bar near the Champs Élysée
From the moment we entered Hotel Vernet, we felt very welcomed. Omar did a wonderful job of welcoming us to the property, getting us checked in, explaining our benefits (we booked through Amex’s hotel collection), as well showing us the restaurant and to our room. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant is great, but the dinner we enjoyed there is where they really shined. We did the tasting menu and everything we had was wonderful, but the tomato strawberry gazpacho with shrimp was a stunner! Service was always fantastic in the restaurant and bar, where we really enjoyed chatting with Fernando who took great care of us. The restaurant is gorgeous and pictures really do not adequately show how captivating the ceiling is. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. The room was beautiful and we had great service from housekeeping (including turndown service). The shower had the best water pressure of any rainfall shower I’ve ever used. Overall, the stay was impeccable and we had everything we needed without having to ask for it while also never feeling overwhelmed with attention. It had a very laidback luxury feel. We will definitely be back!
True 5 Star Hotel with World Class Service
Discovered Hotel Vernet on AMEX Platinum and booked the connecting family rooms. Our experience exceeded expectations. The location could not be beat, steps from the Arc d'triomphe, charming bistros, and Louis Vuitton. The rooms were wonderfully appointed, spacious for European standards, with luxurious sheets which ensured a restful sleep for the day ahead. Breakfast, served in a gorgeous stained glass room, was wonderful. Special thanks to Nicolas, the manager, and the concierge who took care of our every need and made our stay truly special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Paris - Eiffel Ceilings and Incredible Service
Thank you Hôtel Vernet for a PERFECT stay in Paris. Your concierge staff - Julien and Kayes - are remarkable!. From booking our dinner reservations to a private tour in Versailles, all was exceptional. Hotel Vernet’s central location, historical architecture including glass Eiffel ceilings are a must see. Their dedication to a clean environment (wood door keys, safe and healthy personal products, etc) is an outstanding model for hotels. Great breakfasts too. Thank you Hotel Vernet for a stay that deserves applause.

Excellent hotel
Been there for the Marathon and the experience was superb. All the employees made our stay amazing, I super recommend staying there during your Paris visit. Breakfast was good. Rooms were amazing with incredible design and concierge help us always with all the bookings and recommendations.
Perfect Stay
My daughter and I were in Paris to run the marathon. And we could not have been happier with our stay at The Hotel Vernet. It was close to everything but yet was quiet, clean and everyone there was wonderful. The front desk was attentive, the bar and restaurant staff were delightful and Julien the head concierge was a great resource to us. All of his suggestions were perfect for what we were looking for. a service- oriented 5 star hotel in good location
The rooms are on the small side, but the staff, especially Julien the concierge, is the best of any hotel anywhere! The dining room is not large but lovely, and the food is very good. The room configuration can be odd: the sink and shower room is separate from the toilet room by another room which one has to go through.

I stayed 4 nights at Hotel Vernet during my family trip to Paris. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short 3-minute walk to Champs-Élysées and the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The staff at Hotel Vernet Paris provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were attentive, accommodating and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Special mention goes to Marina, the Front Office Manager, whose attentiveness and helpfulness went above and beyond. I highly recommend Hotel Vernet Paris to anyone visiting the city. With its perfect location, friendly staff and exceptional service, it truly enhances the Parisian experience. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel on my next trip to Paris.

Awesome place, with very kind staff with a high level of attention to make your stay perfect. Close to « Champs Élysées », greatest designers (e.g Louis Vuitton, Chanel, etc) and manifold fine restaurants choices.
Fell upon this amazing hotel thru AMEX Platinum !
First trip to Paris for my mother’s 80th , daughter’s 16 th birthday and they could not hook, made it more spectacular! We arrived with an actual bow on the door ,balloons on the bed with a happy birthday pillow ,champagne, sparkling water, and macrons ! They entire staff was so welcoming & helpful with Car service , restaurant recommendations . The space for 3 people was much more generous than the usual European hotel . The breakfast was top notch & I never traditionally use the breakfast service . On top of it the restaurant has a stained glass dome designed by Gustave Eiffel !! You absolutely will not go wrong choosing this iconic hotel as your choice in Paris ❤️🍾✈️

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Well through rate holding money for 180 days
Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
