Amazing service in the restaurant
We visited their restaurant for our 5th wedding anniversary. The service is attentive and the live music is great. The restaurant is a bit noisy but i love the vibe. The menus are beautifuly made and a wide selection of wine. We ate from the Japanese menu, I had sushi and fish cakes, hubby had the prawn starter and chicken. We really enjoyed our food & drinks and will gladly visit again.
Be the first to ReplyBest service and comfortable hotel
I enjoyed my stay at Hurley House, it was 50 minutes away from London, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff made me feel at home; I also booked a massage and it was great, I recommend it, and personally will return.
Be the first to ReplyGreat for couples
We ate here for Valentines in the restaurant. The food was very filling & we have allergies plus my partner is vegan but they tried hard to accommodate us despite it being a set 3 course menu with few options. I would recommend this restaurant for couples. The live music was really good & set the atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing Sunday lunch
This review is for the resturant only. The resturant is stunning but unfortunately the food is not. We had Sunday lunch and found it very disappointing. It was bland and lacked taste and for the price my expectations were high. The complementy drink and chocolates where lovely but didn’t make up for the disappointing food. I cannot recommend the Sunday lunch.

Be the first to ReplyParty in The Pavillion!
My husband and I celebrated a joint ‘big’ birthday at Hurley House Hotel this weekend and we were thrilled with the attention to detail and care taken to give us and our guests an incredible experience. The pavilion is a hidden gem tucked away behind the hotel and restaurant. It comes with an incredible audio, visual system with superb lighting effects which made the party wonderfully warm and cosy. The room was decorated with life-size beautiful trees and flowers and the team went above and beyond to make our party extra special. We used the stage for an all-female band called ‘High on Heels’ (recommended by the hotel) who were fabulous on vocals, sax, trombone and an amazing DJ. The delicious food was supplied by Hibiscus who were brilliant across all courses and their service was excellent. Lots of dancing, great conversation and a feast was had by all, Hurley House and the team led by Rachel and Kelly were simply the best!
Be the first to ReplyLovely retreat.
Beautifully laid out hotel. Plenty of parking. Room spacious and comfortable and well equipped. It was our anniversary and they left some lovely chocolates in the room. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. We had the continental.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful experience
My husband & I had our wedding breakfast at Hurley House a year ago, so returned again to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. It was just as beautiful as we remembered & brought back such happy memories! We will definitely be returning 🥰
Be the first to ReplyFive star restaurant in every aspect
We visited Hurley House for an evening meal. Even before visiting, I had phoned with the booking and later on emailed a query. The phone was answered promptly- the email answered within 20 minutes! I was already impressed. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and lit outside with lots of fairy lights and there was live music. Every single member of staff we came across that evening, was polite, helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. We were given a complimentary glass of pink fizz to start which was a nice start. Neither of us had ever had Japanese food before but we mixed it up and had some from the International menu and some Japanese. The food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. There were a few theatrical touches with a dry ice topped cocktail, and complimentary chocolate truffles at the end of the meal with a dry ice display. They ordered a taxi for us and even walked us out to the taxi. It was an absolute pleasure having dinner here. Highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyA wonderful stay, and would love to come back next year!
Even before we arrived, the customer care was exemplary. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and chic and we were delighted with our rooms. Would definitely recommend, and will return next year.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect relaxing stay
Me and my boyfriend has a lovely stay. Room was stunning with the bath in the bedroom, would have liked a coffee machine rather than coffee bags but didn’t affect my stay. Breakfast was great and coffee even better. All staff were friendly and welcoming and felt so relaxed when we left. Not far from Windsor so we took a cab there too.
Be the first to ReplyFamily meal
We booked a family meal for 6. All the staff were superb from the meet & greet, sit down, wating staff, to farewell. The food was an excellent quality from fish, lamb & steaks. Everyone enjoyed their meal & expressed delight at the quality of the food. The wine was exceptional and was much appreciated. The decor & surroundings were top class. Would highly recommend a visit.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing from start to finish!
I have enjoyed the food here on a handful of occasions in the past and it has always delivered on both service and food. This was the first time I stayed and I will definitely be back as soon as possible as the room was amazing and they had thought of everything which is super rare in any hotel of any standard. Loved it!
Be the first to ReplyClassy and cosy - a cracking restaurant that’s different in a great way!
Since moving back to the area a few months ago we have been to Hurley House a few times, and after our first visit we knew it would become a regular choice for a lovely dinner. The ambience is perfect, classy and cosy at the same time. The food is delicious and really well presented, and the staff are top notch. The place was so beautifully decked out over the festive period. We are so happy it is just a few minutes down the road. Highly recommend for a meal out that feels special every time!
Be the first to ReplyMy favourite hidden gem
A few long dog walks have seen me repeatedly find my way to the the Hurley House Hotel for lunches and drinks, and it’s a habit that seems to be growing. From the front of house girls through to the table service there’s nothing to fault. That I look forward to arriving and saying hello to all the staff and find myself staying far longer than I should is testament to the amazing culture and wonderful people that work here. Then there’s the food, which is to die for. Lunches seem to go from snack to feast with welcome regularity. Married with the guidance of a sommelier who clearly loves her job and there’s not much more one could wish for…until you realise the dog and children have been just as spoilt as you.
Having dined around the World with work, it’s not often I go to places these days with a wow factor, but Hurley House does, and does so on every visit. That it’s so local is the icing on the cake. Well run, managed, clean, friendly, vibrant with great food and superb service…but the staff make this place very special and make it my hidden gem. Highly recommended.
Excellent food and hotel stay
Best Japanese food in the area, excellent wine list, lovely ambience in the spacious restaurant, a very pleasant hotel room with a big comfortable bed and excellent friendly staff. What's not to like?
Be the first to ReplyA fabulous private party and stay
We recently spent a night at HH after a private party. We live locally so the great food and service were no surprise to us and were, as always, impeccable .This however was our first overnight stay and it def won’t be our last . Thank you to everyone at HH .
Be the first to ReplyFabulous hotel with amazing staff
Our first visit to Hurley house and we can’t wait to go back. We had a family dinner which everyone enjoyed and stayed for one night. The staff were attentive and made the whole evening feel really special. The interior is beautifully designed and the live singer an unexpected bonus. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. We found the atmosphere to be relaxed but it still felt like a really special night out …. Thank you to all the team who are working so hard to make the hotel a success.
Be the first to ReplyA perfect birthday treat
What an amazing lunch! Booked here for the first time since COVID began, and they still knocked my socks off! Another treat for hubby’s birthday…and they did us proud! They now have a Japanese menu, something you don’t see in the area, and so we enjoyed tempura prawns and veggies…I have to say the best tempura I’ve ever had! Followed by Teriyaki steak for hubby, and miso cod for me. Oh my! Just delicious perfection!
For desert I had chocolate and raspberry gateau. Very nice, and beautifully presented- and hubby had the three cheeses with ports to accompany and complement … which they did perfectly.
The meal was finished with a fabulous touch, a bowl with four truffles, surrounded by dry ice…who doesn’t love a bit of drama…and the attention to detail.. happy birthday written in chocolate.
Thankyou Hurley House
Restaurant
We visited Hurley House Hotel for an evening meal joining friends who were residents for a few days..
We had such a lovely meal and staff were very attentive.
It was a delayed birthday celebration and was lovely that the hotel marked the occasion.
Couldn’t have been nicer.
The hotel looked amazing and I wish I was staying there too.
Thank you for a lovely evening.
