One of the best Sushi I have ever had.
Expensive but absolutely worth it! The Tuna with tomato and bread is to die for !

The food was everything! The vibe was sexy, modern and exclusive. I'd definitely return here.

Hostess made sure we understood that she dwelled on the plateau above us. We accepted this. Chefs at bar avoided eye contact until the end, but eventually were friendly. Cocktails exceptional. All the food was extremely Oishīdesu.

I loved everything about this place! From the decor to the food to the service, everything was impeccable. However, it is on the pricer side. I wouldn't say the food was mind-blowing but it was very good considering the fact that there aren't many great Japanese restaurants in Madrid.

Diners encounter Tokyo themes through a Spanish tapas at this superb Wellington Hotel, where Ricardo Sanz, the chef , understands 100% the links between Japan's and Spain's seafood cultures, making the right fusion that is hard to find these days.Spectacular wine list, sober wood and dark decor, the toro usuzukuri in olive oil, tomato and bread, is highly recommended, the service was not correct, but the brothers Murata Sakamoto at the sushibar gave us an amazing friendly-personal attention to add a upper-class vibe to our experience. If you are looking for a spanish fusion, this is the place!

We had the tasting menu here- it was very high quality fish yet poor service for a 93 euro pp menu.Very overrated and English is somewhat limited.Spend your money elsewhere!
