Great place. Well worth visiting.
Great breakfast and coffee overlooking the sea. Cannot be beaten. Well done. We loved it and the little shop was amazing as well.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful venue very close to the sea - breathtaking views
The St. Helena Bay Coffee Shop has recently had a complete renovation and large extension. It looks fabulous! The view out to sea is breathtaking! There is also a climbing frame for children. We were there for breakfast. The portions were just the right size and tasted delicious. We'll be back!

I love this restaurant. Food is always super. Yesterday Judy kindly allowed us to hold an ASI Snake Show on the grass in front of the restaurant. Thank you Judy and your amazing staff for accommodating us. And thank you for the superb lunch we had afterwards.

We visited again recently and enjoyed every moment. Cute, comfortable, friendly staff and wonderful outlook over the farmyard. Thanks - we'll be back again and again.

Last year in July we visited & passed through St Helena Bay on 19 Dec 2021 & stopped in again , this time with my son & daughter in law. Once again we were not disappointed. This is about the only coffee shop in St Helena Bay so close to the sea with amazing views. There is a little "farm" of animals , donkey & a few goats , as well as a little putt putt course & sand pit to keep the kids occupied. We ordered a few milkshakes , fish & chips & toasted sandwiches . Generous helpings at good prices , fish & chips only R85pp . One is able to sit inside or on the deck. We were treated to a display by quite a few dolphins. A road runs in front of the premises so you can walk or drive down to the waters edge. Will always stop in here when we visit Lamberts Bay

Our fifth or sixth visit. Great coffee, lovely view and farmyard entertainment. We just love it. Simple, homely and always enjoy the gallery too.

A cosy little coffee shop just off the main road , which we missed the 1st time but glad we found it. Was quite busy when we visited on 8 July 2020. Nice setting close to the sea & some farm animals in an enclosure which is great for those with smaller kids. We had some fish & chips , really nice as we don't normally have anything done in batter but it was fresh/new oil , very tasty & a generous portion. There is also a nursery & little shop inside for the gardening enthusiasts. Well worth a visit with friendly service & reasonable prices

We went to see the plants at the nursery and ended up having tea and cake in the small restaurant. We were surprised to find a putt putt course, as well as an enclosure with goats and a donkey. Child friendly with a jungle gym. Lovely ocean views, watched the fishing boats go by. We also privileged to see some seals on the rocks and a school of dolphins.

Ordered scones and two coffees. Scones looked more like muffins, really greasy, stale, reheated in microwave and after just one taste we left it. Not fit for consumption. Should never have left the kitchen.
Be the first to ReplyGreat coffee and brilliant for kids.
Lovely coffee, scrumptious menu, animals, including a talking parrot, cute donkey and goats plus sea views and put-put!

Morning coffee, scones which were excellent, enjoyed watching the animals and visiting the nursery. Our friends bought a painting from the gallery. Just nice and homely
Be the first to ReplyNice little place
I recently visited the St. Helena Bay Nursery as was recommended to me to by a guesthouse manager. My daughter and I visited the venue but not for the nursery but rather for the Putt-Putt course which was there. It's a small nursery with a coffee shop, a play area for kids, some farm animals and of course a Putt-Putt course. The owner was very nice and during our visit it was very quiet. I must say that the nursery part seemed small although we never actually visited that area. It's a nice place if you want some time to relax whilst still keeping the kids busy. The animals was however standing in the blazing sun with the provided shade seeming slightly inadequate. The animals was however in good health which was great and has enough water. It's worth a visit if you in the area
