Korean Garden BBQ Restaurant Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Coming from California visiting last Vegas, we had tried
Coming from California visiting last Vegas, we had tried getting a spot last night but it was very hectic and can understand as they were short staffed and did their best and was very attentive. came the next day right when it opened at 12pm and was greeted by the nice staff and they were very attentive to our needs and everything and made sure we were comfortable during our experience here, the food was amazing, there was much to order from as side dishes, and appetizers. It all is included with the menu price from A-B-C (C being the most expensive of course). It's a very nice setting having stickers such as body parts of the cow and pig and the names of each parts such as loin and ribeye for example. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a Korean BBQ to dine at, I would come here again if I could.
Very nice custom service.
Waitresses are so friendly. Food was great too! Recommend the AYCE!

Gave this one another shot- Looks like this KBBQ just got a major update, and let me tell you - it looks amazing and clean! They've clearly put in a lot of effort to revamp the place, and it definitely shows. The interior is modern, sleek, and has a really cool ambiance. But here's the cherry on top - they have a robot that brings your food! I mean, how cool is that? It adds an element of novelty to the dining experience and is sure to impress anyone. Let me assure you, the food was pretty decent. Service was attentive and Overall, while it may not have been a mind-blowing culinary adventure, there wasn't anything that stood out negatively either - just a solid, enjoyable experience.
Highly recommended! Very delicious.
Will definitely gladly come again. :D Excellent service and ambiance!
To begin this review, we arrive there early as a party of 4
To begin this review, we arrive there early as a party of 4 and get greeted and seated immediately. The place seems clean. Everyone agrees on package B ($39.99) over package A ($29.99) because (B) included kal-bi short ribs as well as all the other meats in (A). The side orders come out right away. I order the meats for the table and I also ask for one order of cold noodles. The waitress then replies, "We'll get the noodles later ok?" I was so thrown off by such a reply thinking, "Is she telling me when to eat?" that I sort of dismiss it and just go along with it as I intended to ask when she came back with the meats. Then a man comes out explaining that we eat what we have first and then when that's gone, we just order more. Fine. Our first round of orders arrived fairly quick; 1 kal-bi, 1 ribeye, 1 pork belly, edamame, and a couple beers. They forget bring out the edamame. We get done with it and then the 2nd round of orders; 1 kal-bi, 1 beef belly, 1 beef brisket, dumplings, and fried chicken. This time the 2nd order takes much longer. They forget the kal-bi and cold noodles. We were all too busy enjoying good company to realize they were jipping us all night. In total, we had 6 orders of meat choices for 4 people. Mind you, it's 1 piece of meat per choice. So we share 1 piece of kal-bi between 4 people. They didn't even fulfill everything we wanted. Desert was 4 very small scoops of ice cream. I've been to other Korean BBQ spots where 4 of us go through 4 to 5 pieces of each meat choice. That is "all you can eat." Not 1 kal-bi for 4 grown adults. No, we did not have our moneys worth. You can get more food just ordering a plate of stuff with leftovers for the next day for cheaper than $39.99 per person. It's scientifically proven that the slower you eat, the more full you will get as you've given your brain enough time to signal that you've had enough to eat. Definitely saying goodbye to Korean Garden BBQ forever.
Let me begin by saying the food was delicious.
The sides were perfect and the meat was quality. So you'd think I enjoyed my dinner right? I wish I could say I did. When you go to Korean BBQ you understand that you cook your own food. Well at this restaurant the waitress insists on hovering over your table and doing the cooking for you. Despite informing her that we would like to do the cooking ourselves, she replies with a sentiment that she's bored and needs something to do. You being bored isn't my problem. It took 3 different times telling her we wanted to cook our own food to get her to actually stop messing with our meat. That brings me to the cooking process. Hey refuse to allow the grill to get truly hot. Why do you ask? So that the meat takes longer to cook so we don't end up ordering as much meat in the long run. We tried turning up the gas multiple times, but every time either the hovering waitress turned it down or the "manager" did it. It was deliberate. I know it's your restaurant. But we paid a premium to cook our own meat. We should be able to cook it however we want. You don't slow cook thinly sliced ribeye. You blast it on both sides quickly and enjoy it as it's supposed to be. So finally we get to the biggest problem with the restaurant. The manager. This guy hovers around the restaurant, eats at a table that a customer would eat at and he chooses to wear basketball shorts and an athletic shirt. He comes over to ask us if we want more meat and then says he won't bring us any until we eat the meat left on the grill. There was just 1 spicy marinated chicken thigh that took about 20 mins to cook because they refused to turn up the heat. Then when we finally do get our second order of meat, my buddy complains that $10 extra for their premium all-you-can-eat BBQ doesn't make sense because we only get 1 thinly sliced piece of ribeye for 2 people for the entire meal. My friend states that we've been to multiple places at the same price and they have unlimited ribeye/top sirloin/new York strip etc. He argues stating he's been here since 2008 and he's eaten at every restaurant and nobody does that. I can name you two right now that do and are better restaurants. 888 Korean BBQ and Captain 6. There are many more. He starts telling us his restaurant does what those other places don't and we thought that was funny because those restaurants were booked through the night and his restaurant was completely dead. On top of that he kept coming back talking to us. I don't want to talk to you, man. Nobody does. Let us all eat our food in peace. Long story short, great food but absolutely terrible dining experience. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Both my friend and I were constantly uncomfortable. We could've left, but we were hungry. So we sucked it up and got through it. Next time I'm in the market for Korean BBQ but all other restaurants are booked, I'll eat something else entirely before I ever step foot back in this place. And rest assured anytime we talk about food this restaurant is gonna come up in the conversation. Give us our meat, let us cook it and go away so we can enjoy our meal.

it was delicious and the owner was so kind honestly would recommend it and the atmosphere is so kind and welcoming honestly never met someone who was so down to earth and friendly
Awesome place under new ownership.
They have the cool robot waiters that come to you. My favorite is the thick cut pork belly, very flavorful and seasoned beautifully. Family owned and the whole family was there that day. Brian and his family gave us great service and great conversation.
Tried several Korean BBQ joints here in Vegas.
This one by far has the best food and service. Time isn't rushed. And the food is prepared with traditional ingredients. You can tell the sauces are handmade and with craft. Fast service and never had to wait on a table ;).

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
