If I can give ZERO stars, I would give it. This place is 100% a tourist trap and do not care about their customers. DO NOT BOTHER. Go to OUTBACK. We started our meal with a drink and it literally took them 45 minutes to get it out. We ordered the Ora Salmon Sashimi and for $38, it was not worth it. My husband SPAT it out. It was covered in too much sauce and the fish tasted like it was frozen. If it was $15 we probably won’t care but for the money they are charging its unacceptable. Then we had the french onion soup which was ok but nothing special, if you go to an Outback Steakhouse you won’t probably taste the difference. We spoke with Loris and gave her the feedback and all she said was “okay no worries”. She did not even ask us if we wanted anything else and that she would deliver our feedback to the chef or try to make things right. Then the finale, we ordered the Ribeye - Medium Rare $85 but then it was OVERCOOKED and the waiter argued that it lost its color because it was DRY AGED. We’ve been in tons of steakhouses and we’ve never seen a RIBEYE burnt like that before. He just said I’ll get you guys the check. Then when we received our check, the manager (ALVIN) spoke with us and he was very condescending and kept on smirking. You can tell that he is doesn’t care about the restaurant’s customers. No apology whatsoever and he kept arguing. He is saying that we ate our food (even though we sent it back) so we should pay for it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR RESTAURANT, I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He has ZERO interpersonal skills and cannot address customer relations which is obviously what he’s hired for.
