Still the Best in Vegas
It had been quite a few years since we had been to Le Cirque due to it being closed after COVID and not reopening until right after our last Vegas trip in 2021. How nice it was to find that it is still one of, if not the best place in Vegas to have an amazing meal with incredible service. It is quite special that you can come back after quite a few years and feel like you are home again at a place you love. Martin and Tom are still blessing the establishment with their presence which just adds to the familiarity for those that return year after year. We had the eight-course tasting menu and the food was wonderful and worth the expense. We will return upon our next trip to Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a must-visit restaurant in Las Vegas. The food, atmosphere, and service are all perfect.
This is a restaurant I've always wanted to try when I go to Las Vegas. I walked there because I was staying at the Bellagio. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and it gets me excited. Everyone in the restaurant was dressed up, and no one was dressed casually. We ordered a four-course meal with two appetizers, a main course, and dessert, with crab and caviar, lobster bisque, and Rossini, which was a bit pricey, for about $450 per person. The wine was my favorite, Pyra Le Monlash, which was $425 and not bad. The taste was impeccable. The customer service was also excellent. The waiter who served us was from the Monlash producing area, so he got really excited when we ordered it lol. It was a bit expensive, about $1600 for two people including tip, but we were very satisfied and had a great time.

Had a wonderful dinner at Le Cirque. Martin F. was our waiter and he paid close attention to every detail to ensure our dining experience was fantastic. The food is delicious and the service is truly impeccable.

Cancelled my reservation 1 month after placing and offered nothing/could not help with another reservation. Unacceptable service
Be the first to ReplyBest Dining Experience Ever
Our party of four dined at Le Cirque on January 13, 2024 and were blown away by the food and service. We have dined at many Michelin star and 5 diamond restaurants, this experience was at the top. The sommelier, Fred, is extremely knowledgeable and was quite amusing. Maurice is the definition of a professional waiter. However, Tom was our absolute favorite without a doubt. He knows how to read a table and respond accordingly. This team of servers have worked together for many years, and it shows. You will not be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyQuality and price are not accurate.
Despite the beautiful ambiance and great service, the food at Le Cirque restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the 8 course menu, while my daughter ordered a 4 course menu, with her own choices for each course. Unfortunately, none of the dishes we tried lived up to the standard of a fine dining restaurant. This was my fourth visit to the restaurant over the course of my long life, but it has never met my expectations. I hope that Le Cirque can improve their cuisine to become a great fine dining establishment, which they set at this category due to the high prices (we paid 1000 us for both).

culinary haven that deserves every bit of praise. It is not just a restaurant; it's an experience that tantalizes the senses and leaves a lasting impression. Whether for a special occasion or a casual night out, is a top-tier establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure.

My 3rd time here in about 10 years whenever i’m in vegas. Nice location just next to bellagio fountain Busy night during NYE week and the tables are so close to each other, the waiters have to avoid colliding often Had the 8 course menu and items were mostly very good. The beef main was excellent. The only drawback was the 15 min between each course, lengthening the dinner time needlessly Service very good and friendly 9/10

It was a memorable dinner for us! We love everything about this restaurant. The service is perfect. The ambiance is outstanding. And the staffs were so attentive.
Be the first to ReplyStill in shock by my experience and bullying, entitled behavior I received from their high roller guest
This had every reason to be an exceptional experience...until it wasn't. Within a 10 minute period I went from peacefully enjoying my courses to being bullied by the couple behind me. I was enjoying the first few courses of my 10 course menu. I booked this 6:30 dinner before my 11:30 flight home. I was alone (my daughter dined with her friend elsewhere) I took a few photos with my wine, then one of each course when it came out. 45 min into my dinner the girl behind me got my attention and said "stop taking photos, I don't want to be in your photos lady". She then told me to delete my photos. She was a 20'something girl dining with a 50'something man. I offered to show her my pics to clear up any confusion - NONE were of them! Her partial shoulder was in the background of 2 selfies I took when I first sat down, 30 min prior to her bizarre accusations. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she still insisted I delete all my photos. When I refused, they went to complain and forced me to move my table. Normally I would not have minded moving but I felt they should be the ones to move. They started this drama over nothing, I asked the waiter, the reply "the man is a high roller at the casino". ...This was the wrong answer. I was furious, feeling bullied and now emotional. He is obviously a regularly, I'm there for a ONE night experience. They were in the wrong but I was paying the price because of his status at the adjacent casino. That is not the way a Michelin star restaurant should operate. I was eating at Le Cirque, not the casino buffet. Once I moved I was now further away but facing them and the couple insisted I turn my back to them and look out the window. This is when I decided to take a video of them. This was absurd behavior and bullying a single female trying to dine in peace. The man went to casino security to have me ejected because I filmed them. I should have accepted the comp dinner from Le Cirque but all I wanted was an apology from the couple. They would not give one...so I filmed them and left upon request. My night was ruined. I am feeling emotional stress from being bullied by this couple to delete my photos, then being moved and finally being ejected. My entire 5 day trip was completely ruined bc the restaurant accommodated the high roller (who was clearly wrong) instead of sticking up for me. If I were a man dining alone, this would have never happened. It has been two days and I'm still in shock. Friends believe the girl may have been a paid escort, under 18, or the man was having an affair. It is the only logical explanations for their behavior. If she is an escort, even MORE of a reason why I should never have been put through this. They were not in my photos, should have apologized, and it would have ended right there. Instead they pushed me until I cracked and lost my composure. Shame on him and for everyone who allowed this high roller to get away with bullying a single female diner minding my own business. My beautiful photos are here and you can see how ridiculous this is. I showed the manager my photos as well. I'll stick with the Michelin restaurants in Europe where I have never been put through anything like this!

We have never received such exemplary, next level service as we did from, the manager, Martin. He immediately connected with us and created the MOST outstanding, elevated customer care experience EVER! We highly recommend him as a point person if you are ever in Vegas! He exceeds any standard that exists! THE ABSOLUTE BEST 🙌🏻🙏🏻🔥

Had a wonderful anniversary experience at Le Cirque! The atmosphere was beautiful and classy, the view of the fountain added a delightful backdrop. The food of course, was amazing. We each did the 4-course tasting menu and it did not disappoint. I have also never experienced such an attentive staff!
Be the first to ReplyWe had a great time, quiet setting and delicious food!
Absolute best culinary experience I've ever had. Everything was top level from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. They were great at suggestions without being pushy as well. The food was tremendous! This was very much it of my comfort zone as, to be honest, many of the dishes I had never heard of. But we enjoyed them all and are every bite. A truly enjoyable experience and if I'm ever up for a very expensive but very impressive meal again, I will try Le Cirque again!

Every aspect of our food was perfect, and the service was exceptional. My issue is with the sommelier. He recommended a bottle of red burgundy that simply was not as he described nor in the style we asked for. Further it suffered from astringent ‘green’ tannin (often a side effect of including stems during fermentation) that he denied was possible (his argument was that Pinot noir grapes don’t contain much if any tannin). I didn’t want to argue with him in front of my wife, but to say Pinot noir cannot taste tannic is simply silly. It felt like he knew what I was talking about but didn’t want to admit it. I offered him a taste of the wine two times to demonstrate what I was referring to and he declined both times saying he knew the wine. I looked up some reviews of the wine online and saw clear evidence of other people reporting that the wine had harsh tannin tastes that reduced their ‘scores’ into the 86-88 range - consistent with my experience. I left feeling like the sommelier took advantage of my request for his help and pawned off a poor bottle wine he had in his cellar. To not take me up on my offer to taste what I was referring to was something I’ve never experienced at a fine restaurant. It’s really too bad because the food - while clearly amazing - would have been elevated by a good bottle of red burgundy.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing, elegant and really beautiful dinner.
Everyone was attentive but not invasive, the dinner was about us enjoying the meal. Perfect food, French ambience and very elegant. Traditional etiquette here. But also relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone made us feel special. The food was cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. This was an unexpected highlight of our Vegas trip.

A visit to Le Cirque was our dinner experience treat on this trip to Las Vegas. And what an amazing experience it was. All of the team flowed in their service throughout the courses and evening, taking cues from each other and making us feel like we were guests in their home. The wine education was not just on the characteristics for pairing but how the aging of different wines could make them perfect for very different dishes. The flavors were mindblowing and the pace of the evening was very nice. We will definitely visit again.

5 star++++ all the way. Service was the absolute best. Almost every employee has been there for 24 years. I asked random questions about the edible flower and…they knew the answer! Very detail oriented and the food and presentation is over the top beautiful and delicious. This was our tasting menu: Started out with a Moulin Rouge pomegranate vodka St Germain egg foam cocktail Kushi oyster with champagne foam Kaluga caviar potato emulsion with dungeness crab with scallop and chive Blini Maine lobster salad citrus vinaigrette Hudson valley Fois gras Sicilian pistachio crunch bing cherry madera sauce Arborio rice with Parmesan foam and Comte truffle Mediterranean Sea bass braised leeks potato red wine sauce Rohan duck pear watermelon radish honey glazed lavender Fois gras cognac sauce A 5 wagyu beef carmelized onion black garlic mushroom Yuzu granita to cleanse the palate Chocolate ball with vanilla ice cream, praline mousse chocolate sauce A plate of sweets Please forgive errors I was typing the menu while eating and taking photos. The tasting menu is pricey. $425 pp. This was a real treat for us. Highly recommended.

Second trip won't be my last. Every time I walk out of there, I'm in in awe, just dumbstruck. It's that good.

We had the greatest dining experience at Le Cirque! Don’t miss this special place! Not only is the food delicious and presentation stunning, but the entire staff have a chemistry that elevates the entire experience. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel welcomed and special. The Sommelier did a fantastic job taking her time with us, answering our questions and explaining the wine she was presenting to us. We had cocktails at the bar prior to dinner that were absolutely delicious! Thank you to Gabriel, Martin, Tom, and the entire staff for a very special evening that will not be forgotten! We look forward to returning the next time we are in Vegas.

Fantastic food and waitstaff. Bring your big boy wallet, but it’s worth it. Our waiter Jimmy, sommelier Frederic, and the rest of the staff were superbly professional. I highly recommend the rabbit and white truffle risotto.

This restaurant it’s truly exceptional. I really could not fault it in anyway. From the second you walk in the door it feels special. We were greeted at the door and sat in the bar, Frederick the sommelier was brilliant and very knowledgeable and full of funny stories. The restaurant area is quite small and intimate. The service was brilliant, professional and not to over attentive. The food is first class and delicious, presented perfectly. If you are in Vegas and looking for a restaurant for a special occasion or just a really great dining experience then I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Le Cirque we will see you next time we are in Vegas.

We expected more, and we had better in the past. Perhaps it was more a 3 star review based on the lack of kind and pro active service. But it was the first time to experience a mediocre evening at Le Cirque so we will be kind and give it another try when back in Vegas

Reopened in October 2021, a pandemic induced hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio remains the resort’s most sought-after reservation, even more so on Friday when Chef Danny Lledó of Washington DC’s Xiquet and Slate Wine Bar joined Chef Dameon Evers for a special two-night Tasting Menu. Faultless under the direction of General Manager Gabriel Fontenier, the night divided into two seatings, guests entering the jewel box space were greeted by name and quickly handed a Cocktail before being whisked away to a room of plush fabrics and light music beneath the big top. Serving seven courses on this night flanked by an Amuse and Mignardises it was not long before dinner was started, aged Tuna shocking the palate before Chef Evers’ showstopping Corn Bavarois topped in Kaluga Caviar and curly Popcorn Tuile. Carefully paired with Wine by Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, the former presenting tropical Granbazán Etiqueta Verde Albariño before Sea Cucumbers and Sobrasada with hints of Honey, a Red from Spain next found itself matched to chlorophyll-kissed Rice topped in a tongue of Hokkaido Uni. Reaching for Bordeaux to match Turbot and Salsify from Chef Lledó, then Chateauneuf Du Pape for Dameon’s Guinea Hen with Black Truffles and Foie Gras Mignonette, it was after cleansing the palate with Pear Brandy that A5 Wagyu received classic treatment by way of Chanterelle Mushrooms and perfect Bordelaise. Returning to Sparkling Wine with Dessert, Cerdon Rose making a return appearance before Compressed Melon followed by a textural Chocolate Tart, Mignardises arrived alongside Coffee, a signed menu and one of Le Cirque’s classic chargers as a gift for the lady.
Be the first to ReplyJacket Required (sorry Phil)
Two gripes to begin. The dress code was clear and I clearly tried to flaunt it (only myself to blame) however I was wearing shoes, black trousers and a tailored, but short sleeved, shirt. Thus I had to endure the "dead man's jacket". Fair enough, but... As I'm trying said jacket on ("larger please") the two ladies in front of me were wearing training shoes, with one stretched into gymnasium "pants". When I took my seat the gentleman directly in front of me was adorned with training shoes and faded blue jeans with ripped knees BUT had a long-sleeved shirt on (albeit rolled to his elbows). I reminisced a significant birthday visit to La Gavroche in 2019 when chef Michel Roux Jnr had kindly submitted to a 'selfie' and there I am in similar short sleeve. My fault, the rules are clear, and a standard is important, I just think they're daft.
The staff. They're great and they're plentiful, you'll not want for anything. However there is always someone about. My lobster plate was whipped from under me while my wife continued to enjoy hers. I was curt with the Captain (I apologise), "is chef in a rush?" A laugh and a promise to slow down, issue defused. Next course. "Are you finished madam?" "No," says she, cutlery clearly at a quarter to three, foie gras still visible in bowl. "No problem, take your time" as my bowl is stripped from the table. I didn't bother mentioning this again. A further small point, next time I'll get one of those name badges the croupiers use as it'll save me answering the 'where I'm from' question five times. I'm sounding grumpy now, there's nothing wrong with 'bantz'.
Wine list amazing, all budgets and tastes catered for.
Food great, I thought Picasso's lobster was better but Le Cirque won the battle of the souffles. The duck was a little bitter but that may well be personal taste. Petit four boxed up appreciated. Set menu a tad restrictive but, again, you know what you're booking.
A comfortable surrounding.
Value for money below average I'd say.
