A magical experience!
Magic is the perfect word for this place! From the staff, complimentary snacks, heated pool, popsicle delivery and spacious rooms, everything was magical and it will be a hotel that we recommend to anyone travelling. The staff (especially Kevin) went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay feel special! Flowers, a specialised card, wine and cake were there on arrival and as we sadly said goodbye Kevin had a pack of information ready for us for the next part of our trip! Thank you for making our honeymoon magical! ♥️
The Staff Is Amazing and The Rooms Are Huge
My family had a great stay at the Magic Castle Hotel. The best thing about the Magic Castle Hotel is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. I have never stayed at a hotel where the stay is so helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. They all deserve recognition but the front desk staff was truly superlative, to me and my family. The hotel is so incredibly family friendly. A couple of nights a week they have movie night which our children loved. You can ask for complementary candy at the front desk and the well known popsicle hotline is amazing. The rooms are huge with plenty of storage, it used to be an apartment building and it shows. The only negative is that there are no elevators so if mobility is an issue this may not be the hotel for you. However, if you do not have mobility issues the hotel is great. Finally, the fact that they provide same day laundry service is truly the cherry on top.
Fantastic stay for families!
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Magic Castle Hotel with my 2 children. Fantastic location, only a block walk to Hollywood Boulevard and the walk of fame, close to Target to do food shopping as the room has a full kitchen. The staff here could not be more accommodating and were just delightful. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The 24hr snack service and free breakfast is very helpful for a travelling family and the free laundry service such a relief! Would definitely stay here again!
Best part of LA!
I wasn't sure what to expect, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything in the description is true! Staying at this hotel was a highlight for my 3 children on our road trip in Southern California. At a time when establishments have additional charges for everything, it was refreshing that the breakfast, snacks, coffee, ice cream, tourist advice, etc. were all free, with no restrictions. The staff were exceptional, and so kind and helpful (even encouraging) to my children the many, many times they went to the front desk for snacks. They even sent us on our way with snacks for the road! The hotel is enclosed so I was comfortable letting my kids go to the front desk on their own. The location was fantastic, just a short block from all the action. The pool is open 24 hours/day and was well used, but the pool noise did not bother us. The kitchen is modestly stocked with plates and utensils, but we borrowed dishes from the breakfast to cook a few meals while we were there. The hotel is a former apartment building, so the suites have ample room and amenities. Congratulations to the owner, management, and staff for creating an accommodation unlike anything I've ever been to. You're definitely on to something! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
Brilliant hotel
The service was second to none. It was brilliant. They knew our names and nothing was a hassle. Free washing and free snacks. What more could you want. Great location as well. The magic show was a great little surprise. As well as the movie nights.
Extraordinary customer experience at the Magic Castle Hotel
We’ve just come back from a two week holiday in the US, and I wanted to acknowledge the extraordinary customer experience that The Magic Castle is known for. If you are travelling with a family, this is the hotel for you. Kevin was absolutely outstanding, getting to know our everyone in our family, and always warmly greeting us and going out of his way to make us welcome. Complimentary breakfast, free snacks, soda and soft serve ice cream and the famous popsicle hotline make this a fantastic experience for the whole family. Alphonso performing magic tricks over breakfast was amazing and I really appreciated Kevin securing a dinner reservation at the Magic Castle next door which was a true highlight of my stay. Darren really, really looked after us on our final day and made the long haul trip in front of us easier. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, if a relaxed comfortable stay with amazing hosts is what you’re after.
Unmatched Hospitality! Insanely Awesome Snacks! Amazing Location!
Incredibly friendly staff, the hospitality is unmatched. Everything you read, all the promises and hospitality you hear about- it’s absolutely true! This should be the standard for every hotel when it comes to the way you’re treated as a guest! The snacks, the amazing Starbucks style coffee machine in the lobby, the free breakfast, the POPSICLE HOTLINE, the location… all of it was advertised and more! The only recommendation I have for them is to update the furniture in some rooms because it was starting to wobble and hopefully update the surface around the pool. The property itself is old, so I’m sure it takes a ton of upkeep. These things were not a big deal in the scheme of how wonderful the whole stay was! The space in our one bedroom suite was great, and we had food delivered a few times on DoorDash which worked very well because there are a ton of amazing restaurants nearby!

Amazing Trouble free and comfortable
This place was amazing. Heated pool snacks that never end, walking distance to attractions and everything Needed. Nothing was an issue for the staff everyone from house keeping to front desk are so welcoming and friendly. Anyone travelling with kids knows the struggles but you will have none bringing your kids/family here. I think our kids will remember this place over major attractions. And big thanks to Kevin what an asset to magic castle hotel he as other staff were amazing. Thank you to all staff.
Magic stay
Brennan and staff were incredibly helpful. They build a connection with their guests and are genuinely interested in the guests. The rooms were clean and the area was handy to most attractions. The added complimentary extras are great and we all loved our stay.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Anyone know how increase payout transfer to bank as I can only send $50 a day and they charge $5 for every transaction. There must be a way. I’ve contacted support two days ago and not a reply.
