The hostess seated us but mentioned she'd need the table back soon. Our server, said we had an hour and advised against ordering the Wiki Wiki roll since it "takes 30 minutes." I ordered it anyway, and it arrived in under 10 minutes. S
I had dinner at Mamanoko this past Sunday at 5 PM.
All of the other patrons chose to eat outside, thus I was alone inside and had the place to myself. A bonus and easy social distancing. My first course was a spectacular salad of heirloom tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, some cheese atop everything el
We were walking by and got lucky with seats at the bar.
Excellent food. The bartender recommended the ginger and honey cocktail which was really good. Sushi was really good. My favorite part was the chocolate and ice cream cut into sushi rolls. Bartender told us it's a TikTok star and folks come for

Drinks were great, food was great, and service was great! Only bone to pick was the brown rice they used for the sushi... was not expecting that. But overall great vibe and loved the music they were playing.

Sushi was very good! Fresh and big portions! Our waiter was very attentive and on top of it. The restaurant is a little small in the inside and can get quite loud.
Fav spot in the neighborhood.
If possible, we try and sit at the bar. Bartenders are cool as shit, and doubly so when they spill on you. Have never had a bad experience. The only problem, it's too popular, so it's tough to walk in. Make a resy.

Amazing food! The toro cakes with the crispy rice were absolutely delicious! The toro nigiri is some of the best I've had. They were super accommodating with gluten free and just removed any sauces with soy sauce. They also had tamari available!

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Mamanoko San Francisco at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Mamanoko San Francisco page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation

* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Mamanoko San Francisco!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
