Mayflower Inn
Our stay was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Our room and all the surrounding amenities were as well. Highly recommend. There are also great option just off the resort grounds for you to explore. Enjoy!

Leave nothing to chance, they don’t. Pack a small bag, plan a few nights and you’ll leave feeling like you’ve flown to a beautiful hotel in some exotic destination and then drive home completly renewed.
Be the first to ReplyA very special retreat
Our stay at the Mayflower was exceptional on all accounts. From the moment we arrived we were able to relax, switch off and enjoy our surroundings. A welcome like no other and attentive friendly service throughout our stay. Cocktails by the fire pits is a must, as well as chess or reading in the tucked away chess room with cosy fireplace. It was a joy to stay somewhere that has such high standards but enables you to relax, enjoy and have everything catered for. We will return ....

I can't say enough good things about this property. Tucked away in a quiet town in Connecticut, it's the perfect country getaway for those seeking fresh air and a little piece of mind. The property itself is gorgeous while also feeling intimate and quaint at the same time. All of the staff are incredible and make each guest feel special and cared for during their stay. I also must say that their attention to detail and personalization is incredible. Their spa, The Well, is truly the best spa experience I have ever had. Separate from all of the treatments and facilities being incredible, their Relaxation Room that overlooks the property is one of my favorite places in the world. I could spend hours there just unwinding and relaxing. Their bartenders, Babis and Drew, are incredible and pull off the best cocktails. Their attention to personal details and your preferences is also incredible. We had the majority of our meals on property during our trip and the food is incredible. I've visited many Auberge properties and while the food is always outstanding, I think this one is the absolute best. I can't wait to schedule another trip to the Mayflower and hope to be back sooner rather than later!

Everyone of the staff from the General Manger Mohair Girdhar to any support staff I came across made me feel cared for. VIP treatment doesn't do justice to the genuine, gracious and supportive interactions that I experienced. A beautiful place, with beautiful facilities and stand-out people.

I stayed at the Mayflower this past weekend for a little birthday getaway. The inn is beautiful and the service is impeccable. This is a high end resort that treats people in a very special manner. All seem to be trained in customer service and are there to help you in any way they can. My room was beautiful (with a fireplace and balcony). I did not realize that the property consists of a main building; the Inn; along with many outbuildings (the spa/well, cottages). It is a vast property. I stayed at the cottage closest to the spa. Very quiet and relaxing. The spa itself was sheer heaven; these therapists know what they are doing and do it very well. I had an incredible facial followed by a "full body reboot". These were some of the best services I have ever experienced (and I have travelled to many spas over the years). If you want to treat yourself and/or friend/partner to a very relaxing time in a beautiful property , this is the place to go.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful sisters getaway!
My sister and I had a fantastic stay at the Mayflower Inn. It was a quick 24-hour stay but we took advantage of the property including dining and spa. The Well (spa) is so gorgeous - right out of a magazine and we loved our massage and body scrub. The food was also so delicious. Lots of options for dinner and breakfast and worth the price. Above all, the service was top-notch. Everyone was so nice, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again in the spring!

Our stay at the Mayflower was nothing short of spectacular. The inn, spa, and room were perfect but beyond that the service was AMAZING! It felt like Christmas morning every moment as the workers were always two steps ahead of us. We had surprises in our room, personalized agendas, amazing spa treatments, and more. Their answer was yes to any request we had, big or small. I could not recommend the Mayflower enough. We will DEFINITELY be back!

First class service with everything. Wonderful location and property. You will always remember this trip and tell your friends about it. No regrets. You need to experience this. They made us feel welcomed the entire time. Food in both restaurants was excellent

Beautiful country retreat, excellent service, food, staff. The Well, the onsite spa, is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the services are terrific. My second visit in 6 months, and it did not disappoint. I'lll be returning.
