Great service and pacing of the meal. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 of us. Expected a bit more for all the michelin star buzz. The good: XO Butter oysters. Somehow the XO butter didn't overpower the sweet creamy oysters.Meatballs. 2 large meatballs served with kabocha, mushrooms and an amazing herby broth. Each bite had a different and more interesting flavor.Harmony cocktail of bourbon, jasmine rice milk and peanut. Wow! Reminded me of a boozey not sweet boba drink without the boba.Black sesame cream dessert and sweet potato cake with smoked cinnamon cream, damn. Both were super flavorful and not too sweet with very balanced and interesting flavor profiles. The not so good: dumplings were okay, nothing special. Bright green sauce looked pretty though. cheong fun noodles were just okay too. Ponzu sauce underneath had a nice flavor. Seemed small portion with just a little bit of crab on top for $32.Sourdough pancake tasted like oil. No sourdough tang or much other flavor. Smothering it in with creme fraiche and caviar makes the oil not so prominent.Overall a good experience. Bonus points for the music and atmosphere (D'Angelo and Kendrick can't go wrong).
