Very upscale place and had a nice setting. The sourdough green onion pancake was such an interesting twist. It was super light and airy and definitely good to share. We also got the chilled beef tendon and as a lover of all things intestines, this does well to keep the chewy texture. The baby bok choy and beef chow fun wasn't really anything special, besides the chow fun noodles being rolled up instead of being flat. The salt baked trout was probably the highlight of the entire dinner. They came and helped debone and also put all the toppings on it for us. It was tender and soft and quite a lot of fish for two people. Overall, an interesting spin on traditional Chinese dishes, but not too out of the park that it stands out as a pick of the lot fusion high-end restaurant.
