Awesome atmosphere and good food.
Service could be better especially on weekends. I really enjoy it every time I visit.

I think it's the best smash burger I have ever had!!!! Not to mention the service was outstanding!!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing experience.
While loud the service was excellent and food outstanding. We could not have had a better wait staff.

When they first opened the portions were nice, 2 years later the portion has shrunk significantly while the prices remain the same! Quality also has gone downhill.
Be the first to ReplyI love the drinks at NAPA.
I love Happy Hour at NAPA. I love the meatballs at NAPA. I love the tuna nachos at NAPA. I even love the little goat cheese balls and figs at NAPA. Servers are always friendly. Never had a bad customer experience. I love the jazz brunch on Sundays- menu is a 3 for brunch but the drinks and ambiance make up for it. And my hubby loves the carrot cake here.
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant has gone downhill so fast.
I ordered the short rib gnocchi tonight... it used to just melt in your mouth, absolutely amazing. Tonight it was awful... the sauce was a very soupy broth and every piece of meat I received was fat, not even edible. They made it right by taking it off by bill but it's really a shame... they were so amazing when they first opened. They are charging top dollar prices for very mediocre meals. Bring back the original chef/ingredients or whatever has changed. But for now I will be going other places when I want a delicious meal.
Be the first to ReplyMy experience with the event coordinator, Beth, at Napa
My experience with the event coordinator, Beth, at Napa Wine Kitchen left much to be desired. After enjoying several pleasant dining experiences as a guest, I was excited to book a private event for both a bridal shower and a rehearsal dinner. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when dealing with Beth's lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Initially, Beth promptly provided information on private event booking prices and options, which I found satisfactory. However, after requesting a formalized contract for booking, communication became increasingly difficult. Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of several weeks, Beth failed to send the contract in a timely manner. Furthermore, when I mentioned a change in guest count for the rehearsal dinner, Beth quoted me an amount that was $500 more than the original booking, without any explanation. This lack of transparency was frustrating and indicative of the poor communication throughout the process. As the months passed without any progress or resolution, it became evident that Beth and her team lacked the necessary care and attention to customer service. Despite my excitement to celebrate special occasions at Napa Wine Kitchen, I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere due to the ongoing disappointment and unprofessionalism displayed by Beth and her team. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Napa Wine Kitchen for private events based on my experience with Beth as the event coordinator. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and overall communication left me feeling frustrated and ultimately compelled to seek alternative venues for my special celebrations.
Be the first to ReplyI recently dined at NAPA Kitchen & Wine with an atmosphere
I recently dined at NAPA Kitchen & Wine with an atmosphere that perfectly blended dim lighting with enough brightness to enjoy the surroundings. The music set a great ambiance, and the attentive service, including a check-in from the manager, made the experience even more enjoyable. The server provided excellent recommendations, which I appreciated since it was my first visit. The wine selection was extensive, although there were no options on draft. However, the variety of wines available both by the bottle and by the glass was impressive. The menu offered a diverse range of options, including starters, salads, sushi, and oysters, followed by a selection of land, sea, and pasta entrees. For my meal, I started with a refreshing Caesar salad with added anchovies (the anchovies are optional) and Blistered Shishito peppers served with a delightful paprika lemon aioli. Although the Garlic Parmesan oysters were not my favorite due to personal preference, they were promptly accompanied by horseradish and hot sauce upon request. I couldn't decide between the Mediterranean Mahi Mahi and the crab crusted flounder, so I opted for both. The Mahi Mahi, paired with goat cheese whipped potatoes (I substituted the asparagus for charred broccolini), was bursting with flavor, with the potatoes being a standout element. While the flounder was tender, I found the accompanying sauce less appealing. Luckily they offer an option for "simply grilled" which I will Consider next time I order the flounder. Overall, my dining experience was superb, and I look forward to returning to explore more of the menu. The combination of excellent service, inviting ambiance, and delicious food makes this restaurant a definite recommendation.
Be the first to ReplyWOW!!! What a great happy hour during the week.
Good atmosphere, great food and plenty of attentive bartenders. Will certainly be going back. Thanks for a great place to meet up with friends!
Be the first to ReplyI went there for launch it was nice place.

I've been wanting to try this place for a gajillion years and I FINALLY made it out. I would have loved to sit on the patio but maybe when it's warmer, right? We were seated by the window and it was nice having such a nice airy view while eating. The seating arrangements were a tad too tight but it was still cozy. The server was nice and bright, and the ambience was warm. The burnt ends were not quite worth the price and I would not suggest the dish. The soup was hot and flavorful and was on special to boot. The mile high carrot cake was ordered with high expectations but the cake fell short, lacking the right mixture of ingredients and being undercooked in the middle. I'd definitely try out the bar area the next time and different dishes as I saw other dishes around me that looked scrumptious!
Be the first to ReplyGreat happy hour! Great food.
I have a tough time choosing because everything I have tried is delicious! The smash burger is the star of the show.

Daphne was absolutely amazing! She was courteous, precise, and attentive. She was a wonderful server, and an asset to this restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyWe really enjoy "date night" at Napa Kitchen and Wine.
The flounder with butter sauce tasted great with the mashed cauliflower and steamed spinach. The happy hour is also great. We had the asian lettuce wraps as an appetizer before the flounder...perfect!! We also want to compliment our server, Maddy, who was excellent in every way!! We'll be back!!

Let me start by sharing that the ambiance is nice and the space is inviting; the service was fine nothing to rave or complain about. Now lets get into why we're here... THE FOOD which was quite underwhelming to say the least. We had everything from the starters to the dessert - all of which were meh. The carrot cake is probably my least favorite I've had to date. Everything was just very BLAND. The cost isn't matching the flavor or lack thereof. I really wanted to like this restaurant but the food just isn't giving.
Be the first to ReplyThe food is really good.
There is a nice variety to choose from. The drink selection is really good. I would say that the only downfall is when it is busy it is very loud.
Be the first to ReplyAtmosphere is okay.
Service was mediocre but the food....the food was just not that good. We went during brunch and after calling beforehand to see if one person could order the vegan burger they said no. The avocado toast tasted burnt. Three skillet breakfasts were all cold when they arrived. Even the table next to us complained about cold food. Their waffle wasn't even warm enough to melt their butter. The mimosas were average. I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant
Be the first to ReplyAmbiance is good.
Food was 1/2 and 1/2. The appetizers were all good. But the main dishes were just ok. The shrimp n grits didn't have much flavor and the lobster roll was disappointing it was kinda like pureed.

Place was absolutely amazing and the staff was very attentive. Been quite some time where I have gone into a place and actually have interaction with what appeared to be the manager of the place. Food was absolutely amazing I will be coming back here for sure and recommend it to anyone.
Be the first to ReplyWent there to celebrate a couple of birthdays.
My beet and burrata salad was delicious. The nicest part was the complimentary cheesecake slices they brought us.
Be the first to ReplyThis places doesn't really deserve this one star.
The only thing that saved this place is Luis our server! He was Awesome! However, our birthday reservation was at 8pm we got sat at 9pm..... after 5 people went to the front and asked about our table. While they are were told that it wasn't ready. Finally a manager started to set up a high top table where it took them 15-20 mins to set up and when we went to ask if we could sit down already. One of the Girls working started to roll HER EYES at my friends. As we asked why she was doing so she stormed off, and started crying. Not sure why, she was the one being rude and disrespectful. LITERALLY PISS POOR. So many red flags, the food was okay. Drinks ehh. My martini came with ice lol i was really confused. Again Luis saved the night with his great service. There is a-lot of things done wrong. My friends were harassed in the bathroom while taking pictures and the manager forcefully pushing i. The door to see what they were doing as we all watched her act so unprofessional and thn come out of the bathroom and start pointing at all of us. We felt targeted towards and mistreated !
Be the first to ReplyThe food was good and the wine was great.
It was a school holiday, so it was busy for a Monday at lunch. I found the place too loud. Maybe it's the high ceilings which make the dining room beautiful but acoustically annoying. The service was good and they have several gluten free options. We had the Margherita Pizza GF and it was very tasty. This place is definitely worth a visit.
Be the first to ReplyMaddie, Kelsey and TJ (trainee) were amazing.
My daughter and I have a "date night" when she comes home every other weekend. This is our favorite place to decompress and reconnect. The servers here feel like home and make our time together that much more
Be the first to ReplyWe previously visited this location and were not pleased.
We decided to give it another shot and OMG. The food, the ambiance, the service was amazzzing!!! We brought along friends and we all really enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

My friend wanted to celebrate her birthday with friend and family over Sunday brunch. This was my first time here so I really didn't know what to expect. It took about 30 minutes for us to be seated though we had a reservation. While we waited a band was playing which quite frankly added a nice touch especially with their beautiful ambiance. For drinks we ordered prosseco and a dash of grand marnier which completely elevated the flavor.I ordered a cup of she crab soup and so glad I did because it was BOMB af. Loved that it had lumps of crab meat and a little spice to it. Definitely order it.The bread basket was decent but probably wouldn't order it again. As far as the entrees, they were hit or miss.I ordered the classic Benedict and it was okay. The side of potatoes were awful. No flavor what so over. I would give it a 3/5.My friends ordered a ranch skillet, chicken and waffles with scrambled eggs, and avocado toast. The ranch skillet was bland and was tolerable to eat with hot sauce. The waffle was tasteless and the eggs were over cooked. The chicken was alright but lacked flavor. The avocado toast was a hit though. The ingredients were fresh and very well balanced. For desert we had the pineapple crรจme brรปlรฉe, strawberry icecream, and chocolate cake. All suburb! No complaints what so ever. The cake is a must try!The service I will say was very good. Overall, brunch was alright. If I were to go again, it would probably be for lunch or dinner.
