New York Grill Restaurant San Juan Reviews from The Last Year
Good food, rude staff.
The food was very good. The service was not. As my brother in law was getting ready to pay the bill, one of the servers (whom had not attended us) informed us we had fifteen minutes to leave, as another party had reserved the table. Unnecessary and unpleasant.
A gem in San Juan
Rare 125 is a lovely local restaurant that serves great steaks and great cocktails. It’s definitely on my list of restaurants to visit on my next trip to San Juan.
Great dining experience.
The service was very good personal and professional. Steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered them. The Lobster bisque had real lobster in it as advertised. We would come back for sure.
Quality and food with a amazing atmosphere
Amazing lunch.! Quality of the food was outstanding with the great attention of Valeria. Thank you.!

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
