We had a great lunch here at this spot, which is in the courtyard of the main Slow Food offices. The tajarin with ragu was excellent, and we also really liked the gnocchi, the vitello tonnato, and the timbalo di melanzane.

This restaurant is located in in the same courtyard of Slow Food in Bra. This is definitely not our first visit here or our last! The food here is tremendous! We started with the Vitello Tonnato and the trio of lardo, salsiccia di Bra and Carne Cruda. Both are excellent and fresh. As it was truffle season, my husband got the tajarin with white truffles. Again, fabulous. I had the vitelli brasato al barolo and my husband got a calamari dish that you wouldn't necessarily expect in the Langhe but was cooked to perfection. Extensive wine list here here with both Langhe and Roero represented. Highly recommend - plus Bra is a cool little city, so definitely come and check it out!

We learned that this is a sister restaurant to Dell'Arco in Alba. The menus are similar but not identical. This restaurant is right next-door to the home of the slow food movement. I had a green salad and a rabbit dish. I don't think I've ever had rabbit that was this good. My wife had a chicken salad that was unusual in that they cut up many small pieces of chicken and placed them over a salad. There was no mayo or celery or other ingredients mixed in. She followed this with pumpkin soup that had shrimp floating on top. We devoured everything on the table along with a nice Half bottle of a regional red wine.
