Panda Express La Mesa Reviews from The Last Year
This review is not about the food, it is totally about the
This review is not about the food, it is totally about the lack of customer service. I walked in to buy a soda. There was a person at the cash register getting ready to pay for her order. There was another person putting together an order over by the food. I knew that I had a very short transaction and I patiently waited for what I thought was my turn. While I was waiting, the person by the food finished her order and was waiting behind me. The cashier then motioned the Redon behind me to move in front of me. That started my annoyance. When I was finally asked what I needed, I asked for a small soda. There were 4 cups sizes displayed by the register. The cashier reached for the 2nd smallest cup. I repeated that I wanted the smallest cup. I was told that those cups were only for people asking for water. I was given the other cup and then I paid. This was wrong on many levels. First of all, there were less than. Handful of customers eating there at that time. When my order was finally taken, there was no one behind me. This 'power trip' displayed by the cashier was rude and spiteful. I have been in many other Panda Expresses where the people were cordial, helpful and kind. This was not one of them. Bottom line is that I shall not return
Honestly, just a very disappointing service overall.
I came here expecting the same quality I get to go to locations, however, my pick up order took 45 minutes longer than when they told me it would be ready. They did not have anything ready to go at 11:30 AM on a weekday. Majorly, disappointing experience. On top of that, the teriyaki chicken was raw!

I just found A PIECE OF GLASS IN MY FOOD!! I cannot believe this! How in the world does something like that happen?!??
Worst food experience at a Panda.
The orange chicken bowl did not contain much chicken and the chicken had a chewy/gummy flavor like it was old. I wasn't able to eat it. Service was great, my order was ready immediately and they employee that helped me was very efficient and nice. So 5 stars for service but my food was 1 star.
The food is great here but can management please start
The food is great here but can management please start telling these employees to stop trying to close so early??? It's literally 40 minutes before closing and they are already almost close. The line comes in and everything is going to take 20-40 minutes to be done. So of course people turn away and leave if they don't want to wait. It's currently 9:04 and the manager or whoever is in charged looks super annoyed when people won't just take what they have left which is nothing. Why not just close the business at 8:30pm if that's the case. Why have closing time be 9:30 if you aren't going to have food???

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
