This place is a must visit while exterior of this plaza doesn't showcase what's inside at all. When in vegas we will continue to go here. The chefs tasting menu was amazing. It requires advance reservation and you get to sit at a table facing the kitchen. It's very interesting experience the chef came out talked to us introduced himself made some small talk very cool. We had 3 or 4 people waiting on us at different points. Every wine pairing had detailed explanation of why that wine was paired with the entree & detailed explanation of region of wine and what to expect from it taste wise. It was a 9 course with the wine pairing and it was one of the best experiences and meals we have ever had at a restaurant. We started with an amuse bouche. 1st course was was asparagus chilled soup with Serrano ham and parm chips with washable ice cream and it was very interesting flavors. Paired it with champagne Laurent Perrier brut. 2nd course was fish duo carpaccio cod fritter pearls and saffron aioli. They paired this was chateau Cheney bleu curvee alliot 2016. 3rd course chard frog legs and shellfish bisque. Paired with Chablis cru. 4th course foi gras seared with peas and rhubarb topped cotton candy paired with quarts de chaume. 5th course stipe bass with leek and beet ravioli in fish stock paired with clos des feves monopole. 6th course cordon bleu pie stuffed with white ham mushrooms and truffles bechamel paired with saint emilion chateau. 7th course duck breast with orange puree turnip confit paired with du pape domaine chateau La nerthe. 8th course ossau iraty mousse puff pastry paired with saint estephe chateau beau site. 9th course le pavlova biscuit topped with white chocolate and rice and grape fruit sorbet paired with sauternes chateau sigalas rabaud premier. I am placing picture of the menu in also and it was cool chef signed it and thanked us real great food and some of the best service. It's a lot of alcohol and food portions are typical smaller size so it's not massive portions If you haven't ever done a multi course meal like this. Everything was good the standouts were foie gras and duck. Don't hesitate to try this amazing experience.
