Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder Reviews from The Last Year
Great overall stay!
This was a great place to stay in Boulder! We were visiting CU for the weekend and looked at a few possibilities for hotels. This one had free parking, great location (10 minutes from anywhere we needed to go), and a great breakfast buffet. The staff were super friendly, and they had a coffee bar, apples/bananas, and free cookies after 4pm. The room was lovely and recently updated, with very comfy bed, sheets & towels. The only downside is that the barn door to the bathroom was weird and wouldn't close all the way. Not a problem since it was just me & my daughter, but would be pretty awkward if you're sharing a room with a friend or a business colleague.
Boulder Rest Stop
We booked the Residence Inn Boulder mainly because the Residence Inn Canyon Blvd was completely booked (we've stayed at the Canyon Blvd before and it was great). While the room was fine, the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. We tried three different rooms (staff was great about moving us), but we ended up in our original room. The mattress left an imprint when my husband laid on it (he weighs approximately 150 pounds). He ended up putting one of the roll pillows from the couch between the mattress and box spring for support. Would we return to this location...yes, if the Canyon Blvd. location was booked. The room was clean and the location was fine but we prefer the Canyon Blvd. location. The breakfast was fine as they offered enough of a variety that you could find something you wanted. Overall it was an average stay and was the final couple nights on a two week trip out west.
Very Mediocre Residence Inn - Needs Attention!!!
This hotel needs remodeling. The rooms are VERY tired - and I was told that I was given a "decent room". While relatively clean - everything is old, dingy, and very basic. The breakfast was decent - typical Residence Inn - and the staff was nice. It's just the suites failed to impress and somewhat gave me the creeps. Won't stay here again unless nothing else is available. Pricing was expensive for the level of accommodations.
Disappointed
I expected much more luxury and high quality from Marriott but was sadly disappointed for many reasons. We paid $459.75 for a 2 bedroom suite but it the rooms were mediocre and outdated. First off, there were cracks above the front door (looks like they covered up water damage with drywall. There were stains on the suede couch and on the carpet. Secondly, the toilets were toddler sized for people with little bums. One of the toilets had cracking paint on the seat and wasn't even cleaned thoroughly. I wouldn't have cared if we only paid $200 per night but for $459.75 I expected much more. In the pictures, the living room and master suite look huge but when you get there, it's smaller. The photos on the Bonvoy website are deceiving. Lastly, the free breakfast was just ok. On a Sunday they stop serving bacon at 9"30am even though breakfast runs until 10am. We had to ask the blonde woman at the front desk if someone could refill the bacon at 9:20 am and she stated, "We stop serving breakfast at 9:30." My husband said, "Well it's only 9:20 am so could you refill the bacon since we have 10 more minutes and there are a lot of people in the eating area waiting on more bacon?" Poor customer service. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
