Came here for Valentine's Day after wanting to try a Michelin Star in the city. The place was pretty empty when we got there at 9, though it did get a bit busier as the night progressed. We went with the tasting menu and a bottle of white wine that our waiter recommended. Here's what we got:Foie gras: one of the best I've had, paired surprisingly well with the chocolate gelatinSardines: served over a thin crisp, with some olive oil, tomato and arugula. Good but nothing amazingPigeon: served over a very delicious risotto, the meat was tender and seasoned very wellTuna: pretty underwhelming dish, though I did enjoy the spicy sofrito it was served withCochinito: probably the best dish of the evening, this was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the mash with sweet fruit was a really nice balanceDessert: we got many! My favorite was the one with white chocolate and raspberry. The matcha ice cream was also really good. The service was good but it took forever to get our check (common with many other Spanish establishments). Overall, the dining experience was solid but I wasn't 'wowed' by this food as I have been with other Michelin Star establishments.
