Excellent Moroccan food! Authentic, fairly good pricing, and amazing desserts! Definitely worth try and revisiting again.
Be the first to ReplyI had a great meal here.
I tried the cuscús de ternera. It was quite tasty. I also had the green mint tea, which you can tell from the taste is good quality. I also had some baklava, and that was also good. My waiter, Mario, was friendly and attentive. Give this place a try if you want Moroccan food!
Be the first to ReplyThis is the premier Moroccan restaurants I've been to, ever.
The staff are friendly and take the appearance and cleanliness of the site very seriously. Prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I had the Chicken Bastilla and it was one of the best meals, everything I hoped for and so much more. I highly recommend to anyone staying Grenada.

Highly recommend if you're craving Moroccan food in Granada! We got tired of eating Spanish food during our trip so decided to try Moroccan food given proximity to the country and all the influences here. We started off with a kettle of Moroccan mint tea (slightly sweet but hot and calming). For our main course we got lamb skewers (this was my favorite, such perfect texture and rich taste without needing the dip provided), beef Tanjia Marrakchi, lamb tajin, and beef Couscous. We had also wanted to each get a bread but our waiter advised we only get one since two of the dishes came with rice. All the spices led to a flavorful combo for all the dishes, although the beef Tanjia was slightly bit too salty for me. For dessert we got the mixed platter consisting of Baklava, orange/chocolate cake, and chocolate/almond cake(? Unsure of last one). Not too sweet, loved it. Prices were reasonable too. Service was good. Ambiance and rich spices in the air felt like transported to a new cultural experience. It is located in one of the narrow streets by the cathedral. Must come to check out!

Very tasty Moroccan inspired food including several vegetarian options. Our favs were the hummus appetizer and vegetable tajin. Presentation and service also phenomenal. Lemonade con yerbabuena was not the best (unsweetened and too tart for my liking), but overall 5/5 experience.

Coming to Granada was in the middle of our Spain trip, and thus my husband and I had initially planned that we might start getting tired of Spanish food by this time. So we reserved a spot at this Moroccan restaurant, with flawless reviews! The place was definitely packed with tourists and exchange students lol. I don't think there were any locals inside. The service was fantastic though in catering towards tourists, which can be nice sometimes.I ordered the chicken thighs with veggies over couscous. It was a great dish!!! I felt horrible though, because I wasn't that hungry, and the waiter thought I didn't enjoy my dish - so therefore, he discounted my meal. I felt so awful. They are great on customer service here, as you see!Anyway, excellent Moroccan restaurant in Granada, should you need a respite from Spanish cuisine!

We stumbled upon this little hole in the wall and what a great surprise! Ali, the owner, treated us like family! First time eating Arabic food and it was delicious!!! Definitely worth stopping for!

..great food and outstanding service. We were a party of 20 and they were very accommodating.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a little hard to get to.
We tried walking to it as it was not too far from where we were staying and ended up in some creepy looking dark alley. The streets are very narrow and cars and patrons share the streets. We ended taking a taxi and finally arrived but I can tell you, even the taxi wasn't sure he could get to the place. It's on a very narrow road at an incline. The place has a lot of colors and you don't sit at a usual table. You sit at a wood box table with not so comfortable couches and pillows. The best thing was the tea the mint hot tea was powerful and piping hot and served in the silver tea kettle. One kettle per person. If you don't want the tea sweetened let them know we were not asked. The food was pretty good but the TV with the sports took away from the experience. It just made the restaurant feel less authentic. Some middle eastern music would have been good. The portions were generous and the server was friendly and even called the cab for us to get back. The couscous chicken with the prunes in it was good and the portion was large enough for two to share after ordering two appetizers.
