Arrogant, Disrespectful, and Absolutely Unprofessional
I had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival, I was denied entry with the excuse that I was wearing sneakers โ something they never mentioned during the booking. My sneakers were clean and completely appropriate. Meanwhile, other guests looking almost homeless, wearing filthy, run-down sneakers, were being let in without an issue. When I asked for the manager, things only got worse. He had zero professionalism or sense of customer service. Instead of showing respect, he blamed us for the situation. No apology, no effort to fix anything โ just pure arrogance. We felt completely humiliated and chose to leave on our own. To make matters worse, they later sent a message saying our reservation was โcanceled,โ instead of owning up to their behavior or at least pretending to care. This place has no class, no standards, and no idea how to treat people. There are so many better places where you're treated with respect and hospitality. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and embarrassed.
Friday best night out in Beirut
What a fabulous discovery this place was during my recent visit to Lebanon! Loved the vibe & the ambiance Music was great too! We went on a Friday night! And the food My God was beyond fabulous ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ Everything was perfect๐
Why is the DJ so unfriendly?
Very nice place great atmosphere but not so friendly DJ charbel. Weired in such great place ... Excellent bar tenders

The best pub in Beirut ๐ For 2 unfortunate summers of trying to book Spine, 2023 is finally our year. The staff who helped us get an availability nite is so professional and we have this โhappy to assistโ feeling by them. And man happy we were to get a spot. At first, its like ohh just by the bar but itโs definitely a good spotโฆ. Its in the center of the action, the best lighting, infront the Dj and the best bartender who will mix the best โwhisky sourโ ever. From the time we reached the parking, to entering the building and reaching the main floor is so flawless ~~ everyone is there happy yo assist. That spot at the bar is so good. Next time Wel ask for it again lol ๐ The best part of the nite is having a personal bartender/mixologist serving and shaking the best whisky sour all nite long with a cute smile. We didnt get his name but he is young, best smile and big bouncy curls as i call hm Curly. Hes so nice, he made sure he never forget what we were drinking from the 1st to the 6th round of cocktailsโฆ shaking it will all handsome smile, the same taste all nite long. Spine is perfectly architected from the seating, the lighting and the arrangement. Maybe a small spot on the roof, but all that space is enough for a best nite out. The food and drinkโs menu are carefully selected, not complicated but completely yummy. All the staff is so nice, DJ that nite played good afro beats. We totally will recommended this pub ๐ฏ and surely will have a nite dedicated for it evrrytime we are in Beirut.

This place is amazing get mark to make your cocktails, Elie to shake them, and ashraf to serve you! Perfect night, Beirut is beautiful come and see for yourself ๐
Move up again
Spine is a nicely located upscale club/lounge. Used to get amazing DJs and played music professionally.. this season, music mixing is non-consistent (terms of content or beats), making the prices high vs the quality received.
Bad Experience, UnProfessional acts
We had a booking at 10:15 PM as we arrived sharp on time. The bouncer outside told us that our reservation is canceled. We told him that we are already on time not even 1 minute late. He said no. Meanwhile he was letting other people in without even looking for a reservation for them. And the other guy was whispering him as he promised us to let us in to get a tip from us to ket us in !!! That was so embarrassing as we contacted another place and went there to spend our time after the bad experience at Spine, i would never go there again or let any of my friends even to go. The guy was acting in a rude way that made us look like junkies coming from the streets. More to add the other people were not meeting the dress code that they informed us about and that we were committed to upon our visit. Such a bad experience!

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to SPINE Beirut at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the SPINE Beirut page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at SPINE Beirut to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at SPINE Beirut!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
