We came here for lunch while taking a walk in Disney
We came here for lunch while taking a walk in Disney Springs. We all got the brunch special, a burger with egg, bacon, and cheese. The burger was good, but cannot be customized to temperature. All the burgers stressed cooked well done, even though we asked for medium. It's still a great lunch deal for only $10. The decor was pretty with lots of pink flowers. Overall it was a nice place to stop for lunch.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time at Disney Springs and STK and I was NOT
First time at Disney Springs and STK and I was NOT disappointed. The food was perfection and the service was even better. We had the BEST espresso martinis, recommended by our very knowledgeable waiter Carlos. We had our martinis the "Carlos Way" and I honestly don't know if I could have it any other way. 10/10 will come again.
Be the first to ReplyI'm giving 4 stars because the lunch is a great deal.
The burger and fries were very tasty. And for $9.99, it's a good value. At lunch they also offer a 6 oz filet and salad for $19.99. It's a good deal but be ready that this doesn't seem to be the same type of filet you would get with dinner. While it was decent, there was not much seasoning and ours was over cooked. The rest of the lunch menu is extremely expensive. Such as $26 for a lunch ceaser salad. The other steaks were upwards of $40 and a chicken sandwich with fries was close to $30. Service was decent, not great. You could tell that he was aware people were here for the "reasonable lunch" and didn't much go out of his way to be helpful or friendly.

Go for happy hour! PJ was the best server! He was so quick and attentive. Loved the steak frites!
Be the first to ReplyFine experience.
Appetizers, happy hour and sides were all great. But disappointingly, the main steak (which we splurged on and got waygu) was very average!

Went here to celebrate my 42nd birthday while on a work trip. The ambiance was nice and the staff was welcoming. Our waitress was very knowledgeable (and honest) about the food selections and gave great recommendations. We had been snacking throughout the day so opted out of appetizers this time. Here's what we ordered: - Braised Beef Short Rib: creamed potatoes - roasted pepper relish - crispy shallots - red wine glaze - Bone-in Filet w/ Wagyu Umami butter and STK Zingy Rub - Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes w/ parmesan crust - Cucumber Stiletto: grey goose le citron vodka - st~germain - muddled cucumber & mint - Perfect Margarita: milagro silver tequila - cointreau - fresh lime The short rib was cooked to perfection and the red wine glazes was very flavorful...just enough kick without seeming too salty. The steak was cooked perfectly and the butter and dry rub was the icing on the cake. We ordered the mashed potatoes as loaded and they were the perfect. This location is located in the Disney area so be prepared to walk and deal with crowds. STK can be hit or miss depending on the location. This location is definitely a hit and I'd definitely recommend it anyone in the area. (My only complaint is the waitress knew I was celebrating my bday and didn't offer a dessert as others had received. Not a huge deal bc I don't like cheesecake, but the offer would've been appreciated.)
Be the first to ReplyDo not go here unless you enjoy burning money.
Food is average at best considering price. Unless you go for the 9.99 burger brunch special. Almost $30 a meal during brunch. Drinks were awful, bottom shelf tequila was used in the tequila sunrise and it was $22. Price gouging at its best here. The 2 stars are from the staff, they were nice and friendly.

..it needs to be double! This guy knows his burbon, knows his steaks, is polite, and gave us an amazing experience. App Calamari- perfect, not chewy, and great sauces Drinks Mules- very good. Lots of lime. Great glasses Old fashioned- the vanilla twist was nice Sides Brussels sprouts- best I've ever had Lobster Mac- speechless Dessert Cookie- absolutely amazing!
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely expensive and on the higher end for a meal, but
Definitely expensive and on the higher end for a meal, but it was totally worth it. I had the filet with the A5 Wagyu butter and it was delicious. They melt the butter with a torch table side. Definitely a good change of pace from some of the other Disney restaurants in the area.
Be the first to ReplyI spent a week at Walt Disney World, and I spent a night
I spent a week at Walt Disney World, and I spent a night walking around in Disney Springs. STK is at a convenience spot inside of Disney Springs. Once I walked in, I was greeted and got helped to get a table. They had during happy hour until 6:30pm that day. Inside of Disney World, nothing is cheap, but STK gets serious HH. I got the filet and prawn, ahi tuna taco, and the calamari. Every single dish was very tasty. It reminded me why it worth to pay $$$$ for a steak! The HH red wine was a serious red wine choice too. The service was good, attentive, and professional. The vibe in Disney Springs of coz was good. It maybe my best meal of my whole trip in Disney.

A must visit in Orlando but when you dine here you MUST have Travis as your server. Travis is so knowledgeable and exceptional at his job. He makes your dining experience. The food is stellar and each course was better than the one before. The Porterhouse was cooked exceptionally and the chocolate chip cookie dessert was the perfect end to the meal. Leeroy the manager also was so great. All around perfect experience and you can't miss STK when you come to Orlando.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for lunch.
It was really good! We got a 6oz steak for $20 with a side of Brussel sprouts and they were excellent. Well worth the money when you'd be paying that price for a burger and fries at any other restaurant in Disney springs. They also had a $10 burger for lunch which was an incredible deal. The burger tasted good and came with fries. Would recommend
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant is the absolute worst restaurant we have
This restaurant is the absolute worst restaurant we have been to on Disney property. We came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. For starters, the service is horrible. The girls at the front desk to check you in have absolutely no personality whatsoever. There was no greeting, no introduction, nothing. Not one smile. We finally get sat, and she tried to put us at a hightop without asking if we would like a regular table first. We now had to wait another 10 mins. Once we sat, we waited another 7 to 10 mins for our server to come over and take our drink order. 20 mins later, after we called over a manager, we were able to finally get water and a drink! Our server disappeared and suddenly was behind the bar, taking orders and making drinks. We were forgotten altogether. Now he finally comes back after 15 mins or so and we order our food. 2 burgers, and it literally took 45 mins to get our meals. I'm definitely disappointed in this place. We were not the only ones complaining. The manager was useless and unfortunately it reflects on the staff! The burgers were just OK. For the prices, we expected better.

Food and Service were pretty good but the ambiance was horrible. For an "upscale steakhouse" the music was ridiculously loud and of questionable taste considering the DJ (yes a DJ at a steakhouse) was playing rap music with racial epithets. Not recommended for someone who wants to enjoy a relaxed meal since I left after paying my exorbitant bill feeling verbally assaulted by the music and manager Taylor.

Ill beging with our server Alex D, he made the experience what it was. 100% attentive and overall wonderful with his service! He was extremely kind and made amazing recommendations which leads me to the food. For the price it was it was worth every penny, I would go back just for the experience itself. My husband and I got the fillet and a couple of drinks and sides and We were completely satisfied with ever aspect of our first experience at STK. we sat at the terrace and the view and ambiance was astonishing! Over all 1000/10 and would recommend! You're paying for an experience and it is well worth it !
Be the first to ReplyI think the 3 and 1/2 stars are too many.
First of all the walk thru Disney springs was endless as none of the employees knew where it was! Busy place. Rooftop lovely. Service was great. Smallest steaks for the price we've ever seen. Yummy bread service. Shrimp special and calamari apps were ok. Sides were just ok.
Be the first to ReplyFirst, the staff was wonderful.
They did try to help. Unfortunately, they just couldn't make up for the bad food and long wait. 30 minute wait is ok if you don't have reservations or you late. We were on time and didn't get seated till I said something at the 30 minute mark. We were then seat in the upstairs which seemed to actually be closed. Manager was very pleasant and everything was clean. They went over the menu and got us drinks. Bread was delicious and then it went down hill. Stakes were over cooked . The Wagyu Flat Iron was not rare. The waiter called it medium then covered saying it was darker because it's American Wagyu. Not sure about that, the last couple times we had Wagyu, the rare look..... well rare. It wasn't a bad steak just not worth the price. Now the filet. Just really bad. It was over cooked and grainy. Sent it back, didn't even ask for a replacement. Mac and Cheese Three ways was good. Looked way better than it tasted. They offered us dessert, but we politely refused. We were pretty much done with their food. Like I said, the staff was very nice and very attentive.
Be the first to Replywe paid $340 for an appetizer, two entrees and two glasses
we paid $340 for an appetizer, two entrees and two glasses of wine. definitely overpriced. second floor dining room looks like your below average restaurant. tables are flimsy and candles are cheap. bathrooms give you clear view into a room full of cardboard boxes.i recommend you save your money and try another novelty restaurant at disney springs.
Be the first to ReplyUsually not one to ever do this but has to be done
Usually not one to ever do this but has to be done considering the prices you will pay here. Had reservation for 8:15 didn't get seated till 8:45 strike one. Our waitress checked in to get us water take our order and never saw her till it was bill time. The food itself came out incorrect, filet ordered medium came out rare, purple in fact, the tomahawk ordered medium came rare and had to get torched at the table. Never were given steak knives to eat steak very odd. The only saving graces of this place was the corn pudding and the DJ, everything else was piss poor, would not recommend unless they make some significant changes

O. M. G. Everything is 5 !Pros: I am a carnivore so let's start with food. Food= par excellence! I had the 8oz Spinalis (ribeye cap) done medium rare (MR) with tater tots on the side. It was by far the BEST STEAK I'VE EVER HAD in my 60+ years of eating red meat. Tender (use of a butter knife would've been fine), grilled to perfection, the truffle butter addition was tasty but unnecessary to "help" the flavor. The tots ... well the tots will cook up crisply in my air fryer at home. They were meh at serving. No crispy crunch, but flavorful.Cocktails = I enjoyed 2 martinis: The Botanist gin, extra dry, regular olives, served "up". The first one tasted like "more" so I indulged with one more. Oh. My. Yes. Service = Rosa was our server and she was an Angel. Pleasant. Helpful. Sense of humor. Deserving of a generous tip. Cons:However, we waited 55 minutes for our entrees. The pull-apart bread was helpful for our hungry stomachs. And, as one of my companions stated, the restaurant was jammed--inside and out. Ambiance: loud music! Inside decibel level was too loud for conversation among the 3 of us. Outside on the patio was the better choice. I'd like to know who created their music mix because it was the same tempo from Bruno Mars to Whitney Houston to Y-M-C-A. Also, since we arrived after dark, some sort of table lamp would've helped us see both sides of the fabulous menu. (See Amazon for Zafferano Pina Pro Cordless LED Table Lamp). We resorted to using the flashlight on our smartphones (not my favorite thing to do).Everything is a la carte so expect a $$$$ tab at the end of the meal. Worth it? For us, on this night, at this time: yes. The Open Table reservation was honored, but we waited for 15+ minutes to be seated. Will I eat here again? Yes. Definitely. If you love red meat & seafood this may be your place for a perfect celebration.

This place is pricey but the house rolls are worth every Penny. Ambiance has a Dj spinning. Like most heterosexual joints. It's heavily R&B / Trap music influenced. Im not knocking these genres at all, they're just aggressive. Anyhow the food is definitely $50 base a person and moves up from there depending on drinks, appetizers, desserts. The service is exceptional. I would think it's pretty standard there. Big ticket meals should automatically come with spot on service. The food here is good and it's good enough to come back to. We had the Mac and cheese trio - fantastic. Sirloin is spot on - I really don't think you can choose wrong here. Come early for the shows they do. The ambiance is real cool.

Went for our anniversary dinner! Was delighted everything I expected for the meal meet my expectations! Great service and impeccable food!
Be the first to ReplyI wanted to check out STK happy hour menu.
Went around 330pm and place was a bit empty. Most people were sitting in the bar area. Decent happy hour price menu. Food items range from $3, $6, and $9. Drinks were half off. Service was a bit slow and the food came out cold. I was able to try the tator tots, hummus with veggies, fried calamari, meatballs, salmon mini burger, and the beef mini burger. Everything was mediocre. The fried calamari was not fried well and it was cold and soggy. The only thing appetizing was the hummus and the mini salmon burger. There are much better happy hour options elsewhere.
