Horrible experience and will not be back
We went here with a larger group that had several reservations. The food was okay. The kids in the group found it really fun (rainbow sliders, shakes, fancy drinks) but the adults were not impressed. The service was terrible. It took over an hour to receive our food, and we had to flag someone down to take our order to begin with. The management at this restaurant was really rude to us. They physically blocked one couple from going upstairs to check on their children. we made a number of reservations and they refused to seat us all on the same floor even though there were many empty tables on every floor. There is no level of customer service here. We tried to change one of our orders 30 seconds after placing it, and were told "too late" - the server hadn't even left the table yet and would not change the order from 2 milkshakes to one. Lastly, this place is not kid friendly. Lots of explicit music playing.

Our 3rd visit and our first (and last) to the new premises on Harmon. We were shocked at how poor it was. Our previous two visits have been on our Vegas highlights. This time, the only plus was my daughter enjoyed her Rainbow Sliders. The food was lukewarm and took forever to arrive - if we hadn’t had a show to go to we’d have left and eaten somewhere else. It wasn’t busy in there but the service was awful. We had reserved a table, and when we arrived 15 minutes early were made to wait, despite the place being half empty. The restrooms were the most disgusting I have ever seen in the USA. Both men’s and women’s by all accounts - the place looked like the staff had a total disinterest in making it live up to the loud videos on repeat. The new place looks cheap and run down - is it meant to be a climbing wall? The leather couch seats had disintegrated. The old venue at Fashion Mall was massively superior. There was a bald guy walking round with wireless microphone and earphones looking like he was in charge of keeping track of things - if that was his job then it failed. Big time. We won’t be returning.

Horrible service! We waited forever for our food and they only brought one order. 20 minutes later 2 of us still waiting. The music was being blasted because of a birthday party and several patrons asked for it to be lowered and the hostess said "no". We ended up leaving and getting better service at a pizza slice stand.
Be the first to ReplyOver priced celebrity hyped!
Over priced food I had the same in Denny’s and that was much better! Dirty toilets. I wouldn’t recommend.
Be the first to ReplyIs the food good there?
When you go out to eat people usually like to eat together. Right? Four of us. We were there over an hour. No one ate at the same time. My son’s food came out. 15 minutes later my daughter. 15 minutes later my wife. My food never came. I asked for the check and got a slice of pizza across the hall. This was great too. We went for brunch. I order pancakes. 10 minutes later. Sorry sir we don’t have ANY pancakes. Literally 1/3 of the menus is not available and it took 10minutes to figure that out. Clearly this place is closing. Don’t waste your time I’m Vegas not getting your order here. No one around us was getting their food either. When they did the waiter immediately disappeared so if you needed anything, you weren’t getting it.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a rip off for poor service and bad food
Have a look at the receipt. $20 for two modelos, $26 for a cosmo that was some kind of candy floss drink. The tacos were tiny and the Fajita was mostly burnt onions and peppers. The service was slow, I had to go to the front to get menus. Overall bad experience. Way too pricy for the food and poor service. By the way mandatory 20% tip.
Be the first to ReplyFun dry ice drinks - at a cost
Meh. Two shakes, one alcoholic drink, one small app and one sandwich = $160. The experience was cool, especially with the dry ice. We went for the experience and not the food, but the Mac and cheese bites and the steak sandwich were both fine. The restaurant itself needs a deep cleaning. It’s….sticky. But has potential to be awesome if they really scrubbed it. Service wasn’t bad. I don’t like the 20% “service charge” tacked onto the bill and not being told about it (although I knew in advance about the charge) and I’m absolutely not tipping on top of that if the server doesn’t disclose it when the check is presented. It’s tacky, please let customers tip based on service received. The server would have made more from our table without that extra fee.
Be the first to Replygood place but an unfriendly host
The food was good. We enjoyed it. I would come back, but the host with the long hair is not the friendliest person and should not be a hostess.

Service was good food was good place was not clean , just felt dirty. i had the sugar factory hamburger and it was very good. Bathroom was not clean. Tuesday afternoon. We ate at bar. Waitress was very nice.....she asked if we were ready and i said yes, about 10min later she took our order.....she stood right by us filling the dishwasher.

Awful service, food would have been good if it came out within an hour. Dirty tables and silverware!Husbands order forgotten. I ordered soup, buy yet there wasnt a spoon in the building.Ambiance is fun. The only thing I would go back for would be for my kids to get dessert.
Be the first to ReplyWe didn’t leave hungry
High points were the amazing burgers ( blue cheese and big cheesy) and banana split. Music was so loud making it hard to chat and our server , who was wonderful, seemed to be waiting on the entire place.
Be the first to ReplyDon't waste your money
We had a reservation and were promptly seated, that was the best part of our visit. No paper menus and font on website menu online was about size 4. Menu was too large . The item I wanted was sold out so I went with steake frittes. My meat was not salted at all and very bland. Ordered double fries instead of a second side was not given at second order of fries. Hubby had a burger with same amout of fries I was given. Food took a long time even though the place wasn't busy. Our server was rude and unattentive. This location charges. a 20% automatic service fee on all tickets. Which was fine until the server then asked for a tip as well. We overheard her earlier in the evening bragging to the bartender about tricking another customer into a double tip. If you're going soley for the photo op then this is your place.

We had a good lunch here. Daughter had the rainbow sliders which were SUPER CUTE and IG worthy, and she said they tasted good too. I had club sandwich and both the sandwich and fries were great. Avocado in my club was bright green…great gauge for the freshness. We ordered the snickers shake for dessert which was very good as well….it was stacked and everything we expected without being completely ridiculous and wasteful…we were able to eat most of it. Great teamwork service! Only downside was drinks (non-alcohol)…waiter forgot my daughter’s lemonade and we later had to ask for it, but on the flip side it was comped so can’t complain too much….but the glasses for soda/lemonade were TINY!!! Like 10 oz I would estimate, and the servers were not quick to offer refills…that is a pet peeve of mine in restaurants…particularly with such small glasses. Sugar Factory should really reconsider the size. I would give 5 stars if the drink situation was better. Side note for picture opps….there were really only a couple of cute potential spots…that was a little disappointing.
Be the first to ReplyIt's not worth it
I've been to Sugar Factory at Fashion Show several years ago with my friends, and we had a good time. This time, I took my 21-year-old daughter and her friend there (so they can enjoy the drinks). I didn't know Fashion show location was closed, so we went to this one, and it was horrible! I foods were horrible; drinks were ok but way overpriced. It's not worth $$. Plus, horrible service, it took for a long time to get our drinks (after we ate half of our meal, we finally got drinks) Go somewhere else and you will have much better meals and drinks.
Be the first to ReplyWaste of time and money
This place is a joke, dirty and under staffed. Came in for an 1100 reservation, waited over 20 mins to get water at the table, another 20 for the waiter to come take an order and another 20 mins to get the custom milkshakes and the food finally came out 45 mins after ordering it. Do not waste your time or money to come here,
Be the first to ReplyGreat food, but drinks are pricey.
I don't drink and had a virgin option of one if their drinks. It was delicious and big being in a fish bowl it was a lot of drink. The food was good as well

Such a cute IG worth place to visit when in Vegas! Huge portions of foods and the drink was awesome! There's a lot of places to take cute pictures inside the restaurant
Be the first to ReplyUnless you like MANDATORY tip added to your bill...
The wait was long, but I will give the place latitude due to the shortage of staff. The menu was ONLY accessible thru an app on your phone - most in our party of 5 were familiar with that, but 1 was not and was at a disadvantage to decide on what to order. The food was good but not exceptional considering the price - moderately expensive, but due to location (Las Vegas) I will give it latitude. The ONE thing that ABSOLUTELY will prevent me from visiting this restaurant again: the MANDATORY 20% TIP added to the bill AND adding a place to add an additional tip if you choose. Paying taxes is MANDATORY. Death is MANDATORY. Visiting this establishment is NOT. The use of the term "mandatory" is a derogatory term that is off putting to most people and preventing them from CHOOSING how to spend their money. This tip policy was listed on the menu, so that prevents anyone from challenging their policy. However, as I stated above, their menu is ONLY available thru an online app and if you don't have a cell phone or know how to use it, you wouldn't have seen that. We will NOT be back!

We used to come here at least once when in Vegas when it was in the Paris, but it had been a while since we went and this was the first time going to the recent location. The giblets are just fun. But they’re expensive and not as strong as they used to be. The fondue was fun too. I don’t know that we’ll come as often as we used to. But it’s fun nonetheless. When you’re rich and famous… this is a casual place to sit. We’re not quite there yet. :)

Waiter was friendly, food service was quick, food was okay, drinks super $$$$ My daughter and I ate and had a drink each came to $168. before tip. Won't go back wasnt worht that
Be the first to ReplyGood food, slow service, too loud to hear anything
Food was good and our server was nice, but would disappear for 30-40 minutes at a time. The music is WAY too loud if you’re on the top floor. It’s legitimately like being at a club lol.
Be the first to ReplyUnexpected “service charge”
We stopped here on our first night. Their photos of their menu made the food look worth it. We order the sampler platter appetizer (pretty mediocre food) and shakes. The shakes were good. The service was pretty bad. And when we got our check there was a 20% “service charge” for a table of 2. They didn’t explain what that was, was it a mandatory tip? Something else? I expect to pay a tip when I dine out but I don’t expect to pay a 20% tip on top of a 20% “service charge.” We tipped anyway but it made our meal a total of $90 for an appetizer and 2 non-alcoholic shakes.
Be the first to ReplyNot worth the money
Service was abysmal. Prices are exorbitant. Location adjacent to miracle mile would lead you to park in miracle mile parking with is $12. Would be better to park across the street at cosmopolitan self park. No one in miracle mile knows where this Location is so it was hard to find. Tables were not being cleared so we walked in to tables full of dirty dishes. We didn't get silverware until after our food was served. Our kids enjoyed the shakes but I would try some other monster shake locations before going to this place.

We sat at the bar, and it was a while before we were acknowledged. I have been in the business for years, I understand that they were busy. It was a Saturday night, but to have only one bartender on was wrong. The manager walked up to the bar many times and did not help. We asked for a diet soda and were told they didn't have any at this bar. Maybe upstairs. I asked if I could go get it. She sent a runner up for us. Now, my fiancé and I ate the same meal for two days up until this point. He ordered the turkey club, I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. Mine was great, the club was dry. The bartender put our check out and walked away. I guess we weren't getting desert. Later, in the middle of the night, I was woken up by my fiancé, who was sweating and shivering at the same time. He couldn't catch his breath. He could hardly get out of bed to run to the bathroom. This went on all night into the next day. He had a virtual appointment with his doctor who prescribed a antibiotic, but he felt it was food poisoning. I e-mailed Sugar Factory the next day, to make them aware and I haven't heard from them. It's been a week.
I'm not going to say this ruined our trip, but we did loose two days.
Also, the music was highly inappropriate for children. It was only 8:00 at night, with many kids there.
Its a NO for me
I understand that Vegas just opened up a new location and that everything was still confusing but this was the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We went for my bachelorette trip and made a reservation because there were 8 of us. They weren't open at the time that my reservation was so we thought maybe we were at the wrong location. We tried to call about 40 times because the other location was a mile and a half away and we didn't want to walk there for no reason. Since we couldn't get ahold of anyone we did walk and that location was closed, so we tried to call AGAIN with no answer. We finally got back to the one that we originally went to after 3 hours of calling, walking and being hangry to them being open and multiple people standing around for us to be told that they were too busy to get to the phones. We then had the WORST service possible we didn't get our drinks for an hour and ten minutes and then our food was out 30 min after that. Our server that they gave us 2 hours in was the only reason this review isn't worse because Candi was great!
