🤮 1/5 - My first two dining experiences a few years ago were very

My first two dining experiences a few years ago were very pleasant. But on my third visit last week, I knew I'd never return. First, about serving staff & service: 1. The plates were literally dropped on our table, making a rattling noise every single time. The way that the serving staff explained each dish was very indifferent. If you are paying $300+/person for a meal, you would expect a much more congenial and attentive service, wouldn't you?2. One of the female servers had extremely long fingernails. Cleanliness should be one of the top priorities at a high-end restaurant like this. Second, about food:A few years ago when I dined here, I could taste the freshness of the fish. But this time, because the rice was so heavily saturated, I couldn't really taste the fish. Third, about location & ambiance:As I stepped outside the restaurant, I had to tiptoe to where my car was parked, fearing I would step on feces (not sure if they belonged to animals or humans), which were everywhere on the street.
