The Grey Savannah Reviews
Every dish was creative and flavorful.
Service was very professional, and the building is a work of art.
We celebrated a friend's birthday with the $85 dinner set.
From other reviews and research, we were told that this restaurant is a hit or miss. The food is good, but not good enough for the price point, especially since we left still a little hungry. We were disappointed that there was nothing special for th
Yes, please!
Fancy cocktails in a beautifully renovated former bus depot. Yes, please! From the preserved signage outside to the period banquets, The Grey is a great experience; not just a drink
Owners gonna get mad at this review.
She already accused me of writing two reviews before, but that was the two parties who tried to eat here. The owner responded saying they would reach out to the other party, misspelled her name, and never actually reached out. Just like when they

Amazing Experience!
Our visit was for Sunday brunch and The Grey lived up to all our expectations; it was highly recommended by a Savannahian. The decor is unique since it's a remodeled bus station, keeping many of the original features to make it fun. The food was
Outstanding!
When stepping into this beautifully restored GreyHound Bus terminal , we knew we were in for a memorable dinner. The room is stunning and calming. The noise level is unlike most restaurants these days where you have to shout across the table. Th
Very upscale dining in seemingly informal setting.
But having high ceilings and patrons on their best behavior made it easy to hear everyone at our table without shouting. All dishes we had were wonderful. Service outstanding. Wine recommendation was great, too.

Service was exceptional.
Our server and the team that supported him were friendly, helpful and overall pleasant to be around. The restaurant itself was nice, with lots of interesting history and visually appealing. The food, however, I felt was lackluster at best. I booked

The Grey, ran by Chef Mashama Bailey and John Morisano, has received many accolades. From being featured on Chef's Table to the James Beard awards, it is unlikely than this or any other Yelp review can add something that has not been said before
Unique dinner
We enjoyed our wonderful three course meal at the Grey this past Sunday, I started with the corn bisque which was super flavorful and unexpected, I had the diner salad for the second course - this was a full sized salad with flavorful dressing. For
Just as I expected
We plan to visit this place after seeing Miss Bailey on chefโs table. We mixed up our reservation, but they were able to sit us at the bar. I think I would prefer the bar over a booth or other table. Iโd recommend you watch chefโs table about M
Fun experience
For my bar reservation I could only order from the prix fix menu. I wanted a light meal which you can do at the front bar without a reservation first come first serve. This would hav been helpful to know. The bartender was great and so was the food b

Off the Charts Prix Fixe Experience
Wow. Just wow. We always research the restaurant scene in a city long before visiting and spend a lot of time deciding where to spend our time and money. We are SO glad The Grey made our list. We (two couples) ate on a Tuesday night and were seated

Not the warm fuzzy experience that I expected.
The best parts of my brunch experience were the coffee and the orange scone. Hands down the best scone Iโve ever eaten. Light, fluffy and exploding with citrus flavor, they should sell these by the dozen. Had a nice small corner table, the restaur

My mother and I came in after 8pm on a Sunday evening.
While later in the weekend, they take reservations up till 8:30. This is an important note for this space: if you take reservations and are a honored space, make sure you can keep up the output. Our initial greetings and pre- waitstaff interactions

Over salted, over hyped and over priced.
Disappointed for such an iconic restaurant i had watched the Netflix documentary and was looking forward to great things. The oysters were so small. Never in my life have I seen such a poor excuse for an oyster, seriously! We didn't eat three of them

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to The Grey Savannah at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the The Grey Savannah page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at The Grey Savannah to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at The Grey Savannah!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
