As a big fan of Jean Georges and having eaten at his NYC restaurant, I was looking forward to a family get-together brunch at The Inn, but left feeling disappointed. It took nearly an hour for our food to be served (with no explanation) and after asking a few times where our food was--ionce served -it was room temperature. One person in our party had the eggs Benedict and the poached eggs were semi hard and not hot. My dish was the Organic Chicken Milanese, which I thought was below average, hard to cut, not hot, and not juicy. It was placed on a thin piece of lettuce with really nothing else to add to the dish. I have had far superior Chicken Milanese at other restaurants in the tristate area with less famous chefs. We had a wonderful time talking and enjoying ourselves, but the bill was high for the quality of food and we left feeling that we would not return. We were 4 for brunch. The staff was polite and friendly, particularly the host. The atmosphere is lively and the decor is lovely with a rustic theme and elegant touches like the lightning and chairs.
