Hard to believe that this restaurant isn't in a major
Hard to believe that this restaurant isn't in a major luxury hotel. The atmosphere is very old school and quaint. The service was delightful our server was very helpful with suggestions and even pairing the wine with our appetizers and entrees.
Be the first to ReplyWe dined here 10 years ago and really loved it.
In our recent visit to this local restaurant, it was still great. We were a table of 5 & ordered the braised short ribs, lamb, scallops, and ribeye. Short ribs were the best. Steak and scallops came a close second. Lamb chops were just ok. Appetizers and salads were on the smaller side. Each of us only had one bite of each since we did family style with the apps and salads. Service was excellent! Food was a solid 4. Locally owned and family run restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyThis is going to make me sound so biased, but I've never
This is going to make me sound so biased, but I've never tried Todd's, even though I've heard only good things, because it seems weird to me that a "nice" restaurant would be by the grocery store, movie theater, nerd store (lol) and dentist I go to. However, Valentine's Day was on a Wednesday, during a very busy week at work, we decided to be super low key and eat near our home. This is when I thought, "Well, why not finally try Todd's?" Good thing we did! First, I have to say the service here is INCREDIBLE. We were new, obviously, and there were many regulars coming in that night, but our server, and everyone else we came into contact with, treated us in the same friendly, excited manner. There seems to be a lot of care and concern and I appreciate that. Second, the ambiance is great. The restaurant is nice and clean, especially the bathroom. The colors are dark and the lighting is moody so it's very romantic. It kind of made me think of a home style cafรฉ/pub in the UK/Europe, with the big bar and wine bottles. Third, the food! That short rib with the jalapeno mash is to die for and we've already discussed that when we get that craving for some meat, we are coming here to have this short rib. Also, the Brussel sprouts are amazing and I definitely recommend those! Four stars for the rest of the food. I wasn't hugely impressed with the green curry spinach salad, my surf and turf special or the dessert. I'll have to try different items next time we come in.
Be the first to ReplyFood was OK.
Little snobby in there tables and booths are way too small and tight. I remember going in there many years ago and loving it. Meh.....
Be the first to ReplyTodd's has been one of our favorite fine dining restaurants
Todd's has been one of our favorite fine dining restaurants in the Las Vegas area. Their menu is always on point. Last night's repas was exceptional,as always. My wife had a delicious Jumbo Sea Scallops over shrimp risotto, and I had the usually sold out meatloaf. What set the meal apart from our usual experience was that I had called the day before to ask if they had Sweetbreads on the menu. I had to leave a message as I called outside of business hours. They called me back and let me know that it wasn't on the menu but that Todd had some that he would prepare for me as a special appetizer. Wow. I was so touched. It is special touches like this that set Todd's apart from all the others.
Be the first to ReplyExquisite ambiance and food, service is always exceptional.
The varying menu is to die for and incentive to go back often to try something new.
Be the first to ReplyOverall the restaurant is nice and very clean.
The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about the food/specials for our evening. We forgot to take a picture of the free garlic bread (delicious) and the Caesar salad (also very delicious) we split. For dinner we each chose a different house special. I had the seared scallops and the fiancรฉ chose the surf and turf option. Everything we had was tasty and cooked perfectly. However, I do wish the waiter would have informed us on the cost for the house specials. Going by the price point of all the other entrees we did not anticipate the surf and turf to be $95! It is a bit deceiving and quite honestly not worth the $95, more like between $65-$70. We should have asked but again going by the cost of everything else $95 is a bit much for this restaurant.

This is the second time I've been to Todd's and I loved everything about it. Always have to start with a dirty martini! The calamari was fantastic. And the pork loin I had was amazing! If you ever get the chance to dine here I recommend it to everyone

Probably the best steak I've ever had! Like no joke, I've had lots of steak, but this cut like butter.

I could write pages about how wonderful this restaurant is, but put simply, Todd's is excellent food served and made by even better people. All the dishes we had were incredible, and our server Sheena was kind and knowledgeable. This is truly a local gem, so if you live in the area and haven't tried it, this is your sign to go.

4.5 stars for food2.0 stars for ambiance1.5 stars for service I wish this thing hadn't happened because we had such a nice dinner with friends that we hadn't seen in a while. To be fair, our server was fine. Nothing remarkable but adequate. Our food was delicious and prepared well, like what a fine dining establishment would serve. The thing that ruined our night was how rude and abruptly they made sure we left by 9:00pm and not a second later. After our large party paid the check with a built in gratuity, as customary for large group, while we were in the midst of parting conversation while finishing up our desserts, the staff decided they need to flicker the lights the way a low class bar does when they want customers to leave. They were unapologetic about it and did it several times starting at 8:45pm.They close at 9:00pm and we had 7pmreservations. Most restaurants usually account for a little bit of time to let customers finish up a few minutes past closing but not this place.Eat, pay, and GTFO.Not the "unique" experience we hoped for.
Be the first to ReplyGreat local find.
We ate here last night. Easy drive to get here and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed the beef carpaccio, pear & blue cheese salad, surf & turf special, braised boneless short rib, and salted caramel butterscotch pudding for dessert. All were excellent. The braised short ribs were the best I've had. The butterscotch pudding was a treat. Will go again.
Be the first to ReplySimply the best Green Valley has to offer, I've been here
Simply the best Green Valley has to offer, I've been here so many times I couldn't tell you how many, it never disappoints. The service is top notch, my family loves coming here and we can't wait to go back. Favorite things on the menu, the meatloaf, the carpaccio, the salads, any scallop specials. I LOVE TODD'S! Generous portions, was so great to do take out during the height of the pandemic too. Glad they stayed open and every time I go it is PACKED. No matter how busy they are the service is perfect.
Be the first to ReplyWow! First time at Todd's.
Everyone was amazing. Service was outstanding. Sheena was amazing and knowledgeabl. The busboy was fantastic. He filled our glasses cleared the table and was the perfect back up to our waitress. We had the Pea Soup, Seafood dumplings, pear salad, New York Steak and Char entrees. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. Be sure to ask for prices for the specials. We will def return. .
Be the first to ReplyThe decor is nice and the dining room is quiet.
Service is good. You'd never see this place from the street, we were happy to find it, and close to our hotel. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the 2nd night and sat at the bar for lighter fare. Jason is the bartender and serves tables as well and is personable and attentive. Salads excellent. Meatloaf and short ribs as well.

When we decided to dine out for Thanksgiving this year we knew that we should go to Todd's! We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed! This small locally owned treasure is in an unassuming location on eastern Sunset Boulevard! Our table was ready even though we arrived a bit early! As we expected we were graciously served a bountiful dinner from the Specially Designed menu just for today! We had a rather nice Pinot Noir from the list and really enjoyed our selves! The seafood salad was a light mixture of crab, shrimp, lobster and bay scallops. The Butternut Squash soup was light and had just a hint of honey. The Turkey Dinner entree was a delightful plate. Both white and dark meat Turkey, sausage stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes and gravy! We also enjoyed the Holiday Deserts Trio! Mini Pecan Tartlet, Pumpkin Pie and a lovey Apple Blueberry Clafoutis! The service is always great and the price is comfortable as well! If you have not dined here, you should! Reservation are highly recommended.

We were seated and our waitress came . Terry was her name . Very rude and in a hurry . The menu is high end the services d the food are not . We ordered food came out cold and tough meat . A meal for 2 at 106.00 should be pretty near perfect this was not . We won't be back !! I do not recommend this place . A lot better restaurants out there than this place !!

From the outside the restaurant is very unassuming but what a great experience we had. Every facet of our dining experience was first class. Our waitress was outstanding- friendly and efficient. The pre dinner cocktails were excellent - meal was absolutely delicious - we did not feel rushed but our plates were taken once we both had finished and we were left to polish off our wine (Saldo) before getting our bill. Honestly one of the best meals we've had and we have lived and dined around the world.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a delightful place to treat yourself and guests.
I had the Seared King Salmon, Caesar Salad. The food was so fresh and served with perfection. Great service and a definite must go to restaurant.

Best restaurant in town, i have been a few times now and it never disappoints! Also love supporting local businesses!
Be the first to ReplyConsistently superb food and service.
Been coming here for 15 years, probably 4-8 times per year, usually for a special occasion or entertaining a business client. During pandemic shutdown we made a point of coming for curbside takeout every few weeks and we're thrilled that Todd & Terry made it through. Tonight I had a hankering for halibut and it did not disappoint. I wanted every salad on the menu but settled on the beet salad--which is chock full of beets rather than random beet slices hiding among a pile of greens. I'm still thinking on the orange supremes, the nuts (thanks, Todd, for not being stingy with the nuts) and the creamy yogurt transformation at the edge of the bowl. Note, this is not the beet salad pictured on their website Sample Menu--which is also great (with lots of beets)--but what I had tonight was a new creation. Here's my revelation on Todd's tonight: If you have ever been there and you loved the food, loved the wine & spirits and their knowledge thereof, but were left a little "meh" on the interior/ambience/decor side of things....I am here to tell you that you need to go back. Now. Do not pass 'Go.' Do not collect $200. Go directly to Todd's Unique Dining and relax, imbibe and indulge. The interior has been completely updated in an understated manner that highlights exactly why you are there: the food, the libations, the great service, and the company of good people.New paint, new carpet, new upholstery in the booths--all soft greys--and a switch in some of the wine-theme decor. The simple black-framed mirrors? Home run. And the best part? Black linens/napkins on the center tables. They are, frankly, brilliant. The tables almost disappear, even with people seated at them. In the past, these rooms, which are not large, tended to feel a tad cramped when Todd's was busy. Now, however they feel cozy but calm. (Can that be a thing?) Fresh but still intimate. As far as I can tell, they have the same number of tables and chairs as in pre-pandemic days, but it feels more spacious and relaxed.I didn't notice these changes at first. I just noticed that the place FELT different, and in a good way. You should go again. Soon.

We discovered this place years ago, Todd's became our "go to celebration" dining spot for ย special occasions. Chef Todd's seasonal menus and specials are always a delight to the palette. When the Pandemic disrupted dine in, we picked up curbside to show our support in a difficult time for one of our favorite restaurants. BTW who cares about the decor when the food and service is over the top.

While the kid is off on a scouting trip, I wanted grown up food! Pickup orders on a busy Saturday night are hard to get, but they were so kind when they found out it was just one order of food. I have been on the quest to find the best braised short rib, and Todd's Unique Dining did not disappoint. It is a little different than the others I have tried, less of a wine flavor and more of a hearty flavor. It was fork tender and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyGreat little spot! Cute little fine dining restaurant.
I have eaten at the top steakhouses in Vegas for years. I had the NY dry aged steak tonite. Now so you know, I'm a filet or ribeye guy but that NY Strip was the best I've had in this town. Hat tip to you Todd's! I will be back. It isn't cheap but nothing good ever is.
