Umbrella Terrace Restaurant Istanbul Reviews from The Last Year
Don't waste your time ..avoid
This restaurant looked nice on first arrival.but the empty tables and seats explsined why we should have left. The food was dreadful and after the food came we could not eat what was brought to us The steak looked andctasted like the bottom of a leather saddle.it was so tough and fatty it could not be chewed .when explains this to the waitress she became sulky and the chef appeared. He looked just like the tout at the front of restaurant who'd encouraged us in He proceeded to attempt to cut the steak up right in front of me and shouted its good meat.he couldn't cut it . The evening was ruined by the attitude and we left hungry and upset that we had wasted the night Avoid this place. I would not return ever.
So bad
Disgusting food. The pizza both mozzarella and the meat had uncooked dough. We told them, but they got angry, and we felt unwanted. They used so much time to tell people to not take pictures if they’re not eating, which was a bit strange. The pasta didn’t have any flavor, just taste butter. The milkshake didn’t have any flavor. I order Oreo, and I didn’t taste anything near oreo at all. It was so bad, which sucks because it’s a beautiful place. The service sucks too, they have a lot to work on.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
