Excellent!
Excellent... great, innovative cuisine, great service, highly recommended. The menu changes twice a week... sharing is recommended. There were three of us and we had three starters, two main courses and a dessert. It was excellent and more than enough.

Visit on a cold day! The heating mechanism is closed with a stupid excuse! Extremely cold next to the glass! Many tables that do not resemble luxury in a restaurant! We asked for a bottle of wine which on Saturday night at 9 o'clock we were told it was finished! We asked for a set dish- scallops we were told it was out of stock! Items unacceptable at price list cost! However, the food was very good! I forgot to say that the meter initially tried to push us to order set dishes, and showed his dismay that we ordered but! Top dish besides the meats is the linguine with sea urchin!

All dishes were flat. Blended indistinct flavors without any intensity. The staff is very friendly but bombards you with information as if you are eating for the first time in your life. The place is warm and friendly.

Overall, very average experience compared to other fine dining restaurants of course. The food was overpriced in the sense that we didn't try some surprising combination of flavors or something that we would consider unique under the circumstances, it was a decent (slightly under) dinner rather flat tasting. Also, a dish was marginally "damaged" in front of our eyes (tartar pasticcio), while it came to our table well-groomed and beautiful, it turned in seconds into a dish of a 3-year-old child who made it "young"... Tastes good in the end but visually unacceptable. .. The staff is polite and very helpful. The biggest defaut in our opinion was the overly crowded space with tables, people coming and going on our heads constantly, folk ... "Bab" of neighborhood diner level to the extent that it was difficult to talk due to noise ... the tables so close enough that you could hear the conversation of the next table. It created a feeling of "let's eat let's pay and leave..." ... We're sorry because for better or worse our expectations were a bit higher for the amount of almost €300... and a Michelin star restaurant.

The food was delicious. They just need to improve their green salad choices. Service was excellent. I loooved the christmas decorations. It was a bit pricy compared to other restaurants but I liked it.

Vezené was fantastic! Seven traveling friends dined here on a Sunday night, our last night in Athens. A fabulous way to end our trip. We enjoyed everything the host recommended. Several starters, mains of beef cheeks, fish, lamb and langostine. Topped off with their signature dessert that left us all filled! Happy tummies! Thank you Peter, our friendly server and the staff at Vezené. Definitely a meal to remember and would highly recommend them.

Disappointed with the food and the service. I ordered the beef cheeks. Very strong flavor and came with orzo in a soupy sauce with a similarly strong flavor. We also had the sourdough bread which was delicious. We needed to leave so we asked for the check. The waiter went to take the order from another table and we waited over 20 minutes for him to return.

Oh you gonna love it, outside and inside are different worlds. Excellent food but somehow expensive, There where we sat is full of flowers in the ceiling and the floor but inside the glass, you can't touch them but you can definitely see.

The food was very good, not excited with the service for a 220$ bill for 2 people with no wine. They kept stepping over my husbands feet, too packed the tables. Anyway the food is a good experience ~ i definitely recommend it! Maybe i had a bad day in the restaurant 😃

Vezene is a romantic, modern restaurant. The hospitality was warm and there was a lovely balance from front of house with recommendations and thoughts on the food and exchanges with the diner. Every single dish was beautifully done, the design, presentation and execution was perfect. The service was world class, we were lucky to have Anastasios, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating and excellent at steering us through a top level wine list. A fantastic experience. Definitely recommended

Had dinner in the outside/ winter garden, which was comfortable to sit still in the evening. Service was top. The right mix of friendliness and professionalism. The menue is not extensive, but with a lot of options. Greek diahes with a twist. Had clams/flat bread/fried shrimps and the monster dessert „deal closer“. All in all very good experience and a rich dinner. Just missed a shot/digestive;-)

From start to finish, awful service. Asked for the drinks menu 3 times and still did not arrive, had one drink initially and asked for the menu to be kept on the table yet the waiters insisted on taking it. Further to this, I asked for the menu 3 times but the menu never came, so had one drink in 2 hours. We ordered a medium-well done steak and was served undercooked steak. I understand that this might be some peoples preference but when you ask for medium- well you don’t expect the meat to be red. Lastly, we ordered lamb chops, if you can even call them that? There was NO lamb on them. I also pre-ordered a birthday cake and asked for this to be cancelled as the service and food was terrible, yet was still charged €100 for a €10 cake. Complained to the manager who insisted that ‘but you consumed the meal so we can’t do anything’ Let’s get one thing straight, there was NO meat to consume on the lamb chops so how did we consume it? Awful service, setting is lovely but that’s about it. Another OVER PRICED place with poor food.

Exceptional high-end fine-dining-type food, modernist in style with a focus on Greek ingredients. Environment is lovely, an outdoor garden surrounded by plants entwined with twinkling white lights (there’s also an indoor space, as trendy and modernist as you’d expect, but we dined outside. Service is as professional as you’d expect for a restaurant at this price point. Doesn’t have a Michelin star, but is the type of place that might get one in the future. The server explained the restaurant’s philosophy as a sort of elevated “surf and turf,” and indeed most of the menu is either seafood or meat dishes. My dining companion doesn’t eat red meats, so we didn’t explore that part of the menu, but what I saw and smelled from nearby tables seemed pretty great. The portions are quite small, but not any less than similar types of restaurants in other cities such as Los Angeles where I live – other than the mains, expect the appetizers and crudo dishes and the like to be a few perfect mouthfuls. Wine by the glass was excellent with a lot of choices, and the servers were knowledgeable and eager to explain unfamiliar Greek varietals to us. The by-the-bottle wine list was impressive (and pricey), but my dining companion doesn’t drink enough to make a full bottle advisable. The seafood part of the menu was what we concentrated on. A dish billed as “seafood salad” was the stand-out – not really a salad at all, but a sort of Aegean ceviche, with little bits of raw grouper, koilados shrimp, scallop, mussels, and sea urchin, barely acidulated by lemon confit and a touch of chili. We also had savoro sashimi with tomato confit and aged vinegar, Greek langoustines with capers, olive oil, and champagne vinegar (perfect creamy-salty-tart mouthfuls), and king scallop sashimi. Pasta with bottarga and koilados shrimp was notable for the rawness of the shrimp, obviously added at the last moment in the plating. This provided great contrast: their creaminess to the umami of the bottarga, and their slight crunch to the al dente of the pasta. The other stand-out dish: chicken-of-the-woods mushrooms. A culinary trick – lightly battered and delicately fried, these mushrooms have the flavor and texture of really good fried chicken breast - – I kid you not. Had you not told me I was eating a mushroom, I would have 100% believed it was chicken. Very unusual ingredient, which my dining companion had always wanted to try, and very tasty.

Delicious Sunday lunch - everything we had was amazing. Beef carpaccio, dolmes, truffle ravioli. But the real show stopped was the lamb to share - amazing! Highly recommend. Also the dessert for 4 people is huge, insane, but a necessity.

This really was a dining experience - the service very helpful, great space with good upbeat vibe and stunning food. We had a 8.00pm booking inside (there is an outside garden across the strait) although we were very comfortable inside (great seat on the banquet). Food was just delicious - pretty big portions (we probably over ordered a bit but felt we had to try them). Had several starter type of dishes (ravioli and scallop shashimi are a must) and then one of the steaks to share. Would highly recommend.
