Music was peaceful and matched the atmosphere with some popular Chinese songs. The service was awesome and they give you a little chair for your bags. We ordered Al La Carte, but recommend that those who don't have Chinese food often, especially fine dining Chinese food, should order the Imperial Duck Tasting Menu as a base value $138.88 is a good price for Peking Duck. You also spend around the same money ordering Al La Carte so ordering the Tasting Menu might be the better choice. I put a star(*) on the ones that I would definitely want to order again.Marinated Jellyfish - Definitely not for everyone - It's chewy, sour, and has a bit of sweetness. It's not that different than ones I've had before that were cheaper. Good portion though so if people in your party like it, you will have plenty to share.Three Cup Sea Bass* - Super savory with some sweetness and the fish just melts in your mouth. Get this with some sort of rice whether that be fried rice or just steamed rice because it is a bit heavy, but the richness is what makes it great.Yang Chow Fried Rice - You can tell that this one has more elevated ingredients because of the grain of rice, but flavor-wise the fried rice still tastes like regular fried rice you would get at an authentic Chinese restaurant. It's not the star of the show but it will pair well with heavier items like the Braised Pork Belly and Three Cup Bass.Sautéed Green Beans - I always think green beans are a pretty great and safe choice. These green beans were flavorful and had a nice chew. They are also good for pairing the rest of your food.Braised Pork Belly* - Heavenly and will also melt in your melt. It's fatty and super tender and you can even save the sauce for your rice/noodles.Cherry Dessert* (Don't remember the item name) - Beautiful presentation - you can eat every part of the cherry and the size is big enough to share. Definitely get desserts here - they're gorgeous to look at, and have a good balance of sweetness. One of the best desserts we had during our time in Vegas.Overall, Wing Lei does a great job with these Chinese/Cantonese classics - it's authentic while still being creative, and I can see why it's the first Chinese restaurant to earn a Michelin Star. The four-star review is because some things just didn't really impress or surprise me (Marinated Jellyfish, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Sautéed Green Beans). Again, they tasted like food I've had before with marginal twists so they're overall okay to order, but because you pay a lot and you they have a Michelin Star, it's a tad disappointing.
