Arth Bar & Kitchen - Indian Restaurant in Culver City Reviews from The Last Year

My friends and I came here for dinner last weekend before a concert. The staff was great and we were shown to our table fast. The portions are large so my friends and I shared a few items. My favorite were the butter chicken and goat curry. That was my first time trying goat and it was delicious. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.

The food was really tasty but the portions were too small for the cost. The curries did not come with a side of naan or rice which was a bummer. I spent around $60 for 2 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 curry & 1 white rice

We ordered their lunch special and all the entrees come with either a side or rice or Mann. We ordered butter chicken, eggplant, and lamb with a rice, a garlic nan, and a special order of their cilantro rice. The cilantro rice was Devine, it elevated our entrees to the next level. Everything was so mouth watering with a great little kick to it. Love the service and sitting on the deck next to a tree and enjoying the lovely weather made our perfect Sunday brunch.
Trendy Indian spot in Culver.
Came here with a friend for her birthday and we went to town on ordering different bites. Indoor and heated outdoor seating available. We ordered the samosas (2 very large ones come in an order), lamb truffle seekh kebab, butter chicken, saffron rice (rice isn't included in the dishes), garlic naan, and eggplant masala. We had leftovers for the following day which kept well. The lamb truffle had an interesting flavor but was a bit dry. The garlic naan comes in 2 pieces cut in half, and went well with the butter chicken. I liked the green sauce that came on the side of the samosas a lot. The eggplant masala had some surprising heat that crept up on us and is a good vegetarian option. This place is pricier than your typical mom and pop Indian spot but has a cooler vibe. Overall, a solid choice if you're craving Indian food but want a hipper ambiance.

We had a restaurant already picked out for Valentine's Day but my cousin had recommended this restaurant so we decided to try it. Parking was easy at the parking structure in back of the restaurant by the bank. The ambiance was fun - kind of Mumbai meets West style. The live music was piano romantic desi and western. Customer service from beginning to end was stellar. We started with drinks and had a couple of Prem Kahani's - fresh, a little bubbly, not too sweet, with a perfect hint of rose. Then, of course, my husband ordered more food than would fit on our table - sexy fries, avocado bhel, garlic naan, cheese naan, paneer shashlik, saag paneer, apricot kofta, and rice. My top picks were the paneer shashlik (paneer was so soft but crispy on the outside, flavors and lemon juice spritz on top is a must) and the apricot kofta (the sauce was creamy and just incredible). Owner Mihir dropped by our table to check in and he was so nice. Overall, the food was absolute fire and we will for sure be back to try all the things we couldn't fit on the table this time!
Nice food, ambience and service we love this restaurant,
Nice food, ambience and service we love this restaurant, service is always great and friendly
I like the vegan options here.
The vegan buttery chicken had an incredibly realistic consistency and the flavoring was fantastic. The cauliflower bites were also good and the eggplant dish we had was very tasty. Friendly service and conveniently next to the city parking garage. Will come back for sure
Butter Chicken was bomb.
Veggie curry was oily. Samosas were good. Service is inattentive and can't be bothered. Sat at the bar... never asked about a second drink... never asked how food was.... never checked on... SMH. Been staring at the back of the bartender all night.... the back bar is immaculate.
Very good food for brunch.
There are not that many people inside when we went, in fact, nobody. The inside of the restaurant was very nicely decorated.
Nice and spacious, with both inside and outside seating.
Good service and very tasty Indian food.
