Bacchanalia London Reviews
Everything you have heard or seen about Bacchanalia is very
Everything you have heard or seen about Bacchanalia is very much true and worth it! The blending of both Greco and then Roman is apparent from the murals, over the top sculptures, dramatic statues to the WC tiles and leather wrapped railings to the dishwhare to the wardrobe worn by the wait staff. The food was phenomenally done ( I suggest Mushroom Risotto) and the service was so kind. For pure instagram reasons I suggest a noon reservation - why? for a spilt second you have an 'empty' restaurant that fills up fast but for that moment - you have unobstructed views of it all - and its worth the shot. We returned a second time to enjoy the newly opened back bar entitled Apollo's Muse and this was incredible, maximalist and the decor was epic and palatial. What a phenominal addition to this already incredible place. Enjoy Bacchanalia! its incredible - Dionysius would be so very proud! Opa!
The perfect way to wrap up our London trip! We received
The perfect way to wrap up our London trip! We received such attentive service and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance. From the drink menu, we tried the Huntress, Bacchus, Medusa, and Caesar--each one was creative, delicious, and packed a punch (we savored every last drop). For starters, we had the Grilled Octopus and Tuna Tartare. The octopus was perfectly cooked and served over a silky potato mash, while the tuna was light and refreshing. For our main, we shared the Crab Linguine--so flavorful we almost forgot to snap a picture. Highly recommend! To finish, we had the Cheesecake, which was creamy with just the right touch of sweetness. On my next visit to London, I'll definitely be coming back!
Heavenly decadence!
I love the ambience of this place; thereâs so much to see; a mix of heavenly decadence! If thereâs such a thing! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The salmon and broccoli was beautifully cooked, although I was disappointed with the gluten free dessert options, just ice cream, which didnât taste like anything special (I left most of it). I loved the experience although I found the food overpriced for what it was, maybe the Ă la carte is better. Some diners were surprised with a little birthday cake. Apparently I was meant to have one; we waited awhile but it didnât appear, and our waiter also disappeared, but they were extremely busy that day. Overall I had a wonderful time, not so much for the food but because I like creativity, design, and theatre, and, here, there was ample to âfeedâ on.
Stunning setting - Apolloâs Muse is brilliant
I have booked Apolloâs Muse twice. Superb private venue and one of the best looking venues in London. Great food and stunning setting. Staff really looked after guests. Recommended.
Marco C gave us outstanding service, made our visit unforgettable, and ensured weâll definitely return!
Marco C is absolutely the best! His service was outstanding from start to finish and truly made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his kindness and professionalism stood out the entire time. Because of him, weâll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Marco, for making it so special!
Stunning atmosphere
Excellent service from the very first moment, with staff who are attentive, welcoming, and professional. The ambiance is stunning: very elegant decor and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, perfectly presented, and bursting with flavor. A true must-visit!
Bacchanalia is one of London's most impressive restaurants
Bacchanalia is one of London's most impressive restaurants that I visited, and it's hard to believe it has only been open for 3 years. From the moment you arrive, the experience feels special. The door greeters and hostesses are warm and welcoming, setting the tone right away. I needed to charge my phone, and they immediately offered a ticketed charging service so it wouldn't get lost ~ a thoughtful detail that shows how much they care about their guests. The atmosphere is stunning. The entire space feels like a living museum, with breathtaking art and design everywhere you look. Even the bathrooms and bar area are showpieces on their own, making the setting as memorable as the food. Service was good throughout. My server, Marcos from Italy, made sure everything was perfect and then later on Joseph took care of me. I started with the salmon tartare, which was fresh and flavorful, then had the chimichurri steak, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I ended with a cappuccino that did not disappoint. Another plus is that the 14.5% service charge is already included in the bill ~ fair, convenient, and absolutely deserved for the quality of service. I also noticed several managers in sharp suits moving around the floor, keeping the experience polished and professional. Bacchanalia is a beautiful blend of Greek and Italian inspiration, an atmosphere that makes you feel transported, and service that makes you feel taken care of. For a restaurant that's only been open a few years, it has already set a standard that feels timeless. Highly recommended to anyone who wants not just a meal, but a memorable experience in London.
Very very disappointed, rude male staff in a white suit
The darkest club I have ever been to. You getting watched like a hawk. Donât dare use to flash your camera. Iâm not sorry , if Iâm paying ÂŁ40 for a drink I can flash the cam as much as I want. The most overrated snobbiest place and rudest staff I have ever known. Absolutely shocking !!!dont even bother, save yourself some money and go elsewhere.
A fun celebration
Had a celebratory dinner here for my Ancient-Greece-mad daughters 18th. We had an early evening booking so the restaurant was quiet when we arrived and we had a great view of all the features and the big mural. The staff were friendly and welcoming and while they tactfully kept everything moving we didn't feel rushed, and they made the evening feel fun and made a nice fuss of the birthday girl. The food was delicious and plenty of gluten free options. Yes it was expensive but we felt we had had a really special and fun visit. By the time we left at 8pm it was very busy and the toilets were full of girls dressed up to the nines taking selfies. If that's not your thing, recommend going early.
Not worth the hype
We booked as a family of five for a special birthday meal. This was on a Sunday evening and getting a booking was not too difficult. We were welcomed and as we were early, we were told to wait a few moments for the table. We were taken to a table where we were expected to sit five on what was clearly a four seat table with a plate put in the middle of the crack between the two tables which were pushed to get together! This was unacceptable and not the way to celebrate a birthday!! I refused the table and I was asked to wait a little longer. I was informed that this was their normal practice for tables of five. Pretty disappointing if thatâs true. If it is itâs ridiculous. However, with some gentle persuasion from myself, I was able to get the more suitable table. At the table the waiter and additional staff were fine. The food was all fine cocktails were interesting however the restaurant did not live up to the hype in my opinion. This is my second visit and on the first occasion I attended on a Saturday evening for drinks only. It feels that if your face doesnât fit or you are not seem to be a regular youâre not made to feel as welcome. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the food, it just wasnât special.
Good service, average good noisy misbehaved children.
We were welcomed so well at the restaurant for lunch and given an excellent table. Our host , Nicos, amazing, articulate and helpful. The food was good but not excellent ( for the price). The presentation was lacking and a bit of â mish mash boshâ. The most annoying thing was misbehaved children ( ages 3-4) running around screaming in the restaurant- not even seen to by their care free parents. For the location, standard and price of the cuisine, I would have expected different. Surely, if I wanted to witness this, I would have gone to Burger King or pizza express! I will definitely go again but in the evening in the hope that misbehaved children and parents who feel entitled wonât be there.
While the restaurant is definitely stunning, felt a bit
While the restaurant is definitely stunning, felt a bit rushed through the experience. Management was a little unhelpful, and felt very watched during our dining experience. Yes it is beautiful, and you will get good pics, but if you want good food and 5 star service we would go elsewhere. Also, the set menu on the website is only available upstairs which is not made clear at all, and even after speaking with management, the birthday girl was unable to get the food she specifically requested and had booked for. Though the sommelier was wonderful, wine was not terrific in any of the bottles, and felt overpriced. Fun tourist spot, but definitely not a timeless classic
Expensive and the food is very very average, but the vibes
Expensive and the food is very very average, but the vibes are very instagramable. LOTS of people taking pictures and selfies in the bathroom
This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous.
The atmosphere is fantastic. I didn't think that I was gonna get good food because usually when the restaurant spent so much money on their looks, the food cost to shit but I'll tell you this. This particular place was amazing. I had the crab noodle full of crap caviar on top. Oh my God, so good. It is super busy so just wait for pictures of a drink. Enjoy the atmosphere service is OK and don't forget to stop at the Secret club downstairs.
One of my favorite restaurants.
of ALL. TIME! The ambiance, the food, the service, the giant sculptures that protrude from the wall over you while you eat - all TOP tier level. We had a great experience with the staff, we were late for our reservation and the host was reassuring and helped us find a seat and all the servers were helpful and nice. The food was all great and we had a combination of Italian and seafood entrees, there was this dish where they split the lobster open at the table and mix it with pasta - amazing. It's a fancy place with high prices but ALL worth it. We also learned the owner is an avid art collector and it clearly shows - from the Greek-inspired sculptures and classical painting all among the interior, to the ornate bathroom, and marble stairs - it's all a masterpiece. This place is an absolute must to try once in your life!
We loved Bacchanalia and I can't wait to go back when I
We loved Bacchanalia and I can't wait to go back when I visit London again! Ambiance: so cool and grand! I found this place through a travel influencer and it really looked like her video. Food: the food was excellent and I thought the prices were reasonable (and maybe even less than typical American prices). Our server gave us suggestions and we'd order the calamari, salad, and steak with potatoes again. The ice cream cookie thing was also so good! Service: all the staff was super attentive and kind. My husband touched the "very hot bowl" they told us not to touch and they brought us a bucket of ice (which is rare in the UK!) and showed real concern. Don't forget to check out the restroom ladies!
The restaurant's interior is fabulous.
The food was delicious and the service was superb.
Nikos our server did a fantastic job! I loved the steak and
Nikos our server did a fantastic job! I loved the steak and lobster! Excellent for my wife's birthday. Kids enjoyed even though we were the first family to bring kids in on this Friday evening. Great food and good environment.
Amazing experience!
We have been to the restaurant three times so far, and it has never disappointed us. The atmosphere is incredible, and the food is excellent, manifesting the true flavours of the Greek and Italian cuisine. Special thanks to Evi and Kostas, who were part of this amazing experience and took care of us with the utmost professionalism. We will definitely be back!
perfect for celebrations
My girlfriend and I had the most amazing anniversary dinner at this beautiful restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, providing great service. The food was absolutely incredible, and they even surprised us with a free dessert as i had mentioned the occasion. I highly recommend this restaurant. A truly memorable experience :)
Lots of blusto, lacking in gusto!
This was our second time at Bacchanalia. We do not live in London but come 3-4 times per year. The food is OK, we ordered the same dishes as last October. The spicy beef tartare was disappointing in its presentation and woefully under seasoned this time. One arrived ready to eat and the other was mixed by the waiter and served as I had previously experienced. The dish lacks an element or two, some crunch would be a big improvement, like capers or jalopenos⊠The paccheri lobster dish was very good (again, 2nd time around) but our friends dishes were very average and sadly they were not very impressed with our recommendation.
Great
Great experience! Reha was a great waiter, lovely experience :) food was fantastic, canât wait to go back. Lovely atmosphere

We had an excellent experience at Baccahanalia Restaurant thanks to our waitress, Reha. He was welcoming and ensured our glasses were never empty. Her menu knowledge and recommendations were spot-on. His care made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return, hoping to be served by him again.
Beautiful experience
Delicious food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere. Perfect spot for any occasion! Highly recommend! Amazing service from Raha Thank you
Welcoming place, friendly staff, nice settings and good food
My wife, young daughter (5 years old) and I went to Bacchanalia for my wife's birthday. The settings are beautiful. The food is great : both flavours and taste, and the presentation. The Lobster Paccheri Pasta are delicious. The seasoning of the grilled octopus is very pleasant. The salt crust sea bass was perfect : soft fish, perfectly cooked, tender, and the lemon sauce pairs ideally with it. Reha took care of us during our lunch there. He was very helpful, and very nice and considerate. We had a very pleasant time and would recommend.
Crazy cool decor!
The food and service were terrific. The decor is wacky crazy cool! At least pop in for a drink and see it. They hv a bar in back that used to be a private club. Ask to see it. Turns into disco at night apparently
Brunch with friends
Amazing service Staff very attentive especially Enrico and Giovanni. Friendly and welcoming The smoked taramasalata was delicious.
Thank you Rehx
Iâm glad to have my bd here .. itâs all happened by chance .. and Rehx surprised me with very delicious chocolate mousse đ€đ€ just exactly what I like If you wanna celebrate or have nice time with excellent food and the most friendly staff.. come here đ€
I was attracted to the atmosphere of the restaurant and
I was attracted to the atmosphere of the restaurant and admittedly drawn in by the appearance. It is stunning, great attention to detail. The staff are attentive and courteous. I felt the prices were ok, however my food was served cold and ultimately I was underwhelmed, wasn't great, wasn't bad.
Fabulous! Beautiful ambience, lively music, nice staff and
Fabulous! Beautiful ambience, lively music, nice staff and great food! I didn't expect much based on some reviews however I think I like this restaurant a lot. We order octopus, yellow tail carpaccio, beet carpaccio, crab linguini and sea bream plus some desserts. The food exceed my expectations for a touristy spot. The desserts not so much. I will come again. PS the women's powder room has a luxurious Harry Potter round sink - must see.
Amazing atmosphere
The atmosphere is amazing and the food is scrumptious. I would recommend chicken and risotto for a try! Dino the manager is so friendly, thank you for amazing time!
Amazing experience
Went with my friends on a girls night out, the food was 10/10 and staff was very lovely, especially the manager Dinos. Would definitely come back!
would highly recommend
Beautiful interior and great food. Will definitely come here again. Would recommend booking with Scarlett Drew such an amazing host!
A must !!!
Absolutely stunning place, beautiful art expressed in every corner and every detail, staff really friendly and ready to accommodate any request. Me and my husband had dinner here and we enjoyed everything, food was absolutely delicious. Exquisite, exclusive atmosphere. We will definitely go back . If you are looking for an elegant , special event this is the perfect place to go. Highlight to the manager Francesco who was checking on the clients to make sure was all good , very friendly and helpful. Amazing!!!!!
Much to expensive!
Went for my wifeâs birthday and the place is quirky and luxurious However we go to nice restaurants regularly but this was the most we have ever paid for a meal. Much more than the Savoy or the Ritz The food was very nice but overly priced My wife had a small piece of sea bass in salt for ÂŁ80.00 without anything with it. The bill was ÂŁ400.00 for two with just a starter each a main course and a dessert. (One was one scoop of ice cream). Four small glasses of wine and sparkling water Very nice but way too expensive.
Dinner
Dinner at this restaurant, hosted by Dinos, was a delightful experience! Absolutely lovely food, great atmosphere, an amazing music. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend!
Amazing dinner! Really tasty food, friendly staff, absolutely great experience đ recommend for a cozy evening with friends
Thumbs up!
Lovely venue to go to for dinner! Good vibes, food is absolutely delicious, decor is beautiful and staff are SO attentive. Special mention to Dinos, who made our experience so great! We can't wait to be back! :)
Amazing dinner
Amazing experience, food and service. Dinos was so lovely with us. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone đ„°
An amazing experience
This spot is amazing for dinner with friends. The atmosphere and music was perfect. The food was spectacular, no complaints with the food what so ever.
I accidentally left my expensive, sentimental leather
I accidentally left my expensive, sentimental leather gloves there, so I called and was thrilled when they said they found them and were holding them there for me. When I got there an hour later, the people at the front were acting super shady, saying that they did not have my gloves, even though I drove across town to get them after the receptionist (who was super nice) assured me they had them. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.
What an amazing disappointment.
My family wanted to have a beautiful dinner to end a lovely week in London. The setting was lovely, the food was nice but how could we have imagined how it could end? There were plates all over our table and a manager still came up to us and quite rudely asked our party to leave our table. I spent $1230 and still felt like they gave us the bum's rush. See other reviews that give a similar review. If you are looking for a special night out, please go to other places that will be much more enveloping and graceful atmosphere like Paper Moon or Wild Honey. You are looking for and paying for a memorable night and you deserve better than this,
Gave a table at 9:45 pm and they say last order at 10 pm.
They give u 15 mins grace for getting late. We were lucky we reached at 9:40 and then we had to rush for ordering as kitchen closes at 10pm. Why do you give tables at 9:45 ? Secondly, the service is extremely bad. Bad as in, bad to the next level. One table is dealt by 10-11 staff and each person blames it on the other staff for everything. We ordered food quickly in a super fine dine place where u sit b enjoy ur meal n wine, but then also they forgot to order one of our mains and then it was delivered at 11pm. The staff is not bothered to serve the restaurant guests after 10pm. At 9:45 pm u saw different staff and at 11pm none were there who took care of ur table. The ambience of the place is amazing but it's not worth the money if the staff attitude is such.
Beautiful setting! The decor is very well done! Every
Beautiful setting! The decor is very well done! Every corner had an artistic piece! Even the dishes were within the theme of the restaurant. The food was really good. We finished everything we ordered, and the size of the portions was perfect. The only negative is the staff who were pretentious, not sure if this was on purpose or they were simply a bit rude. You definitely need a reservation before you go.
The food is superb, I usually love this place when I visit
The food is superb, I usually love this place when I visit london; I would normally rate them 5, this visit the service during dinner was great; but middle management was horrendous; the harassment to leave the table was unbearable; the AGM was equally awful and rude; GM Tobias sorted everything out; the reason I will come back to this place and any restaurant of the Ivy group; love sexy fish in miami where I live , where service is amazing!
Maybe I expected too much but I found the experience in
Maybe I expected too much but I found the experience in Bacchanalia underwhelming. I can't say too many bad things, except maybe the extremely uncomfortable high chairs we were seated at - but maybe that is me. But if I am totally honest, I can't say anything overly positive either. The food & cocktails were average, nothing special. A lot of people rave about the decor and atmosphere but while we were a good group of friends, I thought it was rather meh. Do note that it gets quite loud quite early in the evening but I did expect that so I can't fault them for that. Considering it's owned by the people who brought to us great places as Sexy Fish and Annabel's , I would pass and go to one of the other restaurants in this group.
Great collection of vegetarian and meat dishes.
Very accommodating and prompt service. The ambiance and decor was dramatically good. All the servers were actually wearing Greek clothes too. We'll return.
Very beautiful place, like you are walkin into Rome museum.
From the door, the doorman was friendly and welcomed Hostess was nice polite, I sat at the bar for drinks with my friend, the bartender was really helpful, he recommended cocktails that suited what I preferred. I really like the lady bathroom is very pretty and beautiful.. I recommend if you are visiting please check this place out
I had dinner here on 18 March 2023, I am extremely
I had dinner here on 18 March 2023, I am extremely disappointed and provide the following feedback which I will be putting on social media and have advised all of my friends and collegues. The waiter: Did not understand the menu I asked what was gluten free and dairy free and he told me to scan the app on my phone. I said that I did not want to do that and would prefer for them to tell me. They refused and told me that i needed to do it. As an experience that is meant to be 'on a grand and glorious scale' I would expect that the waiter would know the basics and provide recommendations. We felt rushed and the waiter was very rude. He returned and said 'have you decided' i said i needed assistance - he was of no help. They took my order and i was uncomfortable. They did not ask if we wanted a drink, took the drinks menu and then threw it down for us to decide. I then asked to speak to the manager, explained the issue and explained that i did not want that waiter to assist us. This was ignorned and I still had the same waiter. We were not even provided with say an apology or a complimentary drink. The food arrived, and i asked what was in the sauce and he said it had soy in it. - which i specifically asked for confirmation that there was no gluten in my order. Also i ordered the steak but didn't receive a steak knife. When another waitress came to clear the table, she dropped a napkin in my water, perfectly fine however they advised that they would get me another glass - at least 10 minutes later i did not receive a fresh glass and had to ask for one. We were rushed to finish our dinner, i did not even finish it and was moved to the bar area. There were no chairs, the waiter said he would get chairs for us. I saw this same waiter walking around, and could see they had forgotten. I asked another waiter - who said 'we don't provide chairs on a saturday night'. This was an inconsistent message with what i had received earlier. Furthermore it does not cater for people who may have a disability - which is not always obvious. I then proceeded to go to the ladies bathroom. There was not one toilet roll in any toilet. The women were forced to use the napkins (usually used to wipe your hands) in the bathroom. These would inevitably cause the toilets to block. I advised staff of this and my friend went to use the bathroom a little while later and there were still no toilet rolls. When i left, i went to get my coat - the lady threw it at me whilst she was talking to the other colleagues at the reception area - of which there were approximately 5 people (from memory) - they were discussing various personal/gossip related issues. It was very unsettling and in my view unprofessional. Summary: This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The table was set for 2 hours - however to provide the breathtaking experience that you so claim - 2 hours being rushed is insufficient. It fails the basic standards of a restaurant experience, of which we went there to celebrate my friend's birthday that night. It was not a breath-taking feast for the senses, we did not feel moved or immersed in another world - we felt rushed and were treated like dirt. It was not grand or glorious and we didn't feel that we were indulging in life's richness. i've tried to provide feedback in the contact section, however it would barely allow me to write a few lines and there's no phone number or email . Further to this review above: I received a phone call in response from Clinton Barry - Guest Relations manager of the restaurant which I can see is linked to the Ivy Collection chain of restaurants which appears to be owned by British Businessman Richard Caring. Clinton phoned me on 23 March to discuss my experience. The phone call was not pleasant. My perception of his tone was that it was 'bullying' and 'threatening'. He went through each piece of feedback and rather than letting me express my opinion, his attempt was to 'defend' the restaurant - which is the correct thing to do, however - he wanted to defend each point suggesting that 'i was incorrect'. I fail to understand how if Clinton was not present at dinner with me that night how Clinton is able to speak to the factual circumstances of what happened. Specifically Clinton made the following points and said the following in their own words addressing each specific point: That the waiter 'could not be expected to know every single allergy on the menu' and that 'i refused to look at the QR' code. If Clinton was not present at dinner with me, I am unsure as to how Clinton could know whether I refused to look at the QR code or not. That comment does not make sense. Furthermore, it is exceptionally rude and I felt bullied and intimidated by these comments. The point is, the waiter was rude and did not want to engage in offering me a grand and glorious experience - like the kind that is claimed to be offered on the restaurant's website. Clinton mentioned that the waiter cannot
Terrible treatment, service and food

Clinton phoned me on 23 March to discuss my experience. The phone call was not pleasant. My perception of his tone was that it was âbullyingâ and âthreateningâ. He went through each piece of feedback and rather than letting me express my opinion, his attempt was to âdefendâ the restaurant - which is the correct thing to do, however - he wanted to defend each point suggesting that âi was incorrectâ. I fail to understand how if Clinton was not present at dinner with me that night how Clinton is able to speak to the factual circumstances of what happened. Specifically Clinton made the following points and said the following in their own words addressing each specific point: That the waiter âcould not be expected to know every single allergy on the menuâ and that âi refused to look at the QRâ code. If Clinton was not present at dinner with me, I am unsure as to how Clinton could know whether I refused to look at the QR code or not. That comment does not make sense. Furthermore, it is exceptionally rude and I felt bullied and intimidated by these comments. The point is, the waiter was rude and did not want to engage in offering me a grand and glorious experience - like the kind that is claimed to be offered on the restaurantâs website. Clinton mentioned that the waiter cannot be expected to remember everything on the menu. I disagree. With a restaurant of this alleged calibre, the waiter should know or at least make the guest feel like - âthey will find outâ. Regarding my point that the table was booked for a 2 hour period, Clinton in summary said in a condescending tone - âI donât know how long you think youâve lived in London - but this is the standard across all busy London restaurantsâ. My point was not necessarily about the 2 hour slot, the point is that I felt rushed and did not receive the breathtaking grand experience I was hoping for. Furthermore, I perceive that this is discriminatory towards me. Suggesting that I was not from London. Clinton is discriminating against me against what Clinton perceives I sound like over the phone. Based on the response from Clinton, he has made a negative judgment about my accent. I ordered the steak and Clinton said in a condescending tone, âthere would not have been soy in the steak we are not an asian restaurantâ. With respect, I was very clear about what type of restaurant this was and that is was i originally booked it. I was told that there was soy in the sauce and it was taken away immediately when the waiter noticed, however i had to ask - this could have resulted in me potentially ending up in a hospital due to allergy issues. Thankfully i took it upon myself to confirm for a third time. Clinton mentioned that âi did not need a steak knife because the meat is tender enough to cut throughâ. With respect Clinton was not there sharing my steak with me so I am unsure as to how Clinton can give a view about something they did not see. I made the point that - my hand was sore after cutting the meat without a steak knife. My perception is that Clinton did not understand my point regarding moving to the Bar area. I made the point in my post above that when we were moved to the Bar we were told by the staff member - âI will get you chairsâ. As stated, we did not have chairs and had to ask for the Chairs. We were then told that as it was a saturday night, chairs would not be provided. Well the point is - it is incorrect to offer it then not provide it. As stated, this does not cater for someone who may have a disability that is not visible. I made it clear that I could see that the staff member who took us to the bar had forgotten as I went up to him to address the point and he was surprised. Clinton said âhe wouldnât have forgottenâ. I fail to understand how Clinton can comment on the state of mind of someone he was not there to see, if at all. Clinton did not address any of the other points. Summary Clinton said, âWhat do you want out of this?â I replied, it is feedback to try and resolve the systemic issues and a refund for my dinner. As I do not want to go back to Banchalina after the treatment I received and the related issues outlined above. Clinton said, âi canât do thatâ. I did not receive an apology, the theme of the phone call was to âattackâ me and âdefendâ the restaurant and Clinton was not actively listening or from my view - taking the points on board. In fact, i feel even worse after the phone call, in particular being discriminated against. Clinton did say, âIf I choose to come back I will be welcomed with open armsâ. Given the factual circumstances outlined above, I do not feel confident that a plan of action would be put in place to enable things to change and for me to have a positive experience that is claimed on the website for Bacchanalia. It is clear to my mind that Clinton wanted to engage in an argument and wanted to complete a âtick boxâ exercise to respond to me and quickly end the phone call. That is my view. I would encourage others not to eat at this restaurant. You will be disappointed not only with the food but with the staff.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Bacchanalia London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Bacchanalia London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Bacchanalia London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Bacchanalia London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
