I can say that I would likely not go back. Arrived a few minutes before 5 for our reservation - the only one I could get, so i expected a packed restaurant. Was told the elevator doesn't even work until 5. At 4:58, about 100 people came out of some convention, and we had to wait like 10 minutes to even GET an elevator. Then, I have NO idea why I couldn't get a reservation even 30 minutes later. Place was empty. When we left, there were like 3 other tables occupied and no one waiting to be seated. And with this BIG empty restaurant, they seated us at a table where I was looking directly into the setting sun. I had to keep moving my chair to get a line of sight behind a pole that was out on the deck to be able to see. So dumb. Finally looked at the menu. I'm sure there are some fantastic wines on here. But the few I did know had QUITE the premium put on them. I think they feel the need to have an expensive wine list based on being in the 4 seasons. So we opted for by-the-glass and cocktails. appetizer was some pork belly dish. It was just ok. I've had much better at my local bistro. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and my husband had the filet. The ribeye was so salty I couldn't eat it. We had to swap- he also thought it was way too salty. His filet was good but not great. We ordered two side dishes that were just ok. We ordered a dessert, and I can't even remember what it was - that's how just "ok" it was. Final note - Meal presentation - I'm really not concerned with this normally - I don't care if you serve me on mismatched plates is the food is good. but the dishes, seating, etc was just "eh" for the prices they are charging. If you want to act and charge high end, then BE high end. Don't seat me in a booth. I've never had to slide into a booth at a place where I could order at $3,000 bottle of wine. Was the meal bad? NO (except for the ribeye). but based on the location, rating, and menu, I had a much higher expectation, and it did not live up to that. Not worth the trek out there. There are other steakhouses in the area that are better for less money or better quality. I will definitely no longer trust "michelin" for dining recommendations. This is not the first time I've questioned their endorsements. this is your typical over-priced Disney resort hotel restaurant with just ok food. And a huge disappointment.
